Buenos días:Tengo un iMac del año 2009 con el sistema operativo macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.No puedo actualizar el sistema operativo, por lo que no puedo descargarme las aplicaciones que tengo en mis planes en Crative Cloud.Este problema me surgio hace unos años y desde Adobe me pasaron unos archivos de descarga de Photoshop, Camera RAW e InDesing, pero han dejado de funcionar.En la conservación telefónicamantenida ayer jueves 24 de julio con Adobe me comentaron que ellos no pueden darme una solución y me recomedaron ponerme en contacto con ustedes para plantearles este problema y saber y si me podrián ayudar.Quedo a la espera de su respuesta.Un saludo

my drawing tablet is a gaomon pd1161 tablet, and when i use the brush tool on photoshop it keeps making lines whilst drawing and is far away from where the pen is actually touching. fresco works, microsoft paint works but its just phototshop thATS doing this. i need to know how to fix it asap

Hi,   I got old Photoshop CS2 9.0 on old computer with Windows 7 and I need to transfer it new one with Windows 10. For some reason Transfer Activation option is greyed out on old installation and also activation on new one is not possible because servers are unreachable. Old installation wasn't registered and it is not possible to register it (probably again registration servers are unreachable). So how can I transfer my license to new computer?   Thanks,   Petr

Hello, I’ ve got some questions about Photoshop’s brushes. Recently there were some arguments in Chinese social media about whether artists could use the default materials from Photoshop (such as sample brushes, brush tips, textures, etc.) to adjust them into new brushes for commercial use (for selling the brushes as their own brushes bundle in this case). There are artists who used sample brushes to create new brushes (not entirely different from the original) and sell them as their own. There are also artists who used Kyle' s free brushes and made subtle changes and sold the brushes as their own. I'm wondering if there is any detail policy about this.

I mainly open photoshop (or most adobe products) through the windows search bar. But now when I try to look up photoshop on windows search, it has no icon. It's not just photoshop, but most adobe apps.I've been confused by this multiple times thinking it wasn't photoshop (even though it was), and that delayed my work many times. How can I fix this? I've tried uninstalling photoshop and reinstalling it multiple times, but that didn't work.

When activating Crop Tool,  "Content-Aware" and "Delete Cropped Pixels" boxes are missing, not just greyed out.   They were visible probably a month or less ago and worked perfectly.   Perhaps they went missing with the last update to  PS Version 22.3.1?    I have been on an Adobe forum and they indicated if the image is a "Smart Object" or the locked "Background" image these boxes will not be available.  My photos were neither.   I've tried with both raw and jpgs.  I have tried closing PS and rebooting my computer a couple of times, to no avail.   I'm running PS on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7.   Is this a glitch in Photoshop?   Please help me with this very frustrating problem.

Good day,Im from IT department in our school seeking for help regarding Lasso Tool issue which is when using the tool the keyboard are not working. -Based on report from the lecturers when they are using lasso tools, the keyboard will stop working and sometime it can be use all day. -The lecturers will use the lasso tool and circle the canvas area, and then they realize tha the shortct key dont work, even try to press the CAPS LOCK but the keyboard are still not responding. I tried to ask my uncle "Google.com" but still doesnt help much. Our machine Specification :Lenovo TS P620 WorkstationProcs: AMD Ryzen Threadripper Pro 3945WX Processor (4.00GHz up to 4.30GHz)Keyboard: USB Calliope Keyboard Black English (US)Memory: 32GB (2x16GB)3200MHz DDR4 RDIMM ECCStorage: 512GB Solid State Drive, M.2 2280, PCie Gen4, TLC, OpalGPU: Nvidia RTX 3080 10GB 3DP + HDMI LE.

Hallo, ich habe Photoshop CS5 schon seit 2011 als CD. Jetzt hat es probleme gemacht, weswegen ich es deinstalliert habe und neu installierte. Seitdem sagt er mir das er auf zu vielen PCs installiert ist. Mein Vorgänger PC existiert nicht mehr auf dem es installiert war und danach war es nur noch hier auf dem PC installiert.Er sagt mir immer ich müsste es deaktivieren auf den anderen und es dann erneut probieren, was nicht geht. Leider kann ich es auch nicht von der CD runter laden sondern muss über die Homepage gehen.. Mittlerweile lässt es sich auch nicht mehr starten und verlangt gleich eine neue Seriennummer oder die deaktivierung auf den alten Geräten, aber wie, da es ja auf diesem PC hier zuletzt war.  Kann ich die CD und den Key jetzt in die Tonne treten und hab damals das Geld umsonst ausgegeben?  Vielen Dank.

There's a bug when applying a gradient fill through a selection. The entire image at certain magnifications suddenly fills the entire screen with the  gradient and not the gradient through just the selection!  These are quite large PSB files but nothing huge. If you zoom in or out it will clear but it remains at certain zooms. running on an 2025 apple M4 max top spec macbook pro with 128 gb of memory.To reproduce - open large psb file - multiple layers, create type, select type, draw gradient and apply mask of the selected type which creates a new layer. The gradient has a few effects like emboss drop shadow etc. Carry on as normal with retouching and after a few zooms in and out the entire gradient appears at certain zoom settigns obscuring the rest of the image. Note I've obscured the logos in the file...

I recently installed Photoshop 2025 (26.3) on a Mac Mini M4 Pro running OS 15.2. While using it today, I noticed that the Remove Tool brush is not present, but in its place is a small circle with a diagonal line inside. All the other brushes in that panel are present and working properly. I'm sorry that I cannot provide a screenshot, but the cursor/brush disappears when taking the shot. What am I missing?

Hello Adobe team,   I’m a professional 3D visualizer and have been using Photoshop for over a decade. I’ve recently started working with the iPad version and was very surprised to find that I can’t manually change the language of the app.   My iPad system language is Ukrainian, and region is Italy — and as a result, the app defaulted to Italian, which I don’t use professionally. I had to completely remove Italian from my iPad just to get Photoshop to work in English.   As professionals, we learn and use Photoshop in English. This is the global standard for tutorials, collaboration, and terminology across all creative industries.   The inability to manually choose the interface language slows down professional work and creates frustration.   Please consider adding a language switch inside the app, or at least allow us to override the system settings. Hello, I'm using the Imac old version. The I5 version. So the 22.2 version is going slow. I'm looking for the Photoshop 2019 cc versions. Because previouusly that works well for me. But I cant find that version in creative clod app. Can any one please guide me from where I can download that old version. That will be helpful for me. thank you,

I'm using a Huion tablet. Whenever I draw straight lines using shift at different angles, they fade. The size and opacity of my beginning anchor point aren't the same as the line I created. It works fine on vertical and horizontal lines. So how do I fix this? 

Generative Fill was working fine all this while and last week, but for past few days, it has been a slow process (taking more than 5mins to generate results) and sometimes, I'll get the error:"The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again" a few times and sometimes the results appeared after 5mins or more. Any idea what's the cause here or solution? -Internet is running fine-Had tried reinstall/upgrade/downgrade PS but not much difference-Allowed firewall access for PS

i shoot raw + jpeg and my camera (a7iv) saves them as 2 seperate files 1 .jpg and 1 .arw file, whenever i open a .arw file in photoshop it opens as the jpg version, like it still says its the raw file but it looks like the jpeg for some reason. I just reinstalled photoshop because i had some weird issues with it but my preferances are set back to default and ive tried to switch a bunch of them to solve the problem and nothing is working. ive checked all my camera settings and i havent found any problems. the "creative look" which is the picture profile on my camera is set to standard. ive included pictures of all my camera raw settings and what opens compared to the jpg and arw.  here is all the metadata on my picture. same thing is happening to all of my pictures, im not sure if its a camera issue or if its a photoshop/camera raw issue. checksum: 0d7949273d921ba01572d757cefaff7c, file_name: DSC00016.ARW, file_size: 43 MB, file_type: ARW, file_type_extension: arw, mime_type:

iPad版で制作したものを、デスクトップ版で操作をしデータ(CMYKなど)を作り、メールでデータを取引先へ送っています。 本日制作仕事をするためiPadで描いたデータをデスクトップで開こうとしたら画像のような状況にずっとなっており、ダウンロードできない状況です。不具合なのでしょうか、再起動やファイルの整理、OSのアップデートもしましたが何も変わりませんでした。 クラウドドキュメントの同期サービスが終了されたとは聞いていたので、そのためでしょうか？ (もしそうであれば、一度iCloudへ保存してからデスクトップへ持っていく方法も理解してます) 今日1日これに費やし、困っているので解決法であったり明確な理由が知りたいです。よろしくお願いいたします。

Years ago, I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6, which includes Photoshop. I have used it for years. I just migrated to a new computer that is rejecting the license key. It states: The serial number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is already in use by the maximum of 2 computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use this product. I deactivated it from one of my computers, but Photoshop continues to display the same error message about the serial number being in use by the maximum of 2 computers. I then deactivated it from the only other computer running it. I now don't have it activated on any computers, but Photoshop continues to display the error message about the serial number being in use by the maximum of 2 computers.  Adobe will not support this issue. Although I purchased a lifetime license, they are saying they will not support me unless I purchase a subscription that comes out to about $700/year.  Can I still use the license I purch
