Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

help, I am trying to retrieve an album that was taking by a professional photographer )I have the permisssons to view/retrieve) but the album has only 1 photo and there should be over 100. any assistance is appreciated 

Lightroom (v8.3) won't let me export files. I'm working out of the local drive and have plenty of space!I get the following error message:"There was a problem with checking how much disk space you have free" Any idea how to resolve this?  Thanks

Here we go AGAIN…. CLOUD STORAGE FULL. WHY is this happening daily after almost 10 years… I ONLY have LR Mobile. On an android XIAOMI 14T Pro and an IPAD Pro. NO DESKTOP APPAS. Showing as 5.01 GB of 100GB Used.. makes no sense whatsoever. PLEASE can someone just sort this before I go to Capture ONE!! Paul

I can't find an option under 'edit' to organise a backup of my catalog in my LR version 8.4.

Why when I chose an image from lightroom to edit in a photoshop, the image is being imported as tif and PSD? Why when I finish the edit the image is not added back to lightroom library? How can I fix that? Please respond <removed for privacy>

Today while edit, suddenly my tools menu changed and quick action introduction. I try and want to export to devices, but failed. I loaded again and then LR self restart (I used ipad) afterwards this new feature Quick Action disappears. Back to old layout menu. I uninstall and reinstall but its not work, I enjoy the Nu features but gone. Why? 

How do I fix this issue. These photos are very noisy and I need the AI to be rendered correctly for them to look professional.

I've been traveling the last 4 days and taking a lot of pictures on my iPhone 16 Pro. Each night I've checked that Lightroom mobile (iPhone version 10.4.2) says everything was backed up and synced before I deleted the day's photos so I can free up space. Tonight after going through this process I saw that Lightroom was using 50GB on iPhone storage for local copies. Everything I saw online said the only way to free up the space was to delete the app and reinstall. After doing so and syncing again, I am missing almost every single photo from my trip. I looked on Lightroom for Web and it says there are 588 photos with syncing issues. Am I completely screwed and have I lost all the pictures from my trip? 

When I try to use denoise on a photo I get this weird warped image. Clicking the update all button that shows up doesn't fix it.

 Lightroom on Windows 11 Adobe Lightroom has a major bug, as noted in previous discussions. This issue is severe and ongoing, it can exceed 100% and even reach into the thousands. At the time of writing, it has surpassed 2,000. I know the AI edits are minor because this comes from a user preset I created that deselects the 'remove' settings. Although I’d hate to reset the edits on this photo and start over, since the AI update doesn’t resolve the problem, resetting seems to be the only logical solution. Adobe this is completely unethical to offer software at full price with a bug that prevents users from exporting final edits.

Request option to store my photos locally instead of in Adobe Cloud, who else likes this idea?

Issue When I use the "Edit in Photoshop" command from Lightroom, Photoshop launches as expected, but then I receive the following error message: "Could not open Photoshop"The file never opens in Photoshop. I have had my lightroom/adobe account for a little while but have been unable to access it as my laptop has been having issues. Just got a new one and trying to set everything up on it. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,I'm trying to download my Lightroom photos from Adobes cloud storage. I'm using the Adobe Downloader app Version 1.0.5-20220504.116-64f8d2b. I can log in using my Adobe ID. I logged in, and it displayed the correct amount of photos on my account; I picked a destination folder and started downloading. The app had lost connection a few times with the server (I checked network traffic for the app), so I rebooted the app, resynced it, and then continued downloading where it had left off. However, it reached 16% and is no longer syncing. I rebooted the system and app and logged back in and out, but it's not budging. Any help in troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I am using the most recent version of Lightroom on an Android device (Samsung A52). I have just upgraded to Lightroom Premium in order to edit and export videos. When I try to export, save or share any edited footage I am given a "Couldn't Complete Export" error message with no further details. This happens every time. I have tried the following fixes, with no avail. 1. Clear the Cache2. Re Log-In3. Uninstall & Reinstall I am able to export the videos via the online editor on PC but I predominantly use mobile so this is not suitable for my purposes. I have plenty of storage on my device and a stable internet connection. Any advice? If not I shall have to cancel my Premium Plan and find something else. Thank you!

Hallo zusammen,ich teste mich gerade durch die aktuelle Version von LR Mobile auf meinem Tablet durch und bin auf ein Problem gestoßen (für mich).Ich schiebe unter LRC die Bilder in eine Sammlung, diese werden mit LR Mobile synchronisiert - funtioniert perfekt.Wenn ich jetzt in der Galerie die Bilder ansehen möchte, will LR Mobile die Bilder nachladen. Da ich im Tablet keine Sim habe, funktioniert das unterwegs nicht. Kann ich irgendwo einstellen, dass er die SmartPreviews gleich standardmäßig beim synchronisieren mit  lädt? Ich kann ja nicht jedes mal nach dem Sync neuer Bilder alle im WLAN durchscrollen, damit die Vorschauen geladen werden.Für Tipps wäre ich Euch sehr dankbar.

My computer has limited space, so I deleted a folder which was backed up on my hard drive. Now I can no longer download or edit these images in photoshop. I wan't to relink this folder to my hard drive, but I can't seem to find a way to do this. There is not right click and find folder option like there is in Lightroom Classic. 

Hello,I am trying to get into the swing of using Lightroom CC (which pales in comparison to the Lightroom Classic, IMO). I keep finding solutions to most of the problems I have had, however this particular one has me stuck.Anytime I hover over a feature for a moment, an animated tool tip pops up. The pop-ups get in the way of my editing and are very annoying as they don't go away for all too long. This is really slowing down my productivity and of zero use to me since I already know how to use the features. I cannot find any way to make them go away when they pop-up, let alone disable them all together. Every search online only brings up the solutions for Photoshop, which the option does not appear in Lightroom CC.Any help would be greatly appreciated otherwise I will have to abandon Lightroom CC as these are just all too distracting.Thanks in advanced!Take care,-Justin

Hello,I've noticed a change in the search behavior in the latest version of Lightroom (not Classic). Previously, I was able to paste multiple photo filenames (e.g., IMG_1234 IMG_5678) into the search bar, and Lightroom would successfully find all of them. Now, when I do the same, it returns no results unless I search for each filename separately.This has significantly slowed down my workflow.Could you please let me know if this change was intentional? And is there a way to restore the previous functionality?Thank you in advance!
