Hello,I have an issue with editing photos with Lightroom, version 9.3.1) on my device Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ (12 GM RAM, 256 GB capacity, model: SM-X810NZAAEUE).Steps to replicate the issue:1. Open any file with Lightroom2. Go to edit mode3. Select any slider edit (exposure, temperature, etc.)4. Use slider5. Notice the image gets blurry/pixelated for a while and then rerenders in the full quality.I also attach a video with the issue reproduction. I tested editing the same image on Galaxy S21 Ultra, iPhone 13 pro, and iPad 11" 4th generation, on none of those devices the issue is replicable. This is such a bummer since I bought the Galaxy Tab S9+ dedicated to editing pictures in Lightroom.
This survey prompt keeps appearing every time I open Lightroom mobile. I click dismiss, but when I come back to the app, it reappears. How do I permanently close it?
I started using Lightroom as followup for Photoshop Elements (catalog). I have moved al my photo's to Lightroom Cloud now, and even managed to get them (sort of) organised in albums. Now I expect to have no access to (fast) internet during my vacation. Would it be possible to move back to Classic, preferably by keeping access to my library in both environments (synchronising?). I accept that this will take time to download all photo's again to my laptop, but will I be able to maintain the structure in albums I made in the cloud version. Or will it be sufficient to create an album in the Cloud-verion that is available offline. Can I then import photo's from my camara to preview and edit in the cloud version? I am a bit puzzled as to how I can get this working in the most reliable way, i.e. that I can start working with my library independent of the availability of a (fast) internet connection.
Seems like there's a bug with vignette on the Lightroom application vs Lightroom Classic on Mac. Both apps and OSX is up to date. I called Lightroom support and they said it is working as designed, but told me I'm welcome to report it as a bug here.
When working with Adobe Lightroom I received an error - a problem with the local directory -, restarting the program does not help. At the same time, the Adome Lightroom Classic program works properly. How can I restore the functionality of the new Adobe Lightroom? Adobe Lightroom ?
Hola. Quisiera volver a tener acceso a mis fotos.
Hello, My photos have disappeared from my Lightroom Mobile account. They were previously uploaded and synced via the cloud. Now, when I log into my account, neither the photos nor the presets are visible. Please help me understand what happened and assist in recovering the data. Thank you!
Posiadam pakiet Adobe Lightroom 8.2, używam go na dwu komputerach i telefon.
My 20gb creative cloud storage is showing as full, even though I have removed most of my synced photos on the cloud. I'm not sure what I should do now, as there isn't anything else I can delete, and what is left isn't anywhere near 20gb. I'm using Lightroom Classic and the iPad app to edit photos across the cloud. Can anyone help please?
Hi! I eould be grateful for some help going about problems with a filled up internal hard drive. I am using Lightroom cloud edition. The cache file is getting quite large now when I’m reaching 1TB of stored pictures and it is filling up my computer’s internal hard drive. Can I move the chace file to an external hard drive without loosing any edits or encountering any other problems? I can't really tidy up something else on the drive which is rather small (old macbook pro) and the cache file is the largest thing stored besides software programmes that I can't really delete. Thanks for any tips!
How can I dock the information panel? I thought this was previously how it works. Now it seems to float, cutting off the last few images in my film strip which is annoying.
For as long as I can remember, my Lightroom CC has been having an issue with mouse hijacking whenever it is open. The mouse will randomly relocate to the bottom left of the screen, then if I try to move it, it will reset it back to the bottom left of the screen. The only way to get around it is to wait for several seconds, then it will release it back and I can start using it again. It will randomly do this while using the app, or even other apps, as long as Lightroom is open. If I hide Lightroom (cmd + h) and use other apps, it no longer causes the issue. I am currently using a Macbook Pro with Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 and Lightroom CC version 7.5. Don't tell me this is because my software isn't up to date, since I upgraded to Monterey when it was new and the problem was not resolved.
Hey everyone, I've been running low on space lately, so I've decided to delete all rejected images and those used for stitching panoramas and HDRs. What are your thoughts on this? Do you typically keep all your stitching files? The only reason I'm considering keeping them is for those rare occasions when someone asks for the original raw file.

My paid subscription doesn't work. There aren't any functions in lightroom. What can I do?
how I can I do for report
I will spend a great deal of time editing photos in Lightroom (most updated version) but when I come back later, the edits on some photos randomly reset like I haven't touched it to begin with. It's taking more time to edit photos because I keep having to redo them. I think this is happening when I change the sorting view with photos, but I'm not sure how to replicate the issue with it happening so randomly. It's happening everytime I use lightroom now.
My mobile app shut down while importing photos. This happened several times then I got a message that 183 of the 380 photos. Is my storage full or is there another problem?
Hello everyone, I'm not sure if this is the correct page to post this?...But anyway... I'm new here but previously had Lightroom many years ago although I didnt use it alot and its changed loads since 2014. However the reignition of my photography intrest after selling my D850 and buying the Nikon Z8 coupled with the frustrating 'Apple Photo' editing software has lead me to buy Lightroom again. Now I say the Apple Photo is frustrating, well a lot of that may of been down to the limitations of the Laptop I was using as although its a 16'' Macbook Pro it is several years old and only has 16GB of Ram so editing photos over 50MB it used to take ages to catch up with some of the edits especially if I was using the 'Retouch Tool' which I use alot as I have loads of old negatives scanned onto disc & then downloaded onto my PC and as they are really old negatives most have inperfections on them I have to edit out. So along with a new camera I also splashed out an the A

Using Lightroom v8.2 on Mac. I uploaded a batch of images yesterday and those that used any AI features such as Denoise or removing elements are not syncing to the cloud. All other images from the same upload batch synced without problems. I tried exporting a DNG or JPEG of these images, and re-adding them to catalogue, and they will still not sync. In lightroom web, these appear in the sync issues folder with the message "Open image in Lightroom on Macbook Pro to continue syncing" despite that Lightroom is infact open and attempting to sync infinitely. I tried opening an unrelated JPEG and it synced without issues, it appears directly related to only the images that got AI masks or processing. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling lightroom without success. Uploading these DNGs into the lightroom web led also resulted in "upload failed" message; suggesting that these images are somehow corrupted by the AI feature.
