Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

It would be handy to see the file details of the file I am currently editing.  Specifically as they can get converted to DNG or Tiff or Jpeg.

I know there are at least on previous post on this matter, but I wonder if anyone out there knows of any progress in this? My computer is a Snapdragon, latest itteration. My Lightroom and Photoshop versions are up to date. As far as I can see, it's not possible to open any file from Lightroom into Photoshop except for using the "extra" open up function, primarily aimed for using other applications than Photoshop. But that way the functionality gets limited. Any ideas? Any similar expreinces? /Bengt Carlsson

My sales manager does online client reveals of my images while meeting with my client over zoom. Or at least that is the idea. I would like to be able to share my client's LR collection with my sales manager, have her do a zoom reveal/sales session where she is able to rate and make comments on each image, then have her send that collection back to me for final processing. We both have Lr and LrC. We cannot figure this out to save our lives. Please help.  I was able to initially get the collection to her via some version of Lr, but she was not able to make any comments or ratings, so it was not helpful for our needs. We are both using the latest versions available.  I am on macOS and she is on Windows, but I think that shouldn't matter. Perhaps we are confused about types of Lightroom. We both have the icons that say Lr and LrC but when she clicks on my invite to the collection, it goes to a "web" version. Can someone help explain this to me like I'm 5 years old? It shouldn't

I shot a Timelapse video on my canon R50 and cannot figure out how to get the original photos or capture frame from the process. It was my first attempt at the Timelapse so I made it far too short, but feel like there's gotta be a way to snag frames from the video to edit. I've tried other forums and videos and my Lightroom doesn't give me the options most of them show (stacking, capture frame, etc). Any tips or ideas for how I could do that?

I am using the Lightroom desktop app on my Acer device and it will not load when i am on my school's network - i have no issue with it at home though. The school computers work fine which is what i find weird.  I can use lightroom on the web my it limits my use - i cannot mask or use generative AI which is frsutrating.   

I please need some help. Just out of nowhere lightroom does not open anymore. I runs in the task manager but it does not open . I have upgraded, rebooted, uninstalled, re-installed, tried older versions, so far nothing has worked. Does anybody have any idea what to do?

Gostaria de saber se tem como vocês recuperar minhas fotos, pois exclui do lightroom e não foi para lixeira, perdi mais de 700 fotos 

I've been using Lightroom CC and now would like to use Lightroom version 8.3 the issue I have is Lightroom is seeing my Adobe 100G cloud account not my 200G Apple iCloud account my iPhone and iPads are synced to. How can this be fixed?Thanks, Dave 

I am unable to see any of my photos from my phone or Ipad, the LR apps there are showing my photos in the cloud and saves locally . 

Just took my computer home from work this evening, as I do often. Never had any issues with opening up Lightroom but this is the message I received: Lightroom cannot start because it cannot create files in the temporary file location “/var/folders/fy/10cdg0nj7_370vvhpt6cwk5h0000gn/T”. Lightroom needs to be able create temporary files in order to operate correctly.Won't open. Any insight anyone? Can't seem to find the question answered in any of the forums. Not very techy so I'm hoping there's a simple solution for this. Please advise. Thank you!

I've been trying to sync the library from my devices to the desktop app but its just appearing as blank may need some guidance and help . thanks in advance 

 I’m facing a sync issue with Lightroom (cloud version) on Windows. Certain photos that are visible in Lightroom on my Windows PC are not appearing in Lightroom on my iPad, iPhone, or even on Lightroom Web. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Confirmed I’m using the cloud version of Lightroom (not Classic).The Lightroom interface shows “Synced and Backed Up”, but affected photos do not appear on mobile or web.I tried adding these photos to new albums, reimporting them, and even exporting and reimporting into new albums — but they still don’t sync to the cloud.I also tried signing out and back in, clearing cache on mobile, and testing with new files — nothing works.File Info is not available for these photos, so I can’t check their sync status individually.I have local storage enabled under Preferences > Local Storage.  It seems Lightroom is storing these photos locally and not syncing them to the cloud despite reporting full sync. I suspect a sync database issue

Moin,folgendes Problem besteht seit mehreren Wochen:Lightroom V 8.2, Windows 11Bearbeiten -> Maskieren -> neue Maske -> Pinsel. Wenn ich dann anfange zu pinseln, zieht sich in vielen Fällen sofort ein breiter Pinselstrich von der angesetzten Stelle in die obere linke Ecke. Das lässt sich m.E. nicht verhindern, muss dann jedes Mal händisch wegradiert werden.  Ist das Problem bekannt? Viele Grüße

Hello,I have been using Lightroom mobile Premium for almost a year.The 6th of the month is the date when my subscription renews. Except that unfortunately my credit card was blocked a few days before. Payment could not do this. Now my card is unlocked but my payment on the Appstore is still pending. And I can't use Lightroom's premium functions to edit RAW.I contacted Apple who just referred me to procedures that I have already tried. He asks me to renew the subscription via the app but the app just says "Unable to complete the purchase"I also tried to cancel the subscription via the appstore and subscribe again. But it doesn't work. It tells me '' Renew May 6, 2020 '' But in Lightroom it tells me '' Expired ''In short it's been 4 days that I try to fix it but nothing works and Apple does not seem to understand the problem. I hope it's already happen to someone before me who can explain to me how to repair Lightroom.Sorry for my English, I use GoogleTrad Because I speak French.Thank's

hello, Whenever i export images even if it's just one lightroom freezes and then i see the following: After this is just closes. I've tried uninstalling, doing a clean uninstall etc. I think the problems started when i updated windows or when i updated lightroom.. not sure. Is anyone else having this problem? I can also send the crash report if that's needed. I don't think it's an issue with the ram, i have 32gb's of DDR5 ram and a 4060 for my gpu.    Thanks in advance for your help!    

I noticed that I can no longer update the information on the link that redirects to my Instagram, since the function no longer appears on the profile editor. Only Facebook and YouTube appear to change the information, not Instagram anymore, and because of that my button that redirects to Instagram has the old @ information. 

I keep getting these black glitches when exporting a photo from lightroom, I've tried everything from updating macbook and lightroom and turned off GPU but I still keep getting black glitches at edges when I zoom into the photo in lightroom classic or exporting it as jpg, what do I do!?

Crashing every single time I try to export my image. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and updating to the latest version (8.3.1), but nothing. After clicking 'export' a separate window appears saying that "Lightroom has encountered a problem and needs to close." Apart from that, it doesn't give me any details apart from a box in which I can type in the exact issue and send an error report. What gives?

Installed Lightroom initailly under admin account but then uninstall after reading about this issue. I reinstall it under user account but still unable to export photos as a user.
