Fireworks

I have just signed up for Creative Cloud on my Mac. I used to work with Fireworks on my windows 7, but it's become too slow and unusable. In the sign-up it showed I would have access to fireworks, but even after downloading the creative Cloud destop app and switching my preferences to "show older apps" I get nothing... adobe support is just giving me the run around saying it's no longer supported - I just need the download link... if that exists? 

We want Adobe Fireworks to support the webp, svg and other new vectorel extensions. Fireworks is still being used by many people and company. So can you publish an update on this?

This started all of a sudden. When i open fireworks i get a "trial expired" box when i try to click through it asks for a serial number. I dont have one. What now? Chat support (person named Akhil) told me fireworks isnt included with creative cloud but thats nonsense because i have been paying since 2013 for creative cloud specifically for access to Fireworks. Im on with the chat person right now and hes telling me that i am not allowed to install firworks even though i just did it using creative cloud app. I have asked this person 4 times now to transfer me to someone who knows what they are doing and he refuses. My laptop runs fireworks just fine. My desktop has the issue. I know this is some registry bug or something. Any ideas? Thanks.

Fireworks stopped working for me yesterday. It was asking for a serial number. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but now it keeps saying the Adobe Application Manager is missing or corrupt.   I wish Adobe would start supporting this program again.  It was one of the primary reasons I subscribed to Adobe Cloud. 

Hey Guys! I use Windows 10 and the Creative Cloud App Version 5.4.5.550.  I no longer see the "Show Older Apps" item in my settings under Apps, so I can no longer install Fireworks. Does anyone have any idea how I can get to Fireworks now?Thanks for the help!Kind regardsTyler

Hello, I've recently just got Fireworks back and couldn't be happier. With the help of people like Nancy and Paul. (Thank you, by the way). The Adobe Application Manager is telling me that Fireworks has an update available. When I try to update it, I get the following:Fireworks CS6 update to improve Mac 10.8 platform compatibility and resolve usability bugs.There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U43M1D207 I've downloaded the patch file from: https://www.adobe.com/support/fireworks/downloads_updaters.htmlBut to no avail...Any suggestions?-Thanks.

Ive been trying all the ansers to similar posts, and Fireworks is asking for a "serial number" even intalling muse, even running the application as administrator.I've been installing an uninstalling it form Adobe creative cloud, even tried to paste my creative cloud serial number, and yet, Fireworks is asking for a "serial number".I was usin the application 3 days ago and there's been no significative change since.please help

The solution is a bit rough, but it works.1) install Muse CC from the Creative Cloud2) sign in to the Muse app via your Adobe ID3) if okay, than launch Fireworks and ingnore end-of-trial window - you can close it and still work in Fw4) if you close Fireworks app you probably have to repeat this again ... at least until Adobe guys will fix this sh*t ;-(

Please fix this "trial over and enter serial number" issue for Creative Cloud users. I pay a lot of money every month and I need the Firework program to do my work.

I think it's a windows thing.I had one remaining PC where the fireworks licence was still valid. I would remote desktop to it to get my jobs done from the office. Until this week when Win 10 updated to version 20H2, now Fireworks thinks it's a trial version and has 28 days to live.I don't care what anybody says, for web graphics, it's the quickest, simplest app for me. It' what I grew up on, it's what I'm used to working with. A PNG product overlay in fireworks takes me seconds in Fireworks. The same job in Photoshop takes minutes and it's so unintuitive. I know you'll say you just have to get used to it. BUT WHO HAS THE TIME! Why the hell should I. I have a perfectly good app that does the job. *Had. I struggle with Photoshop to do the simplest things. It's not designed for the kind of work I do.Why can't I just draw a box and add a graduated fill? Why can't I just type test then resize it? Seriously!  

This has been mentioned several times here. I have uninstalled and re-installed Fireworks from Creative Cloud. Says my "trial" is over and gives me two options: Buy Now or License the Software, BOTH of which are deadends. I rely on this program. Where do we go from here? 

Here is the Font Awesome (Free) Icon collection converted to Fireworks Symbols. You can copy these to your common library folder so they will be available in Fireworks.   Instructions: 1) Unzip the file 2) On Windows systems copy the folders: 'Font Awesome Free - Brands', 'Font Awesome Free - Solid' and 'Font Awesome Free - Regular' to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Fireworks CS6\Common Library 2) Restart Fireworks

My fireworks was working just fine until a few hours ago when i had to close the program and now it wont open. What kinda lame service is this. I need my fireworks turned back on. has nothing to do with not working, as it works fine for me. 

Willing to purchase a serial # off someone if willing to give it up because none of these things are helping me at all...

When I attempt to open Adobe Fireworks I get the 'Trial period over' box. (this just started Jan 2021)I hit the 'Licence this Software' buttonI Sign in to my Adobe account. (even though I am signed in CC anyway)It thinks for a moment and then thanks me for signing in and tells me I'm licenced.When I hit continue, instead of the software opening up. The whole thing just starts again. I've been using fireworks for more years than I care to remember. For web graphics and many other graphical jobs its what I'm quickest in.I've installed and uninstalled to no avail.Can anybody help me out of this loop?  

  Hi I used Fireworks extensively for the past many yeas ... since it was first released. I live by it... But I have recently upgraded my mac to OS Big Sur and alas.... it no longer works. I was trying to squeese the last out of it for its super features and the familiarity I have with it. So I read a post that you can run parallel desktop for PC windows on your macOS Big Sur and install Fireworks for PC / windows and continue to run Fireworks. Does anyone know if this is correct and the big question is ... how to I download the last release version of Fireworks for windows. I would appriciate any help. Thanks Bob (Fireworks Lover)

Hi all - bit of a issue with Fireworks CS5. Everything working fine until yesterday and have the 'an internal error occurred' when trying to open it!Have reinstalled and downloaded updates but still no joy.Any help appreciated!

Good day, All.I am able to see the application (Have Show Legacy Apps Turned ON).When I run the installer it fails somewhere between 30 - 45%.I've installed Photoshop, Premier, Acrobat DC, XD - All with no problem.  So it's not my license or any PC policy within my organization.   Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advancePhillip

I am using Fireworks programme since 2005. I have been buying single versions then switched to Adobe Creative Cloud.Adobe made an announcement that they will not develop anymore this product but it was still possible to use it on the cloud.iLast month I noticed when I started Fireworks a trial version and I thought it is just some glitch in the program and I did not pay any attention.Today I am not able to use it anymore. I checked this forum for help and nothing work and I was advised in one comment to contact support. After 45 minutes of moving me from one agent to another, I was told to go and search for the help again here. Which is almost comical when you look at it and you end up in the circuit with no way out to solve your problem.    Before it was possible to use the Fireworks even without any update. That is why I signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud. Why can ADOBE keep it that way?  Please leave it there as it is, you do not support it that is OK, but k
