Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello,Hello, I am using lightroom mobile version 8.5.1. Recenly I am consistently seesin the issue that my mobile edits getting reverted to original raw image. It's so annonying that I have to goto 100s of images history and restore the edits so that I can export it from my desktop. Anyone expericeing same issue, any workaround fixes for this issue. Thank you,Swaroop

Face recognition in LIghtroom (Cloud) often fails to see an obvious face - in some cases when I really want it to. Is there a way to FORCE it to see a face?  I'm relatively new to LR (Cloud) recently attempted to migrate from LRC. Thanks. Mac OS LR 8.2

I am running LR 8.2 and want to make a Virtual Copy, but all the instructions say it's within the Photo menu bar. I don't see anything about "Create Virtual Copy" nor can I Command + " to create one either. What am I doing wrong?

Lightroom works very poorly on my desktop computer for some reason. It's extremely slow and lagging all the time, even though my computer supposedly meets the recommended system requirements.My system information:   Alienware Area 51 R2 (2016 model) Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.4GHz RAM: 32768MB RAM, 2666MHz GPU: Geforce GTX 1080 8GB, Nvidia Studio DriverStorage: Samsung SSD 870 EVO 1TB - Free 312.7 GB, 139GB overprovisioned, total 809.6 GB, Display: 3440 x 1440 (32 bit) (165Hz) Shouldn't this setup be more than enough to run Lightroom without any input lag or slow loading times? Is my graphics card simply too old and outdated?   I've tried setting my system resolution to 1920 x 1080p, but it makes no difference whatsoever, and everything else runs without a hitch in 3440 x 1440. I've even tried setting the monitors refresh rate to 60Hz, but it made no difference.   Anyone got any clue to

I have pictures locally, and basic edits are made in RAW file.  I copy 1 Photo to Cloud, and make additional edits in the Cloud (via iPad).  Allow sync to complete, and see the updated edits on Mac (desktop).  I archive the photo and select replace (since local copy of file already exists).  The photo from Cloud tab is removed, but the local copy does not reflect the edits made in the Cloud.

Hello, After installing the latest update, I can't see or access the top part of the screen in Lightroom Mobile. I've tried to reset the app and restart my Macbook, but nothing helps. As you can see on the screenshot, the contrast dial is only partially visible. Everything above is missing, including the Development tab.    Any idea how to fix this? 

Lightroom Android Raw Bilder .Einstellung Bokeh ist sehr schlecht, könnte etwas besser sein. Hintergrund schließt nicht richtig ab. KI unterstützte automatikanpassung vom Bildbearbeitung könnte sinnvoll sein. Direktanpassung von Schärfe und Bildrauschen automatik. Alles in allem sehe ich keinen Grund, jährlich 50 € dafür zu bezahlen. Ich finde das ist sehr schlecht ist mit Android zu arbeiten da hier sehr viel vernachlässigt wird

Will Lr allow me to markup photos? I need to be able to add visual measurements to each picture

Where are all of my photos?    I open up the app, and everything is gone or showing files from 6 months past.    Honestly, I dont need any updated applications, I just want to use the program.   Please stop forcing the upgrades on people, its making it more difficult to do my job.

I notice when I edit on my pc.. Lightroom CC, that when I open mobile to download something to show or post on IG, that the photo changes. My edit that I made on desktop shows on my phone screen (iPhone 16 pro max) and then poof.... A flatter version is available to download. Anyone know why?V. 10.2.1 A34DA8/189 iPhone 16 pro max

Photos from my iphone camera taken in 16:9 are automatically resize in 4x3 when opened in Lr Mobile app and of course if i want to change the size in the app, then my original 16:9 is a cropped 16:9 version of the 4x3 ... Is there any solution to this problem ? Thanks

Hola tengo un problema con la app de Lightroom Mobile, pasa que con fotografía funciona bien en todo sentido, pero estoy tratando de exportar un video ya procesado y sale el mensaje "no se puede exportar". Resuélvanme el problema, por favor. Les envío adjunto una grabación de pantalla y un screenshot del problema. Gracias de antemano.  Pd. Eliminé el caché de la app. La app se encuentra actualizada. Mi teléfono tiene suficiente memoria tanto RAM (8gb) como espacio interno y aún así persiste el problema. Mi teléfono es un Huawei Nova 5T.

Hi all, I'm on V8.2 of Lightroom and I have the photography plan. I'm also running it on a MacBook Air. I've never had any issues until today. I'm on holiday in England trying to edit some photos and my presets won't load. I have uploaded a screen recording. When I try to use the recommended presets it says "Something Went Wrong. We weren't able to complete your request. Please try again later." and sometimes when I press retry, this prompt comes up immediately. other times it analyses and right as it's about to show me, the same prompt comes up. I've followed the solutions from other posts. Everything is updated. I've reset my preferences three times. In LrC I've checked the "Show Partially Compatible Develop Presets", I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and I've restarted my Mac. I'm not sure what to call the following process but I held Shift and Option and went to the hidden library menu, went to the preset options but wasn't sure what to do from there other than look.

Hi,I have enabled "Store a copy of all originals".However, it does not finish. Synchronizes a bunch of pictures (500-2000, I think), and then seems to pause.Steps taken:Delete my entire profile in %appdata% to start overWent to Lightroom on the web to delete old sync errors.Any good ideas?

Tl;Dr.: I use the same email in every device but still Lr web and desktop versions show a different catalog than mobile and I can't find a way to make them sync A couple years ago I started using Lr mobile on my iPhone 11 and later on subscribed through App Store. But whenever I tried to see my catalog on Lr web, only a different set of photos (from an older phone and pc) shows up.Last December I cancelled my App Store plan to get the Photography 1TB and thought that now everything would sync. Still doesn't work.It's as if the photos never upload to cloud, but I know they do since my phone storage is only 64GB and when I import new photos, they eventually free up space. Speaking of storage, in every platform it says I'm only using ~200MB out of 1TB which doesn't really make sense due to the actual amount of data. When I tried Adobe support, they said I had 120GB out of 40GB (that was before I upgraded, the guy didn't seem to understand or care much about my issue). I looked up and

Hello I have a very weird and very annoying bug on my Lr ipad.   It seems that the smart perview for many images has been replaced by the same single image. I can't figure out the logic behind why and can only assume that the smart preview catalog is corrupted.   Has anyone else had this? I've searched here but found nothing specifically the same as my problem.   Various unconnected images basically display with the same image from a completely different folder, album etc. I've located the image that they are copying the smart preview from and deleted it from the app, but they are STILL displaying.

Are you mining on my PC? I understand that you are running some AI model locally to make image processing, but why it is running the whole time my image is open. By default, it occupies around a half my GPU memory, around 6Gb. But when I do anything, even just change Contrast, for example, I have my GPU memory using 80% capacity, and I guess there are some other operations. Maybe the model is too big for my GPU memory, and it is being constantly moved back and forth between GPU and RAM, because of that my PC simply stops rendering UI.Why do you even need to use AI for such simple things? You forgot how to do image processing without AI?I can do the same changes on my Mobile without any problem. Why I have no problems there? Because it is running in cloud instead? Can I refuse running it locally on my PC?
