Recently, I purchased Adobe, and initially, the Generative Fill tool in Adobe Photoshop was functioning perfectly. However, after three days, it started displaying an error message stating, "Please check your internet connection and try again." Despite having a stable internet connection—trying various Wi-Fi networks and even an Ethernet cable—the issue persists. I've taken several steps, such as checking the firewall, clearing cache files, and even reinstalling Adobe Photoshop, yet the problem with the Generative Fill tool remains unresolved. I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving this persistent issue. 

Photoshop cc  for PC: how can I enlarge the left side tool bar so it is large enough to read ?

When I'm opening a document with a RGB color, I'm not seeing the document.It is there, but not visible.Only when I transscript it to CMYK the document can be seen.Why can't I see the RGB-document? Previous I could.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a program for ABR viewing that just gives an over all view of brushes in a ABR file. I just want to open a forlder an any ABR files in the folder will show a stack of thumbs for each ABR file in the folder. Not a stand alone viewer that I have to launch before veiwing any ABR file for viewing brushes. Thanks Greg

This popup always shows up when I click the adjustment panel. There's no way to x out of it or click away from it. It covers up the adjustment options I was going to click on. It's extremely annoying! I know how to use adjustments. They're not a new feature. How do I turn off this tutorial popup?

I have been using PhotoShop since v3.0 and subscribing since CC was created now I try to open PS and cannot get past the "Start your free trial" screen for some reason. Also, in Word the Adobe Acrobat Export has reverted to "convert 1 document per 30days" despite being subscribed to it.  I have tried deleting various items in the Adobe settings according to the help pages without success. I have uninstalled all the Adobe apps on my PC and reinstalled but nothing works! Running Windows 11 24H2 26100.3915 AMD Ryzan 9 5950X 64GB RAM RX7600XT Graphics card    

Hi, I am trying to import photos onto the photoshop app and it says I need to allow access to photos on settings but when I go onto my settings there is no option to allow permission. Can anyone help please?

I am working in PS and sudenly it makes me thinking, who is or are those guys making UI/UX for Photoshop? Most of time it doesn't make any sense. I found 3 panel how to change text. Maybe it's time for 4th one? 😄 😄 😄

Last night, I was trying to edit my Indian restaurant’s logo and selecting the brightly coloured petals of a yellow sunflower against a subtly lighter yellow background using the Magic Wand Tool. However, the background is also selected whenever I try to choose a petal. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

Hi! For some reason my colours are off in Photoshop and I'm not sure why. I opened a RAW file (growlithe.png) and it loaded with this dark green background with the colours of the image saturated and off to what they usually are. I also tried opening a random PNG (lucario.png) and they're different to what the image looks like when I open it in photos. AFAIK I haven't changed any settings in Photoshop - I installed a new printer yesterday and printed through Photoshop, and was messing around with the printer colour settings etc. but I'm not sure if this would affect Photoshop as a whole? I've restarted my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop so I'm a bit stuck on how to fix this.

Hi, Ive had conflicting advice from Adobe agents and I was hoping someone could confirm what happens in this situation: if Black Point Compensation (BPC) is applied twice to an image you could have shadow or colour issues? Circumstances could be: export image from LR into a jpg (which applies BPC) and then you send it off to a professional print service who then use BPC in their print software. Another example could be: Doing a colour conversion in PS (which applies BPC) and then you print with "PS manages colors" and "BPC" enabled. Note: soft-proofing can give BPC but it is only temporary for the preview, not baked into the image file, I believe. Thanks  

Maybe I am really missing something here, I've searched a lot but found no solutions. I take light painting photos with a tripod, I need to stack them one over other in a single file, so I can mask the part I need of each file. I would like to retain the ability to retouch every layer as a raw file, as a smart object, until I flat down everything. Until now, I've found just two solutions, one is load files into a stack from Photoshop script menu or from Bridge Tools menu (load files as layers in photoshop), but layers become normal layers and I lost the raw (altough I can apply modifications in camera raw BEFORE doing this and the layer will get this modifications, but just once). The other is to open all the files manually as smart objects, and then MOVE the layer to a single file, but there is no auto align (just snap). It's a very simple task, and it could be very useful for a lot of activities, that's why I think I'm missing something very obious here...

It was yet a bit empiric.I am tempted to recreate this tool in the new UXP Plugin ecosystem but would enjoy your testimonials. Eventually, the new version would better fit your actual needs. Hi everyone! I have a quick question about the limitations of a photo blow-up for a poster. I can't share screenshots since the content is proprietary, but I will do my best to describe: 1. Boss wants an 5.5" x 8.5" photo to be blown up for a poster that is at least 30" on one sideThe specs for the file I was given are: 1650 px x 2550 px (5.5" x 8.5"), Resolution is 300 and file size is 12M 2. I didn't think that would work because that's over double the size of the original so my assumption would be that the image would start to pixelate. 3. In Photoshop, I resized the image to be 30" on the long side and the new specs are:Image size: 200MWidth: 12.413"Height: 30"Resolution 300 4. The image looks great when I open it and the resolution seems optimal based on that image size box. My question is: would this actually print correctly if we send it to the printer? How is that resolution staying so stable and why is there no pixelation if it has been blown up to ove

Hello guys,I’m experiencing an issue with Photoshop (latest version: 26.6) that seemingly started out of nowhere. The GIF preview in Save for Web doesn’t play in the preview window. The “Play Animation” button acts as though it’s playing (grays out) but the GIF doesn’t actually move in the preview when I press play. (obs: manually clicking on next/last frame works fine). Here’s a summary of what I’ve tried so far: Reset preferences by deleting Photoshop’s settings folder (C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2025\Settings) and restarting.Deleting Adobe's entire folder (C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe)Cleared Photoshop’s cache.Reinstalled Photoshop and rolled back to older versions, but the issue persists across versions.Tested with different GIFs and files (including ones created in Photoshop itself), but the issue remains.Checked other settings (like loop settings in the GIF file), but nothing seems to work. I'm running photoshop on Windows 11,

When using Camera Raw I can't disable on screen shadow Clipping Warning. Or perhaps it is enabled in another setting?I try toggling the controls at the top of the main page, but the visual clipping graphic warnings stay visible. It's helpful, but I prefer to disable after seeing which area needs adjustment. (see screen shot)I checked prefs, and don't see an option that has been left on. (I have a late 2013 MacPro - Cmaera Raw 16.5.0.1954 and PS 25.12.3. Monterey 12.7.6 is the most recent OS that will run on this unit)Thanks

Report a bug has a bug. There were no errors to highlight or highlighted. But I had to delete the website cookies to get this bug submission to work. No biggie  cannot save files or close them. they have been stuck at99% . Restarted computer, ttried everything. Its a photoshop bug. Photoshop will not close.
