Qué tal comunidad, por tercera vez, Adobe Lightroom me lanza el mensaje de que mi suscpripción expiró, lo cual no es cierto, pues mi plan se renueva mensualmente; además, en mi cuenta se refleja que tengo la suscripción activa. ¿Alguien sabe a qué se debe esto? {Title edited by Moderator}

Hey thereRecently I opened my Lightroom CC after haven't been using the app for (I think) a couple of weeks. Inside the program was nothing stored. The program was totally like I had never uploaded any file. After a couple of phone calls to the it-department one bright minded guy found a location, where my files was stored. I did import all the raw-files (without the editing though), and thought it was fine. Afterwards I have found out, that one (possibly more) of my photos where not in that folder. I have the photo exported in a jpeg-version, so I know the name of the photo, but I can't find the original file anywhere. Is there any possible way that my photo(s) can still be found in some kind of cloud-backup. No photos can be found in the Lightroom Deleted folder, and the original file aren't anywhere on my drives (not the Trash-bin in Windows either).Can anybody come up with a solution, so that I can find my original file(s)? Lightroom-version: 4.0,Build 20201007-
I have been using the cloud-based Lightroom for a number of months and am happy with my folder/album structure as well as the ability to edit and post from my Windows 10 laptop or my iPhone while I'm traveling. However, I've started using Lightroom Classic V12 to create slideshows, and hope to use more of its unique capabilities.Most of my photos, including those cropped and edited, have sync'd up alright with Classic. However there are some albums which Classic says it cannot find, though it displays the photo. I've discovered several versions of the Lightroom Classic catalog with different dates on my laptop. If I were to totally uninstall Classic and get rid of the related catalogs, could I just reinstall Classic and rebuild a complete catalog?I also read a post from a couple of years ago that Adobe recommends not trying to sync Classic with the ecosystem. Is that still the case and why?
Select Sky and Select Subject are now supported by iPad (9th gen). Are they supported by iPad (10th gen)?
Please, please, please! Will someone please tell me when we will be able to assemble a Timelapse from stills using either Lightroom or Photoshop for the iPad Pro? I don't know how much longer I can take not having this capability. Thank you kindly.
I originally installed LR on my Google pixel last year and have 500 pictures and my own presets. I just got a new phone s23, but when I log into LR from new phone my account is empty. How do I get my pictures off old phone? 🤔 🤔 Thanks in advance!
Each time I need to import photos in Lr Android app, I have to do it twice. Importing it once, it does not show up in "all photos". Notification of successful import also is seen only after second import. {Title edited by Moderator}

In needing to migrate from a personal profile to an enterprise profile, I had to do it manually so I exported everything in the original account as original + settings, thus generating a collection of raw + XMP files. However, in trying to import to the new profile, I have some raw files that contain multiple edits. The system recognizes these as a single raw file with multiple XMP files so it will not import multiple versions (it sees the raw file and knows it has already imported it, so it's not going to make a copy at that point) and then will not have anything to attach the additional sidecar files to since there is only one copy of the raw file. It doesn't matter if the files are renamed, it knows the raw file is already there. Is there anything that can be done to make multiple edits show up in the new profile?
Hi All,I just tried using the camera from adobe lightroom CC with pro mode on iphone 11.But what I feel, when I've taken a shot. The results from the preview shots and when I see them in the lightroom gallery have different results.Really appreciate if you have a solution to this problem.Thank You.
Hello Everyone, I've been experiencing this issue since I moved to the Macbook with an M1 chip - the edit photos do not export on my laptop from the app. I have tried multiple MacBooks with the M1 chip and it seems to be the same issue. Interestingly enough, my mac mini and mac studio with the same chips or better do not have a problem exporting edited photos. My current MacBooks are M1 Pro 16gb Unified ram and M1 Max 32gb Unified Ram. These are powerful machines and shouldn't have to have issues like this. My mac studio is M1 max 32gb and exports photos just fine. Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so, how do I resolve it? P.s. Adobe customer service sucks! I connected with someone over a live chat to resolve the issue and they disconnected in the middle of a screen-sharing session. I had to start all over with a different person and they disconnected too. That happened with 4 Adobe Customer Service Agents. Absolutely ridiculous. Get you
HiHave a Sony A7R and manual Voitghtlander lenses. No lens data is included in the files from the camera.In Lightroom CC on desktop I can choose the profile I want manually. On iOS I can’t. All I can do is toggle a switch to ‘enable lens correction’ which does nothing because there is no lens data in the files.If I have imported on the desktop version and apply the lens profiles there, the changes obviously sync to iOS. Then I can toggle the correction on and off, but I can’t make adjustments to it.After recently switching to An iPad Pro for all my photography needs, having to wait for the sync then apply lens profiles on a desktop, then wait for them to sync back before carrying on working in the iPad is my only remaining pain point.Will this be fixed/changed sometime so I can continue to float into the future on my fluffy cloud of raw files? Or am I just missing something?
Hi, the pictures that I take using lightroom's camera are in 1920*1080 whereas my phone sensor can take much better pictures : the photographs that I take using the default app are in 8160*6120! Is there an option to chose the resolution in lightroom that I didn't find?
I use Lightroom Classic for editing and I wanted to share photos with a client so they can download them. Photos are 96 dpi rather than 300dpi when downloaded. I tried this by syncing the two and also by uploading 300 dpi directly to Lightroom. And in both scenarios, the downloaded images is 96dpi. How can they be 300dpi when downloaded?
I haven't been using Lightroom long, but I have noticed that it will randomly decide that some photos don't exist to import them to Lightroom. This is not about the imported photos not showing up. It just doesn't show me some photos that are visible in my gallery. I can edit them in the gallery, upload and resave them, move them. They don't exist according to Lightroom, determined at the time of their taking. What is happening? This is random photos. I only use my native camera and Facebook messenger camera. It does happen more frequently with messenger, but my native camera is not excluded. I currently have all my messenger photos from last night, but none (3) from this morning. One was flipped, saved, moved, uploaded to Facebook, saved from Facebook, moved again, and still won't show up.
I can't get away In the service Discover. Such a window appears and locks the screen.
Surprised by the change Adobe has made which essentially separated enterprise license away from the personal account (i.e. email address) i used to register with my uni. I was not able to get any tech support because it says this account does not give me access to the admin console and neither can I get help on socials. I am just curious as to how this affects the privacy of my content on apps like Adobe reader and images on Lightroom. Does the institution now have access to the content I process through the enterprise profile? And because I had my photos on Lightroom, the sudden transition are now kept in the personal profile and it seems like the features under the institution's license can no longer be accessible unless the image I want to edit is uploaded to the enterprise profile. Anyone has any idea how privacy works in this new system?
I need to export my images with a custom filename, specificly with the persons name in the file name. I have them sorted with tagged people and keywords. How do I export with keyword in the file name on Lightroom? Using Windows 10, Thank you.
Adobe has done some remarable things in the area of editing and face recognition, but this is a very basic deficiency in data handling that I never expected from Adobe. Apparently, "date taken" and "keywords" are not written back to the image metadata when changed in LR CC. This means that a user can spend an enormous amount of time entering corrections to dates (especally scanned photos and old videos) and additions of keywords (names, places, events, and categories) - only to lose that work when exporting or migrating to a new system - even to Lightroom Classic! Also, the link to SmugMug does not work properly because "date taken" will be missing so it will not display and will not sort properly. I am one who is now in a quandry because of all the work I have put in that may have to be done over. I feel the need to warn any potential Lightroom CC user that it is a dead-end system from which you can never retrieve your data. I earnestly hope
I am using two computers to use LR cloud based. I am getting a different interface version on each computer. MY new computer is a MS Surface but it does not get all teh LR features that my original computer has. What can I do to get the same interface as the original computer?
I have an album on Lightroom cloud, lets call it "Master". It's portraits of employees over 5 years. There are about 300 people, each has about 2 to 35 photos each. I have a album for each person, under folders for their positions. I would like to tag the people using the people tool but it's difficult for me to just know everyone's name. It would be MUCH easier to tag them as I pull up all their photos in an album, but there does not seem to be a way to do this? Can I tag people in the pople view from the album?
Lightroom displays my images in a wider gamut despite my monitor display being set to show only sRGB. Machine: MacBook Pro 14" (2021)OS: Monterey 12.6Using: Lightroom Cloud 2023 Since I mainly post my photos online, I set my monitor's color space to sRGB. This allows me to (or so I thought) visually "override" Lightroom's native ProPhoto RGB color space. (I know these monitor settings don't actually change Lightroom's color space, but the idea is that my monitor is restricting me to seeing only what will be exported in sRGB, leaving no unwanted surprises on export to sRGB). I've been using this workflow for a few weeks now with no (apparent) issues: Today, this behavior seems to have changed or is at least doing something unexpected: Despite my monitor being set to sRGB, Lightroom is still allowing me to see my photo in the ProPhoto color space or some other color gamut that is clearly wider than sRGB. I didn't think this was possible for one, and fo
