Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi, having issues with storage, syncing and Lighroom.   I had a notification in Lightroom that my Creative Cloud storage was full so I deleted half my Lightroom photos using the app. I then went onto lightroom.adobe.com to make sure they'd deleted there too. I also checked assets.adobe.com, which is empty. However, I'm still getting the notification that it's full whenever I use Lightroom. It won't sync because of this.    Do I just need to wait for it to sort itself out or is there anything I can do?   Thanks.   {Title edited by Moderator}

Hallo, seit ein paar Tagen ist es mir nicht mehe mögichm etwas zu maskieren. Bereits wenn ich nur das Tool öffne, wird der Bildschirm schwarz und lightroom arbeitet nicht mehr. Dann stürzt es meist komplett ab. mein Laptop ist zwei wochen alt und verfügt über 32gb ram. Daran sollte es NCHT liegen. Ich habe LR bereits deinstalliert und neu installiert, aber das Problem ist unverändert. Ich bin ratlos und benötige das Tool zum Arbeiten dringend...

Atualizei meu Ligthroom para a versão 8.5.1 e a função exportar  não estão funcionando corretamente. 

Currently I can't click on photos on my device to edit. Every time I click it kicks me back to the home screen. Please help me restore it.  {Title edited by Moderator for clarity and to aid search queries} 

For whatever reason, when iOS is set to 12h time instead of 24h, Lightroom bugs out when exporting images and overwrites the date and time metadata with the current date and time, causing the photo to be out of order and not placed next to the original in the camera roll.

Hi Adobe Support, I updated Lightroom on my Android to the latest version, and now all my imported photos, edits, presets, and settings are gone. Nothing’s in the Deleted folder, and any new photos I import disappear when I close and reopen the app—like it’s resetting itself. I’m really stressed about losing my work. Can you help me recover my stuff and fix this issue? I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Android 15. My Adobe ID is <email redacted by mod>. Please let me know what I can do!   Thanks

Issue: Lightroom takes a long time to load photo previews when selecting the SD card root folder as the source, but loads quickly when selecting the DCIM subfolder.Lightroom Version: 7.5OS and Version: Windows 11 (23H2)Steps to Reproduce the Behavior:Insert an SD card into the computer via an SD card reader.Open Adobe Lightroom and select the SD card root folder as the source for importing photos.Wait for Lightroom to load the preview view. Notice that photos load one by one very slowly.Close the import view and repeat the steps, but this time select the subfolder (DCIM) on the SD card where the photos are stored as the source.Observe that the preview view loads very quickly.Expected Result: The photo preview view should load quickly regardless of whether the SD card root folder or the DCIM subfolder is selected as the source.Actual Result: The photo preview view loads slowly when the SD card root folder is selected but loads quickly when the DCIM subfolder is selected.

How do I remove the learning community panel on the left-hand side of light room. I'm on a 13 inch Mac when I'm on the road and screen real estate is out of premium and this is just wasted space for me to do my work, but I can't figure out how to turn it off or get rid of it. If somebody has ideas of how to do that, I would be greatly appreciated!  

What is the best way to get lightroom pictures into indesign?

After first launching Lightroom, we can enter Crop mode by pressing "C" key. Then we can do our cropping, then confirm it (as we confirm everything on a computer) by pressing Enter. But after using LIghtroom for a while (sorry that's fuzzy), Enter stops working to confirm the crop. We can stil confirm the crop by pressing the "C" key again, but for some reason Enter stops working until Lightroom is quit and restarted.  The amount of time LR has to run before Enter stops working for crop confirmation is not known - sometimes it's day, other times (like this evening) it seems to stop working minutes after launch. Something must be triggering the failure but I don't know what.  I know this sounds minor, but Enter is so ingrained as the "do it now" key since the beginning of computing that this one always throws me.  This bug has existed for the five years I've been using LR, and has persisted across all of the updates in that time. Hi!I have about 40 GB of photos with edits on Lightroom CC. I need to move the photos from one profile to another (both profiles are under the same account / same email address).How do I transfer photos from one profile to another without losing the edit settings between Lightroom CC profiles?I've tried Lightroom Downloader which doesn't preserve the edit settings but only saves the edits into the JPG files. I've tried creating a shared album - but you can't share an album with your own account. Am I missing a trick?For context: My employer is changing how their Adobe profiles are managed, meaning I will lose all my content from my old profile unless I somehow migrate it onto the new profile (which is under the same account).

Version 8.5.1, Mac OS 15.6.1 SequoiaI never hat problem to import presets in Lightroom. But I can't import anymore. Lightroom stucks at the half progress bar "Loading Presets..." Tried to logout/login, cleared the chache, reset the preferences. No success. 

Hola comunidadHace unos días me robaron mi celular y perdí toda la información, pero me sorprendí al ver que apesar de utilizar Lightroom hace muchos años, solo puedo visualizar en la aplicación importaciones realizadas hasta el año 2020. Cosa que no me pasó con el último cambio de celular, me imagino que no quedaron guardadas en la nube. No hay forma de recuperar esas importaciones de alguna manera? Gracias de antemano

Estoy teniendo problemas para descargar videos en la galería desde Lightroom para Android, me pone que se estaba sincronizando pero que ya ha terminado y aun no me lo permite, alguien sabe que puede ser?

I think this may be more a feature request than a bug report, but it is an annoyance nonetheless. In Lightroom CC, I can 'edit in photoshop' and it will do just that.I can add layers, do whatever I need to do in photoshop, and save. The photoshop-edited photo appears in my lightroom library.If I then edit in photoshop again, even on another computer, the layers are still preserved - good!HOWEVER: if I then (accidentally) edit in lightroom again, all my photoshop edits are simply wiped out. If I edit again in photoshop, I simply get one flattened layer containing the photo with the edits that were done in lightroom. I appreciate that for lightroom CC to make edits it has to flatten the photo as it doesn't have a concept of layers, but it would be nice if it didn't simply wipe out the photoshop edits in order to continue editing in lightroom CC! If I have edited an image in photoshop, could you then 'lock' it for further editing in lightroom, and put a message saying "you

How can you rename using LR Mobile on phone or tablet?I do not want to export and give a new name as that creates a duplicate file on the device.I am in a remote location with no access to Lightroom Classic.

The option to "edit in photoshot" continues to stall out. It is very frustrating to pay this much money for programs that won't work properly. What should be a 2 hour editing session turns into a 4 hour session. Complete waste of time and money since this is how I make a living.

Desde hace un día que ya no puedo utilizar la IA en Ligthroom ya que al ocupar la herramienta me aparece el mensaje " Eliminacion generativa ha fallado "   tengo un pc window i7 de 9 generacion32 gb de RamNvidia gtx 1050  Cabe destacar que podia utilizar el programa sin problema y de la nada comenzó aparecerme el mensaje 

Wow!May be I am missing a step in moving images between Lightroom Cloud and PS? However, there does not appear to be an easy method to acomplish the task.
