Hello, After installing the latest update, I can't see or access the top part of the screen in Lightroom Mobile. I've tried to reset the app and restart my Macbook, but nothing helps. As you can see on the screenshot, the contrast dial is only partially visible. Everything above is missing, including the Development tab. Any idea how to fix this?
Hello, Issue: I have a user experiencing an issue while trying to export photos using Lightroom. Not Lightroom Classic. Lightroom Classic works as expected. I reinstalled Lightroom fresh, so it should be the latest version of the application. Screenshot: The user previously used the application on their home computer, but transitioned to their work computer and receives this error while attempting to export photos. I wonder if it has to do with where the application is trying to export files, but I have no idea how to change that. Any further information, I can provide. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! {Thread title modified by moderator}
Hi. You may like to fix a minor translation issue. In the desktop app Italian localization the words "Cloud" and "Local" (up left menu) have been translated as "Nuvola" and "Locale" (see the attached screenshot). Although "Nuvola" is the correct translation of "Cloud", in this case the word "Nuvola" is not used to mean "Cloud". In Italian, the English word "Cloud" is actually used to mean the "Cloud". I hope I made myself clear. The word "Nuvola" sound weird to mean the "Cloud". Best regards Guido

In Lightroom Mobile version 10.1.0 on Android, there is a translation error in the feature for organizing photos into albums. When attempting to move a photo to another album, the issue becomes evident. After selecting a photo and clicking the Organize button at the bottom, a menu appears with the option Przejdź do albumu. However, this translation is incorrect. In English, it means Go to album, but it should be translated into Polish as Przenieś do albumu to accurately convey the intended action of Move to album. I've been using my iPad to do some basic photo edits in Lightroom for a few years now, and it was working pretty well on my last iPad (base iPad, 7th generation), but I've recently upgraded to the 9th generation base iPad and now the Lightroom app does this weird few frames of a completely pink screen whenever I rotate the iPad in the editing mode. Screen recording of the issue happening is attached. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, no luck. I've had no other issues so far with any other Adobe for iPad apps that I use.
Hi, I was able to import photos from my Canon R7 connecting with a USB-C cable to my MacBook Pro – but after upgrading to macOS 15 Sequoia it no longer appears in the import menu and I can only import via "browse". The camera connects fine and shows up in the Image Capture app. Workaround is to plug the SD card into the MacBook, but I prefer the way it worked before over USB-C. Any ideas what could be wrong and how I could possibly restore that functionality? Thanks!
I am seeing a warning on LR desktop all HEIC files saying HEIC files are not supported without a subscription. However I do have an active subscription, and I am able to edit those files on LR mobile, and on a second PC. I have tried restarting LR, logging out and back in, reinstalling LR and doing a full preferences reset. Also did double/triple check that my account is up to date and I am logged in correctly.I can view, organise & caption all my images, but I cannot edit them. I can edit jpg files, just not HEIC. This only started a few days ago. I contacted Adobe support. After about 2 hours they ended by saying "We have never seen this issue before" . Image is not available They said they will get their engineering team to have a look at it, but I have not heard back.
Android Lightroom Mobile will not start and completely stops working when switched to airplane mode or when there is no internet connection, such as during a long trip on an international ship. This issue occurs because, after restarting Lightroom a few times (usually 3-4 times) offline, Google Play begins to block it.Once this happens, I cannot get back into Lightroom until it is back online. In the meantime, Google Play just tells me to pass the time with a boring mini-game until I get back online!When I disabled Google Play, a white dialogue box with just 'CLOSE' appears immediately after Lightroom starts up. In the end, nothing can be done.Please, please fix it so that Lightroom works without Google Play in an offline environment.

Hello, when I import video file from camera roll it's changing the colors/lighting/brightness and presets doesn't looks like it's supposed to be. Please help to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance
I saw this annoying red "!" exclamation mark on my Lightroom CC, which states, "Some Photos Invalid"There are two problems 1) Which photos? 2) Where are the verbs, I am no English expert but it should have been "Some photos are invalid" (mind case and verb)
If you change to the Profile Adobe Monochrome, the auto B/W mix is not being activated, which is the expected behaviour. But if you start moving any sliders to edit the image (i.e. Highlights), the auto B/W mix is getting activated automatically and the image changes drastically. Even if you set the colors in the auto B/W mix back to zero it keeps activating the auto setting on and on, which is annoying. There is no option to deactivate this behaviour. Thank you very much. Moin zusammen, mein Problem beim Drucken ist, dass wenn nach dem Exportieren "Drucken" gewählt wird, erscheint die Druchmaske (siehe Foto) nur ganz kurz und verschwindet sofort wieder. Kennt jemand dieses Problem? {title updated by Moderator for easier reading}

Hello, After the update 8.0 the Tone setting is not resetting back to 0 even if you double click on it or right-click>reset all values. Also, you can't input the desired value by typing it. It happens in both MacOs and Windows. Anyone else having this issue?
Version: 8.0 Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Hi, in Lightroom CC v7.5, I was happily importing H.265 (aka HEVC) into Lightroom straight from the Camera. Now in v8.0, this no longer works, sending me on a wild goose chase to install HEIC and HEVC extensions, costing me 1 USD. (ok, I will survive, but still). Despite installing all that, it still doesn't work. Going back to v7.5 restores the ability to import H.265. I am happy to provide a sample file. Steps to reproduce: 1) update to v8.0 2) create an H.265 recording on OM Systems OM-1 3) try to import said file Expectation: Import preview shows thumbnail, allows to select the file and import makes the file available in Lightroom CC eco system Actual: Thumbnail is black. On hover, shows an error about needing HEVC extension
Hi, I noticed the point curve anchor point options are gone in LR (cloud-based) 8.0. See the attached screenshots for a comparison between 7.5 and 8.0. Can you confirm if this is a bug that will be addressed in the future, or if the feature is deliberately removed from LR from now on? If it is deliberately removed, I think it would be a bad design because (1) it made the previous edits incompatible with the new version because you cannot see or adjust the anchor points and (2) the anchors are quite useful for selecting the image regions to perform adjustments on. I am sticking with 7.5 for now and will not be upgrading until this issue is properly addressed.
After update Lightroom from 7.5 to 8.0 on macOS, entering filename in filter bar to search photo is broken. No matter the full file name nor part of it. Lightroom 7.5 Lightroom 8.0 Please fix this issue.
Hello, I hope this information reaches Lightroom engineers at Adobe. Lightroom CC 7.5 stutters when panning with a mouse polling rate set over 125hz, using an Nvidia graphics card for acceleration. It works smoothly when set at 125hz or below. This is only an issue when graphics acceleration is used. Windows 11 23H2 Build 22631.4169 Nvidia RTX 4080 Driver 561.09 I would appreciate if this was confirmed and planned for fixing. Please understand that it is very annoying to have to switch to lower polling rate just to use Lightroom.
Regarding the new Archive Photo locally function in Lihgtroom Desktop, I experience that unedited photos are tagged as edited after being moved to the local storage. The Reset Edit function is greyed out/disabled (beacuase there are no edits). If I open the photo in develop, I can verify there are no edits applied. The only workaround I have found, is to reset the develop settings in Lightroom Classic (which is kind of cumbersome and unwanted). Does anyone else experience this, and is it a workaround I haven't thought of? I shoot raw. To my big surprise, I also see that even after applying some edits to the local photo, I am unable to reset the edits if I right click it (it's grey/disabled). Is it a bug? Hello, I have a Lightroom album which I share with a number of other people. It contains both stills and videos. I have enabled for guests to download content. I have shared a link by generating it in my Lightroom application on my Mac. When the guests follow that link, they get taken to the web interface of Lightroom. I have been informed that when they download video, the sound disappears. This seems to happen consistently for iOS users but apparently works for Android users. It sounds to me, but I am no expert, that there could be a codec issue on the device. Worth noting is that if I download video from the iPhone Lightroom app to my physical phone, there is no issue with the sound, but if I download from the web browser on the phone, I get the same issue. This is rather disturbing as I don't want to have to force all the guests in the album to insall the iOS Lightroom app to make it work. Any suggestions or solutions?
