Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 18.2, Lightroom 2.1.0 When I use the Apple TV Lightroom app, I am unable to summon the tab at the top of the app to navigate the different sections. I think this is because I use my Apple TV with the remote setting for the clickpad set to "click only" instead of the default "click and touch". Please test the Lightroom Apple TV app with both configurations and see if you have trouble navigating the app. The Lightroom Apple TV app needs to support all basic remote configurations; you can't have navigation actions mapped to *only* swipes since some users, like myself, have swipes disabled.

Hi All,   I recently upgraded my computer to the newest Macbook Pro. I downloaded Lr (Cloud based) and signed into my account. This version of lightroom seems different in the sense that I can no longer copy/duplicate an edited images within one of my albums in lightroom. I used to be able to right click on the image and it gave me the option to 'duplicate the image'. I like to duplicate in order to provide a black and white copy of the image for my clients. Does anyone know how to do this in the latest version of Lr? (this is not LrC)Thank you!

I was shocked to learn that my entire collection of presets won't be syncronised if I ever change device on android.I don't need preset sync from android to PC but from one android to another, for sure.Why there is no such option?

Hi,I want to make a signatur frame I easily can apply to my edited photos no matter size in one of my package programs LR, PS most likely. I was told of program for Windows in Corel that does this very easily called PainShop Pro but it only works for Windows.. I work only Mac 😞  br. Asger

Hi, Looking for some advice on the following errors when trying to archive to a local folder please.  Archiving locally encountered the following errors for X images. Invalid destination.I have multiple drives both SSD and HDD mounted to my PC that I've tried to archive too, all failing with the above error. Locations have more than sufficient storage space. I have formatted the drive, and have tried creating folders in Lightroom and Windows Explorer to archive too, both not working. I have tried reinstalling previous versions of Lightroom, this also hasn't worked. I have tried using an external HDD and nothing has worked so far.It did work previously, and now it doesn't. Nothing hasn't changed so I'm unsure what might be causing the issue. Is anyone else having the same issue?Any suggestions or workarounds welcome. It used to work perfectly. Nowadays something has changed: when I outline a smaller area, it fills a much larger area, and the quality of the fill is much worse. What should I do? Is this a bug, or is it a new update that has worsened the quality of generative fill? I’m extremely upset. I used to use it for everything all the way until the beginning of this month, and now I can't rely on it anymore. If it is some kind of a new update, please make it how it was before. It really used to help! 

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. All of a sudden there are over one thousand pictures that are stuck and won't sync. Also is there a reason why we can't email a support team? 

With the new Lightroom enhancements, do I still need Topaz software?

I had LrCC open all day while I was working my other job so everything was all synced and backed up. No importing, no migrating, etc. I re-opened it right before I started editing. Switching between pictures is painfully slow. Editing, I constantly have the spinning wheel of death when trying to adjust any slider. It will say, "Synced and backed up," but then I can't even paste anything without it taking 2 minutes to paste my edits on another photo. It doesn't matter what I do - wait for everything to sync and back up, close and reopen LR, or just edit as things are syncing - it's taking the longest time to edit my photos these days. I've written this entire post and my paste still hasn't posted to my photo. It's now taking me 4x as long to edit a wedding as it normally does and I'm dying over here. I'm noticing that because the syncing is so slow, it will show that an edit has pasted, but then when I go back to the photo later, no edits were pasted and I'm having to start from scratch

Hi! I have both Lightroom Classic and CC/Mobile installed - I do however only use CC/Mobile, never Classic.I noticed now that there's a huge file (300+ Gb) called "Mobile Downloads.lrdata". It eats up all my space, and I wonder if I can erase this without risking any of my photos (that I have in the cloud for Lighroom CC/Mobile). What's the best approach here? Thanks!

While trying to import from an sd card to light room it tells me to grant access to files and folders.  That is already toggled on. As well as photos having full access.  It's still preventing me from importing photos from an sd card. Even without the sd card connected and I click import, it tells me to grant access to Lightroom. It's been toggled on and off. Force reset and reinstalled with the same issue

LR freeze at ~170 pictures processing. 32 GB memory, ~15GB pagefile. DNGs imported from Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at 12 MB size. Graphic card NVIDIA 5070 Ti. Task Manager memory peaks at ~95% before freeze.LR CC v8.5.1

Since the last update, Lightroom (cloud version, macOS Sequoia 15.6.1, 16 GB RAM) has become virtually unusable. Noise reduction immediately causes pop-ups that block the entire workflow. Especially with images that have already been noise-reduced, it takes up to a minute for changes to take effect, and Lightroom is completely locked during this time. Copying and pasting edits also causes pop-ups to block the process, instead of running in the background with a progress bar as before. In addition, Lightroom regularly freezes and cannot be opened until the process is terminated manually. This results in massive time losses and severely restricts professional use.I request a quick fix so that denoising and editing copies are performed in the background as before, do not cause blockages, and system crashes are reduced or avoided.

Converting presti to lut(cube). 8.5.1 Lightroom - not classic. How do I convert a preset to a cube in Lightroom? 8.5.1 Lightroom - not classic. I saw in a video that it exports as a cube, there's a button above the presets, but I don't have that. I have an AMD 8500 processor, so I can't install the latest versions. Maybe it's due to a version difference. I don't know.

For the second time I have experienced that videos have disappeared from an album in Lightroom mobile but pictures stay.   I cannot completely rule out that I have somehow managed to delete them but find that possibility slim as all the photos from the same shooting are still in the album.   can someone offer me a suggestion for this behavior ?   best regards from Lars 🙏   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Despite following the advice to open system preferences and enable full disk access neither programs show up in the automation folder where they apparently need to be to enable this functionality. Are there any workarounds or solutions other than using Lightroom Classic which works perfectly. Many thanks, 

A IA trabalha até bem, porém falta alguma ferramenta em que se pode selecionar a area que vamos retocar ou remover, e um espaço pra poder digitar um prompt de comando pra auxiliar a IA no trabalho que a gente precisa executar. Fora isso ja tem nos ajudado bastante no nosso workflow.
