Hi there!I'm using the latest version of Lightroom on M3 Max MacBook Pro with macOS 26.5. AI generative remove tool all of a sudden started taking several minutes when it used to take seconds to clean up background for the exactly same gallery of photos. My setup: MacBook Pro M3 Max, 36 GB RAM macOS 26.5 (Tahoe); Lightroom (cloud) — currently on latest version; Internet: 500 Mbps download / 70 Mbps upload; External Extreme SSD for photo storage (connected via fast port).I've tried: reinstalling Lightroom, rolling back to older versions (9.1, 9.2 and older), updating macOS, installing latest version of Lightroom, verifying full GPU acceleration is enabled, moving photos to a new external SSD, forgetting offline volumes, pausing sync, and clearing cache. Nothing fixed it.Activity Monitor findings during a slow AI edit: Lightroom CPU usage: 2-7%; Lightroom GPU usage: ~5%; System idle: 93% ; Memory Pressure: green, 20 GB of 36 GB used; Swap: 0 bytes. My theory is that Mac is essentially si
HDR doesn't work in Lightroom on Android, although I have a Poco F7 Pro which should support it and it does, but on YouTube.I want to edit old HDR photos, but HDR doesn't work and if I export the photo, the HDR looks fine in the gallery.
When creating a linear or radial gradient in the masks section, the 3 dots menu for more options stopped working since the last Lightroom update. I used to be able to do things like invert the mask under the more options menu but that is not functional now with the latest update. This feature is fundamental for my work.
photos appear as black or gray rectangles, associate the sRGBAdding screenshot for the reference. This issue has started after the recent update done today.
The Deleted view could use a lot of improvement. I have 1500 photos in there at the moment and am looking for one taken on a known date. But, the Deleted view does not let you sort by the capture date nor view the info and capture date for any of the photos. Why? All of this capability from the other views should be preserved here.
Hello, i have a screenshot from a video and there is a person in it that i need to enhance. Im willing to learn myself, but need this one done quickly

Yesterday it started with Lightroom for ios on ipad showing error “image missing” with error code t20200914 “too many levels of symbolic links code 62”. Then tried accessing via web on lightroom.adobe.com which initially showed photos but not that specific photo with error “proxy image missing”. Now on lightroom.adobe.com not only those images, but the whole album is just empty screen, as well as many other older albums as well as the “All Photos” on top, even though it shows 19k photos there, clicking on it opens an empty screen. Please fix, the whole point of using cloud was because could trust that it is going to be reliable, that confidence is now being severely tested.

For reference, I am using Lightroom Mac Version 7.3 on an Apple M1 Pro MacBook Pro. Has anyone had an issue where during the middle of of an editing session the arrow keys stop working on the film strip and when adjusting something on a sliding scale? All of the other keyboard shortcuts work, but for some reason arrow key function stops. This issue will resolve upon quitting and restarting application, but it is getting annoying & breaks my flow when I have to do so 4-5 times throughout an editing session. This has been bothering me for months now. How do I resolve it? It generally seems to occur after I have used the crop function (or at least that is when I notice). When it happens, it will not allow me to hit enter on the crop. I instead have to hit 'E' to return to the edit panel and save the crop. From that point going forward, I can no longer use the arrow keys throughout the session. There is also a sound that plays like the arrow keys are no longer
Introducing Assisted Culling (Early Access) in Lightroom Desktop For providing feedback for Lightroom Classic, click here. TL;DR – Assisted Culling is getting faster, more powerful, and more accurate as we head to GA. If you tried in October 2025, we urge you to try the new version and give us feedback – especially for wedding & portrait photographers. We’re eager to hear your feedback! Assisted Culling has received several updates since Early Access launched in October 2025. If you tried it then, here's what's new: April 2026 Significantly improved handling of shallow depth-of-field for photos – a major customer ask. Images with intentional background blur are now more reliably recognized and kept rather than rejected as out-of-focus. We’ve retrained the “Reject model” so it has more accurate identification of reject-worthy images. Additionally, an image can now be flagged under multiple reject reasons simultaneously: Exposure Issues: includes a sensitivity slider so you c
Copy and pasting settings within the mobile app is NOT working correctly it’s pasting what I supposedly copy but it does NOT look right. When I go back and edit from the start, it looks right. But pasting those settings to the next photo is NOT working.
There seems to be a bug in Lightroom when using the "Copy Edit Settings" feature. Even when I uncheck all settings and select only the Denoise tool to copy, Lightroom still pastes every single adjustment (like exposure, color, and contrast) onto the new image. It is completely ignoring my specific selection in the "Copy Settings" checkbox menu and overwriting all the original settings on the target image.
While it’s been mostly nice to have the Lightroom experience on the Surface Pro 11 with Qualcomm Snapdragon X, there are some pretty hard to ignore deficiencies. First and foremost, hardware acceleration only partially works. It is used for exporting, but denoising as best I can tell is still exclusively CPU and does not make use of either the GPU or NPU. Yes, before you ask I have made sure graphics acceleration is fully enabled in both Lightroom and Camera Raw. If someone else can get it to work, I'm happy to learn exactly how. Under the Remove toolbox, Distraction Removal for Reflections/People/Dust are missing. I personally wouldn’t use this feature very much, but it’s weird that it’s missing. Content Credentials on 9.3.2 on my Intel NUC shows that it is available and I can configure it. On my SP11, it shows “Content Credentials are not available on this platform”, and again I’m just kind of wondering why? It seems like Adobe did just enough to meet a Microsoft contractual obli
Both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic do not handle multi-monitor (different DPI) setup properly.Issues:When launched on Display 1 (see below) all is displayed and scaled ok. When moved to Display 2 (see below) all UI (window titlebar, menu and also window content) is too large - scaled incorrecly. When launched on Display 2 (see below) part of the UI (window titlebar, menu but not window content) is too large - scaled incorrectly. When moving window to Display 1 (see below) part of the UI (window content but not titlebar or menu) is too small - scaled incorrectly. It seems scaling is not handled properly on launch on Display 2 (non-default). Also, moving windows between displays is not handled correctly. Result is that on one of my displays Lighroom cannot be used with proper scaling at all. I haven't tested all the variables here so I'll just give the exact steps that allow me to reproduce the issue, but some things (like specifically using fast user switching) may not be necessary.Set up two user accounts Enable Touch ID on both accounts, using different fingers Make sure "Use Touch ID for fast user switching" is enabled on both accounts Make sure both accounts have been logged in to since last booting the system Launch Lightroom on either account Set the Lightroom window to fullscreen (🌐F / ⌃⌘F) Open any photo Open the edit panel and ensure the histogram is enabled (⌘0) Using fast user switching, switch to the other active user account Using fast user switching, switch back to the account with Lightroom openUpon switching back, the Lightroom window will briefly reset its positioning, and in the process, position the histogram too high, causing the top section of it to be cut off:
I lost all my albums. They simply disappeared. Where can I find them? why this happened?Folders are still there, but all of them are empty since yestarday afternoon. Is there a way to recover how I had organized my files or do I need to start from Scratch?
I have a photo that I want to add to an album in Lightroom (let's call that album X). The photo already exists somewhere else in my Lightroom collection. When I try to drag the photo's image file from my computer into "album X", Lightroom tells me that the photo is "Previously Added". This is true from the perspective of the photo and my Lightroom library as a whole, but it is also false in the sense that the photo does not already exist in the album that I just tried to drag it into. Finding a copy of the photo that is already in my Lightroom collection is a massive task considering the size of my Lightroom collection (slightly more than 64,000 images). Since Lightroom OBVIOUSLY knows where the photo can be found in my collection, it should offer to add it to the aforementioned "album X" instead of expecting me to spend what could be quite a while finding where the photo already exists in my collection so that I can drag it into the "album X". Hello Adobe Support,I'm experiencing several serious issues with Adobe Lightroom CC that are affecting my editing workflow: The application becomes noticeably slow and delayed during editing. Adjustments such as Exposure, Contrast, Highlights, Shadows, and other sliders often respond with significant lag. Due to this delay, Lightroom sometimes applies my edits to the wrong image. For example, when I brighten a photo, the adjustment may not appear immediately on the current image. If I move to the next photo, the adjustment is then applied there instead. This creates confusion and forces me to go back and check every image manually. The same issue occurs with tools such as Crop and Healing/Remove. At times, I perform a crop or healing adjustment on one image, but because of the delay, Lightroom applies the action to the next image I select. In some cases, the healing brush appears in the same position on the following photo instead of the photo I was originally editing. While acti
Why do the Presets no longer work in Lightroom?
When I use Brush mask in Adobe Lightroom it always starts painting in top left corner (whenever I touch my Wacom graphic tablet with the stylus). I already changed the tip of the stylus but it didn't help
Hello everyone,I use the Artboard feature quite frequently, and having it in Photoshop greatly simplifies my workflow. However, I've been experiencing serious bugs, lack of optimization, and performance bottlenecks for a long time. The recent updates haven't given enough attention to these issues, making me feel like the development team has neglected this fundamental feature. The AI features added to the program don't work properly with artboards. Select Subject: Functions highly inconsistently and loses accuracy inside artboards. Same problem has occured with Object Selection Tool. Isolating the layer in a standard new without artboard artwork completely fixes this.Left arrow pointing to applied layer for Select Subject feature.Right arrow pointing the result.Generative Fill: When using Generative Fill near the edges of an artboard, the AI reads data from adjacent artboards. While Adobe models try to add unwanted white frames or stitch elements from neighboring artboards, partner mo
