Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

My commonly used premium Presets categories like Cinematic, Potraits etc are missing from the current version. My current version only contains Food, Landscape, Lifestyle, Travel,  Urban Architecture, Video.    [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Hello all, My previous laptop was stolen and I downloaded LR to a provisory one. I've just noticed that there is at lest one album missing ("Hoje").Also, tehre are two different counts of pictures - c. 13k in one, c. 10k in the other.Finally. how do I deactivate LR from the stolen laptop?Thanks in advance, Luis

Olá! Eu utilizava o Lightroom Classic há alguns anos, e possuía um catálogo sincronizado com a Creative Cloud. Fiquei um tempo sem utilizar, suspendi minha assinatura, e agora estou retornando, e muitas mudanças aconteceram... O problema agora é que desejo interromper a sincronização que possuía deste catálogo antigo, liberar o espaço na nuvem para reiniciar, e simplesmente não consigo fazer isso. Quero deletar este catálogo antigo, mas ainda não o fiz pois tenho receio de ter que configurar algo nele... E ainda: vejo que qdo o abro, ele mostra várias pastas de sincronização, com iphones, ipads... desejo que isso ocorra em outro catálogo! E ainda: abrindo o Lightroom CC no desktop ou ipad, vejo que lá estao varias fotos sincronizadas que nao tenho o menor interesse que fiquem lá, e que nao tenho idéia do motivo de estarem sincronizadas... por exemplo, tenho 2000 fotos sincronizadas do ano de 2022... fotos do iphone. Por que estao lá? Por que somente de 2022? Algumas eu entendo que estã

Bonjour,    je ne peux plus utiliser les masques,  lorsque je sélectionne un sujet , un ciel, ou un arrière plan , des incrustations de couleurs apparaissent et je ne peux plus rien faire .   Photos en exemple.  

I know Lightroom (Desktop) does not have renaming capabilities. If I use batch rename in macOS finder, will those changes cause issues in Lightroom (Desktop)?

Bonjour, je rencontre un problème avec une carte Cf Express type B (carte Sandisk Extreme Pro 128Gb), lorsque je l'insère dans mon lecteur de carte Cf Express type B (lecteur Sandisk Extreme Pro), elle n'est pas reconnue par Lightroom en temps qu'appareil photo ou lecteur amovible, mais en temps que disque dur. Cela m'empeche donc de faire un import classique avec Lightroom CC (7) sous Windows 10.Tout fonctionne bien avec les cartes sd et Compact Flash.Auriez-vous une solution, ou peut-être un lecteur de carte Cf Express type B compatible qui apparaitrait en tant qu'appareil photo ou lecteur amovible.Merci et bonne journée à vous.

I'm using LR. After having created a mask and proceeding with changes such as increasing exposure the subject become green without any reason. Actually I'm not in the position to use the program at all.I was thinking it might have been a memory issue but even after shutting down and restarting the issue remain there

how do I remove redeye in lrc

Since several months I used Lightroom Premium on my iPhone and could remove parts of pictures with the removal tool, the eraser.I think that after an update of the app, the removal tool has changed. It's nowhere to be found in LR Premium. Helpdesk no use, it takes ages and I don't get an answer.Can anybody help me out?

Hi, can someone help me? Most of my cloud photos didn't show up. Idk how to fix it, i use wifi or cellular network, but the results is still same.

Hi, I have a problem with Lightroom (not the Classic one) turning off on my laptop 30 seconds after turning on the program. Today, when I tried to enter the program, I was kicked out of it, my profile has been logged out (I am still logged in to Creative Cloud). I can't log into Lightroom because I get kicked out every time. I tried to turn off the laptop, checked the drivers and memory, but unfortunately that's not it. Hi all! I'm trying to search and flag specific photos from a "Copy list" but Lightroom CC is only allowing me to do 4 max at a time. Any more than 4 and it says "Oh no! A black hole." Is anyone else experiencing this or have any tips on how to flag more than 4 pics at a time?  Thanks in advance!

I'm using a Mac computer at work that is running macOS Ventura version 13.3. The processor is 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, and graphics is Radeon Pro 570X 4 GB. My lightroom app is downloaded to the most updated version (6.2) and every time I try to open the app it shows the splash screen and then crashes immediately after it loads through the splash screen. But I don't get a pop-up of crash report or anything. However, I do know that on my phone, I've been getting a message on the cloud icon of lightroom saying I have used 81.14GB of 100GB cloud storage and that I should start considering deleting unneeded photos. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it crashing on my Mac because it works perfectly fine still on my iPhone and my personal Windows laptop. Help would be appreciated.

Hello, just wondering if there's a way or a work-around to drag and dropping photos outside of Lightroom. We want to be able to find and then import photos from Lightroom to Canva one-by-one (rather than finding all at once and exports at once to then drag into Canva one by one) but can't seem to figure it out. How do I open a raw file in Photoshop from Lightroom Desktop?  I am wanting to use the Adaptive Profiles in Adobe Camera Raw, but it keeps opening as a TIFF in photoshop?

Welcome to Adobe Customer Service I have a Lightroom account for two years. I used it and my phone was rooted. Unfortunately, the account is not open except on my phone. Currently, I have the email: account@lightroom.com I forgot the password and I need the account and the pictures on it and I don't know how to access it At the request of Adobe employees, I use access to the account and enter it, even if they need to confirm an existing identity. One of my greatest uses of Lightroom Classic is using it to sequence publications by arranging images within a collection.  Its done easily by left clicking on the image and dragging it elsewhere in the collection to create a sequence by simply rearranging the images.  However, after downloading Lightroom CC, I seem unable to do this inside of albums.  It seems the only way to rearrange the images is by allowing Lightroom to sort them by some type of specific data (file number, capture date, rating, etc).  Is there something I am missing or some simple command I can't find that allows me to rearrange the images by simply dragging them inside the album? 

The brightness and vibrancy of my photos (taken with an iPhone 15 Pro) noticeably decrease after uploading them to Lightroom. Any help?   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]
