Photoshop

Hello.I'm a subscriber from France, when I launch the Creative Cloud Desktop app, a notification appears "You may have limited access to Adobe apps or services". I've tried the repair tool,  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/limited_access_repair_tool.html, but the Limited Access Repair tool doesn't fix this issue: "0 fix issue" .  I've reinstalled PS and LRC, nothing changes.My question is, what apps can't i access to? are tools or iA limited on PS and LRC?how to fix that problem?Thanks

Hey all! Maybe there is a thread about this, but I haven't been able to find one and I'm getting desperate. Ever since I downloaded Photoshop CC 2021, almost every one of my files corrupts. I have to repeatedly save them at least 2 times to prevent this, and recently upon going to pull them up later, they had become corrupted. One was a design I saved, linked to a document in InDesign (also CC 2021), and experienced no issues. Then a coworker reached out and told me it was corrupted when he tried to open it. The only thing saving me is cloud files, but my coworkers have to have access, too. This has happened with .PSD, .PSB and .TIF files. The errors I get are roughly "Photoshop cannot open the file because it is the wrong type of document," "Photoshop cannot parse the file," or with the PSB just telling me something is wrong with it. This is cutting into my design turn around times and is extremely frustrating. Will downloading an older version help or is this a seperate iss

When i'm trying to use the text tool I get the 'Selected font failed during last operation' message.How can i fix this?

This message keeps on coming up every time I start Photoshop. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but that does not work.

Hi,when I went to CS6 I noticed that I was expected to spot for the bold text denoting that tab was the active tab, for my image. Prior that it was very easy with a lighter grey and black text or maybe even a colour difference.I have just taken the plunge and gone for 26.2 and now the tabs ARE ALL THE SAME.Who decides this nightmare ?I need to make the active tab stand out, how is this done ?perhaps its in UIcolors.txt just where ?The active layer no longer being light blue (again some developer messing things up)  is easy to fix by a dropdown choice in edit preferences I was shown, in another post.Active image IS JUST AS IMPORTANT.I bet no one was complaining that it was too easy to spot. If it works dont fix it. I am working with printscreens of the adobe interface so have tabs all over the place which are not even tabs as such, but printscreens of them ! so attached show what I mean. Today I realized how many times I have come to the Adobe Community to find answers, or whine, or look for more answers. Yeah, I am one of those people who procceses thoughts verbally, so I ramble and am really quick to look for answers when I don't immediately figure something out. This time I came here to give the Addobe Team and all the tireless volunteers here a HUGE THANK YOU! I just updated to 26.2 and am dazzled and thrilled at what I see. When I first used Photoshop in 1996 I never dreamed what would be possible and SO quickly! Thank you for the unimaginable hours of work, stress, beating your heads against proverbial brick walls and mostly, THANK YOU for hanging in there to create such mind-blowing tools for us to use!  It is humbling to realize how much goes into each update and many of us (I admit it, I am one) are so quick to whine when our Preferences have to be be tweaked.  While I am NOT swearing I will never whine, complain or gripe about anything on

I picked up a QD OLED monitor, which has a way wider gamut than any monitor I used before and now this made me question the way Windows 11 is set up to display colors accurately. Especially in regards to ACM.With ACM on, from my understanding, everything is displayed in sRGB only.With ACM off, everything is very saturated and I get that typical "OLED look". This also applies to Lightroom Classic.I do have an ICC profile for the monitor and with that applied Lightroom recognizes it and the overly saturated look is gone.The monitor, an Alienware AW2725DF, also comes with a calibrated sRGB mode, which is typical for a Dell product. Now my question is basically how to set this up properly for photo editing.Should I leave ACM on and load the screen's sRGB mode?Should I leave ACM off, apply the ICC profile and then also load the sRGB mode? In regard to ACM I just can't find a straight answer anywhere...Thanks for your input!

Hi i Had to change colour and brightness of this car mask to Black. I AM happy with the result except bottom of IT is too dark. What tool should i use to make very dark areas little brighter

I have some photos I took, uploaded to Lightroom on my iPad, moved to Photoshop to work with generative fill, exported to a file, (the option to return to Lightroom was gone) and sent via text on an iPhone. When the photo comes in the message, it is a bit green. When you open the photo it is correct.. This seems to be the only time it was an issue as it printed fine with a professional printer. Now, my friend is trying to use snapfish or something of the like, and it will only open in that green color. What the heck is happening?

When i close a document on Photoshop 26.2 the ram dont go down but its go highter every time i open and close a file it keeps going up and clears only with Quit App.. i tried the same at Illustrator and works as i expect, every time i close a file clear some of the ram.. Photoshop keeps adding the files to the Cache and uses 15-20 GB of RAM without any file open.

This is happening to me recently, I don't know if this is an error of photoshop or a setup on my Photoshop app. I have MacOs Sonoma, version 26.2. Please Help 🥲

Bonjour,je ne sais pour quelle raison, dans Photoshop mon raccourcis clavier POMME+H  - pour masquer photoshop ou masquer l'application est devenu completement fou.Maintenant, pour desactiver la selection ( option que j'avais choisie depuis longtemps, ) affiche en intermediaire  des regles ou un quadrillages que je ne connaissais pas.Donc je dois faire deux fois POMME+H pour masquer ma selection...... Est-ce que, à part tout reinistialiser ( ce qui est toujours genant car certains raccourcis ont ete crees par moi et vont disparaitre )connaitrait une solution pour cesser ces comlications inutiles vec le POMME+H ? Best to alls.D

Blue pop up which says "This request cannot be completed because there is not enough storage space on your device". However I have currently used 24 GB out of 32 GB on my iPad and I checked my iCloud storage and I have only used .56% of my 100 GB. I am occasionally able to open files but often cannot save changes or complete actions.

Hi, Is there any way  I can select multiple shape layers and convert them into rasterized layers at one go/simultaneously in Photoshop? I set the shotcut for the rasterizing layer as 'Ctrl+Q' but it doesn't convert all selected shape layers into individual rasterized layers. I have to do it one by one.  I need guidance. please help.      

When I use my stylus, the brush stroke only appears when I lift the stylus (unexpected! arg!). When I draw with my finger, the brush stroke appears while I'm drawing (expected behavior). The "Settings | Input | Stylus only painting" setting On vs. Off doesn't make any difference. VERSIONS: iPad 15.2; iPad Photoshop 3.2; Stylus: RoHS Pencil K11. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Working with variables.  I have done this a millon times however now no matter what i do when i export them all.... They all have the exact same images.  Why wont it export all the data sets?  Please can somone help me.  My cvs file is correct and when i preview all the data sets that are all correct however again when i export the data sets are labeled different but look axactly the same. 

can anyone help please. I am fairly new to Photoshop. I took a photo of my grandson, but I am not happy with the background, I selected the subject and copied it to a white background, but the image looks false, how can I get it to look right in the new background? Thank you. Kind Regards Paul 

I have already asked for an answer. I had my computer upgraded to Mac OS Sierra. When this happened, my Adobe Creative Suite '6  (CS6)was lost. I was able to currently locate the icon which is on my desktop, but I have no idea how to re-install it. I have the licensing number to show that I have already paid for this application.Can someone help me.Thank you,Kathleen Israel

Hi there, my selection brush seems to be what is called "Dissolve mode" for the standard brushes. For these I can switch the tool mode, but for the selection brush I cannot see this option. It is a fresh install on my new Mac Mini, so on this machine it never worked as I know it from my former Windows system. How can I turn this of and use the standard mode? BR, Thomas 

I recently re-installed mac soft and updated all my Creative cloud tools. Since then, everytime I edit, after a few minutes, the top menu bar freezez. I cannot click on anything, not even the apple logo menu. i tried restarting laptop, I reinstalled an older version of PS, the bug is still present. Has anyone else encountered this? Any fix?

I usually use windows but I just recently got a MacBook period. I downloaded Adobe Photoshop and the layout very similar to Lightroom. I am not getting my original full screen Photoshop and I have no idea why? I need help. Also I'm a dummy to MacBooks, I feel like I'm learning how to use a computer all over again.

I had just updated to the new version, I tried then to open a simple jpg image and I got that error message. By searching for help I came on this article. Then I reverted back to the older version (btw where do I find the current version on PS?). I tried then to open the same image but I got the same error. I tried to open a 2nd, 3rd, no nothing. So what do I do? Help, I can't work!
