Photoshop

This is the run around support I get after an hour. No one can answer any questions and I have multiple support cases with nothing getting fixed on Adobe's part with a system that has more than enough resources, as well as the Adobe recommended hardware. Hi, I have recently updated Photoshop CS6 to PS25 and have experienced poor operation on my Windows 10 desktop.  The issues of very slow performance caused me to cancel the plan and I wish to reinstate the ols CS6 plan, which worked perfectly for a long time. Guten Tag,    ich habe einen extrem nerviges Problem.   Ich möchte eine Aktion zum Speichern meiner Datein erstellen. Ich möchte meine Bilder als JPG speichern.   Egal welche Variante ich nutze. Beim Ausführen der Aktion geschieht entweder das überschreiben der vorherhigen Datei, weil Photoshop (warum auch immer) den Dateinamen mit abspeichert. Oder Photoshop fragt mich nach dem Speicherort und dem Format. Dabei ist Jpg nicht auswählbar und ich muss auf "Kopie Speichern" klicken. Das ist immens nervig und zeitfressend. Ich habe PS 24.7, vor der 24 Version hat alles immer wunderbar funktioniert.    Ich habe den Chat auch bereits mehrmals um Hilfe gebeten und es wird immer das gleiche vorgeschlagen. "Die Einstellungen zurückzusetzen". Ich habe aber keine Einstellungen vorgenommen. Nach erstmaligen Einstellungen zurücksetzen muss ich jedoch zugeben, funktioniert die Aktion dann auch, wenn ich PS aber Neustarte habe ich das Problem erneut.    Ich hab

So when I'm using photoshop and I go to Camera Raw filter and when I click on the masking tool, a little window pops up with a fox telling me that there have been important masking changes and photoshop then freezes and I have to force close it. I can use every other feature in photoshop and camera raw except the masking tool in camera raw.  Nothing I've done seems to work. I called adobe but that was no help as I couldn't understand a single word that the person was saying. Can anyone help?  

I have used Camera Raw for years with no problem, two days ago it started have a strange anomaly in bright areas such as a sunrise, the sun has a bright red blob. have tried various fixes, to no avail. It occurs with both JPG or NEF files. Sample attached. I am stumped - help!

Any Idea how to fix this? Latest update, tried force quit, tried to change the 'theme', has no effect. Was like this before and after I updated the app. I just want it to go back to grey

 This is how my PSD looks after the crash can anyone help me recover. I dont have backup and the opened work file is also closed. The psd still shows 833MB

Instalei um disco externo samsung NVMe 960 Evo.O problema é que quando configuro o disco de trabalho, o espaço livre do disco externo é sempre igual ao disco interno, tendo espaços livres muito diferentes, o interno com 6Gb e o externo com mais de 400Gb. Como resolvo, já desinstalei e voltei a instalar? Obrigado

Bonjour,  J'ai souscrit il y a plusieurs mois à la formule photo incluant notamment Photoshop et Lightroom. Je possède 100 crédits IA ce qui clairement est insuffisant pour effacer correctement des éléments. En discutant avec des amies photographes, elles m'indiquent qu'elles ont plus que 100 crédits avec la même formule. Lorsque je regarde dans le tableau des crédits, 100 crédits correspond à une seule application, hors j'en ai déjà au moins deux ... Je ne trouve la réponse nulle part pour la formule photo. Quelqu'un a t'il une piste ? Bon weekend !

Olá, o meu aplicativo no meu celular (android) atualizou faz 4 dias e desde em tão não consigo usa-lo, quando entro para editar uma foto ele fecha na hora, já tentei de tudo que já vi na Internet mas não deu certo. Não queria desistalar o aplicativo e instalar de novo pq vou perder muita coisa

The magic wand tool is not on the tool bar and I can't find it under anything else

The Photoshop for Ipad does not support the smart objects fully. This means I can double-click and edit an smart object without affecting the filters I have applied or the nested smart objects. Therefore, it is useless for me. I LEGIT SPENT $1099 AND BOUGHT an IPAD thinking it will be smoother than PC, plus my work (which is legitmate dependent on smart objects) will be loaded quickly. It turned out to be not working at all!

After editing a photo in Lightroom and then moving it to Photoshop from within Lightroom to make further changes, Photoshop is for some reason stripping the Fuji camera profiles from the file.  This does not apply to other camera profiles, only the default Fujifilm ones.

I am using PE 25.0 on a MacBook Pro running OS 15.4.1.  I make a lot of images in which I delete the backgound so that I just have an image of the person or object.  I search the images using finder in icon view to find the image that I want.  About one out of 20 of these icons show up blank in finder when in icon view.  If I created the image with no background layer, the icon will be white.  If I include a background layer of any color, the icon will be black.  If I switch to list view in finder, I can see the icon but it is too small to be useful.  I have tried deleting com.apple.finder.plist file and relaunching finder, changing the image in some way and saving a new copy and changing some of the finder view preferences.  Nothing helps.  Other ideas?

After I camplete cropping of my image, I look under adjustments for file size.  I see 8 MB.  Is this the actual size of the image when I save it to submit it to a website?

The Remove Tool requires multiple passes to remove multiple objects in an image. Changed the Image Processing to "More Stable" and rebooted. No change.PS ver 26.7.0

My situation is: My workflow involves really big batches of automated actions.   One set of such actions, for example, involves opening an image, resizing it as needed, then saving it to an external folder. Simple stuff, but done at a very large scale -- and slowly but sure, as these batches run, the RAM/Memory usage -- as seen in the Task Manager -- just climbs up and up, the further along I progress. Another batch action that gets performed is batch smart-object replacement -- where basically, a smart object template in a series of mockup images gets replaced with images in a folder, then saved. This, too, causes the same problem: The further along it progresses, the more RAM/Memory gets used up.   It was to the point where the Memory usage would max out bigtime and just get as high as possible on my computer -- grinding basically everything to a halt on my computer and slowing everything down bigtime. Only solution at that point is closing out of Photoshop, then re-booting

Sorry to bother everyone with this. All of a sudden Photoshop is not seeing the GPU on my iMac. MacOS is fully up to date and Photoshop has been running as normal up to now. Now, I can't do anything within Photoshop. I'm sorry if this insignificant but I am not too good at the technical stuff, just the creative!! Hope someone is able to help me out. I will have someone open Photoshop on another computer; will they be able to see my files? I have not uploaded my files to the Creative Cloud and am not sure if it automatically does that. Is there a way for them to not see my files?

Im teaching my students the very quick way to add a pop of color to a black and white photo with using a Black & White Adjusment Layer and the eraser tool.  It is working with no problems on every students computer except one.  On this particular student's computer....it will not allow me to erase or even use the lasso tool or anything to select an area to delete.  Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?   I have restarted and I have checked her PS preferences against a working one, just to see if there is something there that is different but I have not seen anything.  Any help at all would be appreciated. 

This can't be an intentional update, so I'm posting as a bug....When using the Hue/Sat adjustment layer, I want to view the mask as I've always been able to do using the "\" key. Since updating, it temporarily resets the adjustment. There is a hide/reveal button already in the adjustment pane. There is the ability to turn the layer on/off. Why would anyone need this?How do I correct this? 

I cannot open my 3D file. I remember that it was working about 1-2 months ago, but I don't know why I can't use it now. I use PS 2020

This is rather trivial, but dId you notice that the Blend if sliders always skip the value 64?  I don't have a Windows machine, so this is macOS.
