Photoshop

The dimensions of the image in the "Crop Size" tool do not match the dimensions in the "Image Size" menu option;   as such it is impossible to crop an image to a desired size.    In "Image Size" my image is set to 37cm x 71.8cm.   I want to crop it to 37cm by 70cm  - however in the crop tool the image size is shown as 126cm x 245cm - how do I crop it accurately to 37 by 70 with the crop tool?  Is this a bug? If I enter 37cm into the crop width it shows in the crop preview that it will cut the image by about 75% (e.g. it is cropping it on the scale 126cm is 100% width).   Please advise. Thanks, Simon 

When the application language is set to Simplified Chinese, and Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) is using the Compact Panels layout, there is a translation error in the Masking > Point Color panel. The control labeled “Saturation” is incorrectly translated into the Chinese word “周六” (Saturday), as shown in the screenshot. This appears to be a localization mistake, likely caused by a confusion between the English word “Saturation” and “Saturday”, which are similar in spelling. The correct Simplified Chinese translation for “Saturation” should be “饱和度”. I hope this translation error can be corrected in a future update. Thank you for your attention to this localization issue.

I use Blend Selection Edges a lot in Photoshop. Since December, you can't use decimal points, only whole numbers. That's complete nonsense. Sometimes I really just needed a subtle edge blur, but when I can't enter 0.5 pixels of blending, but only 1.0, it makes a big difference and the edge is very blurry. Why did this feature disappear? Is it a bug? Will you fix it?

I have my own workspace and it doesn't save after exit the Photoshop 2026. Why?  I tried to re-install my workcpaces, delited and creating new one - All of my workspaces doesn't save! Thanks' Adobe! You can take all of my money! Maybe you'll fix it.

I would like to report a bug and ask if there is a solution.When using the Spot Healing Brush Tool on a selected area, Photoshop generates completely random artifacts on the canvas, as shown in the attached image.Could you please advise how this issue can be resolved? 

Dear Team, OS: OSX Sequioa 15.7.2PS: 2024, 2025+ I found a type rendering issue when opening an Photshop 2024 saved PSD on Photoshop 2025 and above.When I open a PSD on Photoshop 2025+, which was saved with Photoshop 2024, I got an error message popping up, that some textlayer needs to be updated.Font layer itself got a grey triangle "Font is present on system but requires a layout change".When I click update the letters are slighly moved and the layout is destroyed. And when I UNDO I got the document in inital state with the grey triangle on each type layer.When I save the ontouched PS2024 PSD in PS2025+, without updating the textlayer and reopen the new PS2025 PSD in PS2025+ the gray triangles a gone and the text stays the same as in PS2024.But when I try to edit the layer and cancel this process by pressing ESC, nothing has been changed, the textlayer is rendered different. When I now press UNDO the textlayer is shown as created in PS2024 but without any trinagles on the t

When I export layers to files, the modals remain and there's no option to close them.

 The left toolbar is not displaying correctly in Photoshop. Tool icons are partially missing, cropped, or not fully visible, making it difficult to access tools. The toolbar appears abnormally narrow, and some tools do not render as expected.This occurs immediately after launching Photoshop and persists when opening or creating a new document.

Hello, I've just updated to Photoshop version 27.1.0. I use Data Sets a lot to update multiple art boards. Since I've updated, I am unable to type the letter p in the Value area. Instead, the Preview checkbox toggles on and off.    I've Googled how to fix this, and to see if I can turn off keyboard shortcuts under Variables, and I can't find anything for this.    How do I turn off this shortcut? It's a real pain in the butt. I'm having to copy and paste the letter p from another source. Thanks!

I went away on hoilday for a few weeks, and I am back editing. I noticed that only when I am in Camera Raw Filter and I am trying to use the brush to remove or add to a mask or even to use it to create a mask it is really lagging. It is only in Masks when I have this issue. If I am just painting on a photo or doing anything else I have no problems.    PS 27.2CamRaw 18.1.1.2422 Mac M2 Max

Came across an error today where I saved a photoshop file as a pdf and when i opened it I could not highlight ANY text in the PDF.   I tried numerous settings to fix this but the problem ended up being with the use of Dynamic Text   Only when I switched off the Dynamic Text layers before saving was I then able to highlight text in the PDF.   It did not matter where in the layer stack the Dynamic Text was. Above, Below didn't matter.  If they were visible the entire document was flattened to image.   I tried this on a complex document and also a basic document with nothing but a Dynamic Text box and another normal text layerThe Dynamic Text layer flattened or rastered the entire file

Idk if anyone is experiencing this right now, but PS 2026 for me has been lagging and quite frankly non-repsonsive when trying to do any kind of action. After a while it says "scratch disks are full" even though I have plenty of storage internally and externally on my macbook. 

    Just updated to Photoshop 27.1.0 because I wanted to see the "modern GUI panels" as stated in the release notes.   First thing I noticed was (besides the GUI drag-icon inconsistentcy between panels like, vibrance and levels), that "0" is not selectable when using the vibrance panel.   When you slide from left to right - and vice versa - zero is not an option; it's skipped.   Other panels, like levels, do support 0 as a valid value (as does the keyboard), but when using the mouse to quickly slide to a + or - integer, 0 is simply skipped.   I checked in Photoshop 26.x.x and there "0" was an option in the exact same panel.   See screenrecording, where I try to set the value to 0 by mouse. It's only possible by keyboard (arrow up and down).

Photoshop version: 27.2 I made a cover for a vinyl album in photoshop.On the back side there is a list of the tunes that is made with a numbered list in photoshop looking like this Everything looks fine and I finally saved it to PDF that the printing shop wanted.We got the album and it looks like this I made the mistake of not verifying the PDF compared to the PSD. The conversion seem to remove the last line and the numbered bullets.It's reproducable with the PSD I have. I have tried different PDF setting, but the numbers always seem to be removed somehow.

The text box  'Name' for the text replacement variable does not accept the letter "P" or "p". my keyboard works fine elswhere

My colleague has shared a Photoshop cloud document for me to review. When I open it up inside Photoshop I can add comments in the comment section but I have no idea how I put a pin inside the actual document to show what I actually comment. Inside the Comment panel in PS it says "Give feedback, ask questions, or start a discussion in the comments. You can also place a pin to annotate this view." How do I place that pin?   The reason I don't want to use the Adobe online tool with the file is that it's CMYK an I need to be able to analyse the proper pixels and color proof etc.   I'm using version 27.1.0 on a silicon mac.

I just installed 12 plugins from the Market place. (The installations went well, and Market place says that they are all installed).I started up photoshop and saw the plugins under the plugin panel.I shutdown Photoshop to work on something else but when I started it up again, the panel was greyed out.Even the plug-in I had installed previously was greyed out.Under settings/plugins all the options are checked. I am using RGB and 8 bit color, (on article said cmyk and 16 bit color would cause the panel to grey out)also, Photoshop is installed in the default location, ( another article I read  suggested plugins had issues when phoshop was installed on an external SSD)My system is an iMac 4 (Apple Silicon). The OS is Tahoe 26.1.I'm really stuck at the moment. there are a bunch of layer mask plugins I need to use and none of them are availble...Any help would be super helpful!

How do I remove ads in the software that costs me several hundred Euro per year? I can't believe I have to ask this question. I activated neutral color scheme and quiet mode, still annoying ads pop up in a software, that should just stay out my way and do its job. I'm furious.

Hello, I work in a printing lab and have noticed a glitch when going to print through the 16 Bit output option. It seems to remove the Magenta ink channel from the print itself. I've tried a couple of different setting, profiles - each with the same result when 16 bit output is clicked on in the print dialogue box.  I've attached a comparison image below of how its printing and what it should look like.(The more saturated sky is the proper output)  I had a colleague run a test on the older Photoshop, with the same settings / file and have no issue there. It is definetly not a profile or paper issue.  Anyone else notice this? And if its a bug, will it be fixed in the update?    

I'm on macOS 26.1 and Photoshop 27.1, but this bug has been around forever, across multiple macs.And I have finally had enough of it. Here's how I can 100% reproduce it on my machine: 1. My Photoshop was working fine yesterday, but today keeps freezing and not responding. I see there was a major issue overnight (issue #202511200002), seems that it's still impacting some customers. I updated PS v 27.1 and v26.11.2, and both are still freezing. I'm on Windows 10.
