Photoshop

Hello all,Something curious going on. One of those things where everything is fine. You wake up the next day, you've changed nothing and something's wrong. Maybe my cat stood on a function key.I cannot change the setting for whether I want to work in pixels, millimetres or other when creating a new photoshop document (left), but can with an existing document (right). I can change size and resolution but not the format.I've tried the different tabs at the top, clicked on various custom options and gone to preference options but can find nothing to get this to work.Every document I create is unique. Generally, I don'ty use a present. I want to manually type in size, resolution and whether I'm working in pixels or another format. 

I would like all of these adjustments to be one layer like I can in Pixelmator Pro:   

I write some code to execute the auto tone of camera raw , but the image has no effects. Why cant I just save as jpg?

Help needed!!! When I use my paint brush or paint bucket tools it only paints grey. I don't have any masked layers or any smart layers. I've tried painting on a new layer and it still is painting grey. I've reset both tools and I've made sure the color I want is set to the foreground and  it's still painting grey. The images I'm editing were imported as png files, could that be the problem?

Oi, vocês também estão com problemas nesta última atualização do Photoshop? Aqui para mim estava demorando muito para salvar, mas não dava um aviso de falha ou que o app não estava respondendo. Simplesmente não ia. E depois que instalei novamente, exportou imagens em jpg em gif. Se isso não for bug da plataforma, eu não sei o que pode ser. Alguém poderia me ajudar?

with the cropping tool set to 6" x 4.5" it shows the 6 inch wide cropping frame as being the same width as the 8.5 inch wide page 

Hello! This is not the first time and I'm sure I'm not the only one out there with this issue where going out of town on a gig and suddenly needing to use Photoshop and Premiere, but can't because the software needs internet to make sure it's legit otherwise it shuts down. I was in a fast paced environment without internet, because - yes - you don't need internet 100% of the time in your life. I was extremely annoyed by this because it slowed me down. On top of that when I did get the bloody internet, it asked me to log out of one of my devices, because appearently I had been logged into too many which again is false. I only have two devices so this makes no sense at all. My question is, will there ever be a fix to this other than pirating the software knowing that it will work without an internet connection? Cheers!

It might be due to an update, but now, I can't snap layers even when snap is turned on. It always worked before. I've tried turning it off and on again and again, but it does'nt work. Adobe Photoshop vs 26.1.0

Hi There,I'm a cc 2018 user for many years now and today I couldn't start photoshop and became a proposal for a 7 days trial instead.I pay a monthly fee for using photoshop, Lightroom and CR. I don't understand why they offer me a 7 days trial now.can someone explain me what's going on here? thanks in advance for your replyRené

Estou tentando baixar o Photoshop há três dias, tentei todos os tutoriais que vi na Comunidade Adobe. Reiniciei o download, reparei o Creative Cloud, mas ele continua me dando o erro de instalação 303, 305 e 301Eu realmente preciso que os aplicativos funcionem, aparentemente é um problema de sincronização, mas tentei todos os métodos possíveis, não sei mais o que fazer 

With the most updated version of Photoshop, suddenly when I try to save a raw file, the options no longer include jpegs. The only option is Photoshop, tiff, jpeg200 (which is a jpf file and can't be opened in Lightroom or even on my desktop once it's saved there. ) and  few others I don't use. I can't figure out how to get the option to just save thse raw files as jpg files after I've worked on them in Photoshop. Not sure what changed with this upgrade. Any clues? 

This afternoon, after restarting my Macbook Pro, Photoshop>Tools>Image Processor stopped working-is unable to process selected files. I was just doing this same task earlier and had no issues. The reason I restarted the Macbook I realized the auto process was opening the files and not closing them as the sequence proceeded. After restart it didnt want to process the files and save and close as was set to do so

Hallo zusammen, ich muss den Hintergrund von ca 500 Bildern ändern.Ich habe festgestellt, dass die KI-Maske in ACR viel bessere Ergebnisse liefert als über "Motiv auswählen" und die Maske umzukehren...Nun möchte ich das natürlich nicht bei jedem Bild von Hand machen, daher häte ich gerne eine Aktion.Ich erstelle mir an oberster Stelle der Ebenen eine zusammengefasste Ebene, wandle sie in ein Smartobjekt um und wende den Camera-Raw-Filter an. Ich habe mir vorab in ACR ein Preset angelegt, welches mir den Hintergrund mittels KI-Maske auswählt und bearbeitet. Wähle ich dieses von Hand aus, funktioniert alles perfekt. Binde ich das Preset jedoch in die Aktion ein, erstellt er mir jedes mal eine Maske des Bildes mit dem die Aktion aufgenommen wurde?!Ich habe nun also bei 500 Bidlern an oberster Stelle der Ebenen ein Smartobjekt mit ACR-Filter und muss jedes manuell aufrufen und das Preset auswählen, speichern und schließen.Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, ob mein Vorhaben auch au

Whenever I try to open my HDR JPG and HEIF photos shot by my iPhone 13Pro and 16Pro in Photoshop on my MacBook Pro, the HDR effect disappears and the photo turns into a non HDR photo. The vivid color turns into a flat and dark color.How can I solve this problem? I searched a lot and tried everything I could, but I couldn't find out the solution. Please please please help me!!!

I am using the latest update for Photoshop. I am doing an assignment for my class in motion graphics and do not have the option for video timeline, only Frame animation. I am using a Windows HP Omnibook.

Hope everyone is ok, I had many important Photoshop files saved on Creative Cloud but after I had finished high school my Gmail was deactivated and now I cannot access Creative Cloud on that account because it was deactivated after I left so I cannot sign in with that account anymore.I would appreciate any help on this because the files could be very helpful for my portfolio and CVThank You

I received a file from another vendor, and they have a linked smart object layer inside the photoshop file which is missing.Is there any way to determine the file name/path/owner of the layer? In Illustrator and InDesign, this is possible, but I don't see any way to determine any info on the link. I need this to communicate to the vendor what is missing.

Hello everyone!I am trying to have some posters created (roughly 40 cm x 60 cm).  The images I have submitted to the company have rejected them and said the quality of the resolution is very poor so I am back to square one.Is it possible to get an image and then make it into high resolution for printing?The 2.0 Upscale facility within Photoshop CC has been recommended but when used does not seem to help.   The images I am currently working with are around 1000 px plus and 72 dpi initially (before increasing to 300 dpi).Could anyone please enlighten me on this subject?Thank you very much!Message was edited by: Sahil Chawla

Hello everyoneI used to be able to expanding (generative fill) images with great success and high quality. Since the upgrade of Photoshop, it is no longer able to expand the image as previously in both Photoshop and Photoshop Beta. It looks like it is adding an element like a frame instand expanding image. What can be the problem and how to solve it?Thanks

Hi all! This is something I've been trying to brute force on my own by frankenstiening older posted scripts, but my lack of scripting know-how is really getting in the way. For context, my work requires me to manually open a large amount of  photos, then use 'Open in explore' to then copy its file name, THEN to find it in another folder by using the windows search bar to copy it to a final folder location. And this is PER image.As you might be able to tell, this take a considerate amount of time for a task that could be automated. I was wondering if it would at all be possible to have a script that copies the file name of the current opened document, and then pastes it to a text file. The text file would look like this;"1.jpg" OR "2.jpg" OR "3.jpg" *etc etc*as the windows file search tool allows multiple file searches in this format, and all I would have to do is copy the contents of the text document and paste it into search, instead of having to manually 'open in
