I get error on exporting DNG files. No matter if I try exporting to JPEG or TIFF or anything. 

Hello everyone. How do you like the Crustacean that has undergone a facelift?

Lightroom is an absolute farce! Why make it so difficult to use? I feel conned into buying this programme!! I have spent 3 hours trying to find a supposed "saved" photo with no joy. I just want to email the bloody photo, for God's sake!  

I'd like to see exposure settings increase beyond 1/6 second.

Hi there ,  I am currently using Lightroom mobile and would like to invite a client into her gallery . Firstly I would like to watermark the photos as she will be only selecting 20 from the 80 photos . How can I achieve this without having to export the whole gallery with the watermark option?      {Thread title edited by moderator}

I have downloadedthe free trial of Lightroom  but is says it is version 8 when I understand the latest vesion is 14,have I done somethin wrong

Bonjour, J'ai changer de disque dur de mon ordi. J'ai remis Lightroom, et j'ai retoruvé mes photos. Mais lorsque je veux exporter mes photos (comme je faisais avant) clic droit, je n'ai plus la possibilité de le faire. C'est comme ci je faisais un clic droit sur mon bureau avec possibilité de faire un copier coller, enregister sous....Merci de votre aide.

Hi everyone,   I’ve been having an issue with the Lightroom mobile app for the past week. Photos are not loading into the app, and even the thumbnails of previously imported images are not showing up. I’ve already checked the following: I’m using the latest version of the app   My internet connection is stable (tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data) I have enough free storage on my device I’m logged into the correct Adobe account Syncing appears to be enabled, but nothing seems to be syncing I’ve tried restarting the app and my phone, but no change Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!   Thanks in advance, Zuzana

  Hello, I recently changed my phone (from a Samsung M12 to a Samsung A16) and transferred all my data. When I opened the Lightroom Mobile app on the new device, I realized that all my previous photos were missing. I logged in with my Google account (sokrovishe97ag@gmail.com), which I believe was the one I used before. I also tried checking via Facebook and the Lightroom Web version, but none of them showed my previous photos. On the old phone, I had many important photos saved in Lightroom Mobile. I suspect they were stored locally and not synced to the cloud. Is there any chance you can help me recover these photos? Here are my details:- Email: sokrovishe97ag@gmail.com- Old phone: Samsung M12- New phone: Samsung A16- Last access to Lightroom with all photos: around May 2025 Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do. These photos are very important to me. Thank you in advance!

Not sure if I'm in the right place. I have Windows Lightroom Classic. When I share a collection to the web, I'm getting rendering errors. Either it continues a "rendering" or a "rendering error" message. After working for years, the error just started this afternoon 06-19-2025. I'm trying to send photos/videos via email that includes geotag location details. the receiver of the photos/videos claims that when he saves them the goetag location is not available anymore. Any ideas how to do it?

Others have also had issues with Lightroom's Denoise not working but mine appears to be possibly slightly different. OK - I am up to date with Lightroom, I have plenty of storage on my Mac, I always shoot in RAW and the Denoise feature was working perfectly up until a few weeks ago. In fact a few things have been going a bit wrong with LR lately including having to close down LR and go in again because I sporadically lose "information" on my photos). Not sure if relevant but I also have the Topaz DeNoise plug-in. I have had this for a while and it's never been an issue before. In the past I have always been able to choose which Denoise to use either Topaz or LR depending upon which looked best. The Topaz denoise function still works by the way. Now if I press the Denoise button in LR I am taken to the usual Enhance Preview screen and whilst it looks like the image is loading properly it then greys out and if I press "enhance", I get a new window called Enhance Errors which states

* NB: This issue just started a couple of hours ago.i take pictures using my Android Galaxy S25 phone and upload them to Lightroom Mobile (Premium V 10.4.1). They then synch to my iPad with Lightroom Mobile v 10.4.0. I've been doing this for years without issue. This afternoon that changed. The images look fine on my phone but on my iPad just appear as black squares (no image or detail available). If I go to the web it shows the images loading...but they never do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled LR on both my phone & iPad. I've shut down the devices and restarted. I've cleared the cache. Nothing works. Any help appreciated.

 I am having issues stacking images in grid view. I am in the folder where all the images are, but stacking is greyed out. 

Good morning.The new "add border and share feature" is a brilliant idea to be able to output the photos directly to social media (mostly Instagram), but...it doesn't have ANY export options, so it's useless right now. If you click on "add border and share", no export option appears:You can't choose quality, color space, output sharpening...and most crucial of all, you can't choose the dimensions of the photograph. Right now, if I choose a square frame (1:1), it makes me a 2108x2108px photo, a completely random number that cannot be changed. For Instagram, we are supposed to upload the images with a long side of 1080px (on some sites I have read that double would also work). The same happens with the rest of the social networks, or even for your own use. Each requires a different dimension. Why don't we have output options when we add the border? Is there something I'm missing?Thanks in advance,Sergio

How can I remove photos from an album that was shared with me? My organization hosted an event and we were hoping to use Lightroom to sort/remove any pictures that we didn't need, and then just edit within Lightroom, however we can't seem to figure out how to remove the pictures as collaborators with editing permissions. Would appreciate any help!

Hi,We're looking at shifting at least partially from LrC to Lightroom. Looking at the naming options for exporting, it looks very cut down in Lightroom compared to LrC. I tried to use variables in the Custom Name field but they came out verbatim, not as variable results. I tried this syntax: myname - {Filename} Is it really so that we can't use any variables in this Custom Name? Or am I missing something, is there another way of doing this? Rgds, Björn
