Check the video I uploaded. I bought a replica of Apple Pencil 2 to use it on iPad Photoshop, but it has a large delay of effect appearance no matter I use normal pen, eraser, or any other tool that needs the interaction with pen, yet I can use my own hand to easily draw it.I know you guys would blame me for using a replica but it works well on other painting apps and not on photoshop only.OS: iPadOS 17.6.1PS version on iPad:5.5.2 (20240429.560)I hope you guys can help me.

I have been having a problem with using the Ctrl+T free transform short-cut not functioning for several months now. It used to work without problem, when I wanted to edit a layer. This would work fine for text layers, photos, groups of layers, etc. Reproduction method:1/ Select the required layer2/Press Ctrl-T A purple box used to be drawn around the layer and I could then move it, re-size it or whatever. This has stopped working now. When I press Ctrl-T now nothing happens. Note: I can use the menu item: Edit > Free Transformand the purple box shows up. The menu item reads:(tick) Free Transform        Ctrl+T So it is not a show-stopper for me, but a bit of a pain to have to use the menu each time. I have looked around the internet but there don't seem to be any obvious solutions. I have tried rebooting of course, but this did not fix the problem. Any help with what to do to fix this would be appreciated. I am usi

Photoshop 25.12.0MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1In the settings -> file-handling I activate the option NOT to add "copy" to the filename when saving as a copy.I am editing a *.psd file. Now I record an action:- save as copy- select destination and file type jpeg- close original without savingWhile recording the file is saved with the original name. Now I run the ation for other files. Every saved file now contains "copy" in the file name.Result: action saves every file adding "copy" to the file name.Expected result: files should be saved without adding "copy" to the file name.

I'm using Photoshop version 25.12.When using the eyedropper, the colours in the ring are not displayed correctly. But at the same time the colour is selected correctly.

Last week I updated to PS 25.12 because the problem with the Alt keyboard shortcuts in various panels had finally been solved. Now I've reverted once again to PS 25.4 because another workflow breaking bug cropped up: the color picker wheel that pops up when I press the ALT key to change the brush color is showing the wrong colors. The lighter the color I select, the more the color displayed in the color wheel around the cursor is off. When I click on a completely white pixel, the color picker wheel around the cursor shows a light yellow instead. It only displays the color wrong, the actually selected color is the right one. The problem is easy to reproduce: - Create a new blank document- Select the brush tool- Hold the Alt key and select at a random spot on the white canvas- The color picker wheel around the cursor doesn't show the selected color as white but as pale yellow I've got this problem on two different computers where I've upgraded to PS 25.12. I get this message as soon as i want to dowload any program from the web. Basically i was updating my system what is nowboard: Asus Z790cpu: Inter i5 13600ram: 64gbgpu: Nvidia GForce GTX660 As you can see, the gpu is quite old. But i was working ohotoshop with this gpu 2weeks ago. What could be the problem, or how can i find what is the problem?Also i downloaded creatvie cloud and the -dmg file didn do or contain anything usefull.Cheers

Looking through archived posts, it appears my inoperative Select and Mask issue has occurred previously.  There are several posts about the problem dating back to 2021.  In the properties panel, Real Time Refinement is grayed out.  Except for View mode, nothing works.Photoshop 25.12.0 running on a Dell XPS 8910.  64 bit Windows 10 with current updates. Graphics card is Nvidea GeForce GTX 1650. I have tried deleting Preferences thinking that might clear the fault.  It did not. Creative Cloud just "updated"  all my Br/PsCC apps to latest version. Now all sorts of technical issues are being presented! Brushes don't work as used for 25+years, none of the Tools works correctly. Case in point when outling an image with the Retangular Marque Toll, after the box is created, creeping ants are shown, I right Click to FILL and the box disappears! When I release the trackball key the MT selection re-appears!Also when the im age is "SAVED" and you see the thumbnail in Bridge, the red arrow is NOT show yet when Click and Open it is THERE!!Windows 10..62Ram, all previous versions ran fine! 

Why am I getting the "scratch disks are full" error message when only one of the five disks I've specified for scratch disks is full? I have more than 4TB still available according to the disks I have selected for Photoshop to use as scratch disks.       [subject edited by moderator to remove cursing]

How do I get a ps action containing a stored path to recognise it as a new path on the second execution?I create a new action: it modifies the image size and stores it in ‘D:\aa\a1.tif’.When I open an image (‘D:\bb\abc.jpg’), I want to execute the action and store it as ‘D:\bb\abc.tif’.However, I found that it is always saved under the original ‘D:\aa’, and I need to record the action to ‘D:\bb’ again to get it right.I remember the version a few years ago would recognise the new path.Any ideas?Thank you.

As the title says, after a while of using Camera RAW my entire notebook freezes to the point that even the sound remains in an infinite loop of a few thousandths of a second. When this happens I can't fix it in any way other than holding down the power button on my notebook, thus losing all the editing I've done. This problem appears faster when I am using auto-detect masks (subject, sky, background, objects)I'm writing this after opening a photo and doing only two automatic masks, first I selected a luminance range and then I wanted to automatically select the subject and this happenedI had just opened Photoshop and didn't open anything other than that one image I was working on. My notebook is an Asus X542ur, it has an Intel i5 7200u, an Nvidia GeForce 930mx, 20gb of ram, 1TB SSD, and Windows 10 Enterprise I've already tried reinstalling, changing settings, switching to older versions of Camera RAW and Photoshop, etc etc

How can I get the ps ruler tool to default to the first one?At one time I needed to use the Ruler Tool a lot and I wanted it to be the first by default so that I could select it quickly.After a few attempts, I find that I end up with the ‘straw tool’.This is not very ‘scientific’. 

Hello.I have a Macbook pro 13 inch with the latest software (14.6.1).I have used photoshop on this exact laptop before, and even used it in an older one too. However, whenever I try downloading it it just says ''system requirements are not met'' and now I cannot use photoshop at all! I don't have it downloaded on this laptop as I had it formatted recently, and I have to re download it but it does not let me.

Hi, suddenly Photoshop won't open. Two days ago it worked fine but as of yesterday it just won't open. The icon bounces for a while, then the initial title screen comes up and then it stops and an error page appears (see screenshot below). The other adobe apps such as Ai and ID are working fine. I am working on a fairly old (2015) MacBook Air but it is up to date on macOSMonterey 12.7.6 and Photoshop is also up to date. I have tried various fixes like unintalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache and ensuring that Photoshop has access via sysem preferences and privacy but nothing has worked. I have a deadline. Please help! Thanks.

Intento hacer una prueba de HDR pero la pantalla se muestra asi cortada, puedo moverla o estirarla hacia los lados pero no puedo achicarla entonces no puedo ver la EV de cada foto ni deseleccionarlas ni ver los botones de, supongo yo, son "ok" y "cancelar"supongo es por la resolucion del monitor de mi laptop que es 1366x768 pero ese es el maximo y ni bajando la resolucion se arregla este problema, tambien probe tocando en las preferencias de interfaz en photoshop y nada, alguna idea?

I've just recently started using the latest version of Photoshop 2024 (v25, updated to the latest 25.12 release today). Until this switch I've been using Photoshop 2023 as my go-to, and only v25 on rare occasions.I'm now getting regular "Could not complete your request because of a program error" errors, most commonly when trying to edit a photo in the Camera Raw filter.  This probably only happens about 5% of the time, although it has also happened a couple of times doing other things (can't remember what at the moment). I have to save the image, close Photoshop, then reopen and it works fine.I looked on the forums and have tried disabling 'Use Graphics Processor' under Preferences>Performance, and also disabling 'Enable Generator' under Plugins.  Neither made any difference.I've never had this error in Photoshop 2023.Using WIn 10 64GeForce RTX 3070 16gb16gb ram

as someone who use hundreds of layers and never names then, the Auto select feaure is very important. in the recent updates I noticed than If I use the move tool, and try to click on the canvas, on an element that is inside a closed layer folder, the folder wont open and i'm left not knowing where the layer is. I'm sorry because of the auto-updates i'm not sure when this issue started.  

Please adobe, fix this for fuji users ... I only work with Fuji XF and Fuji GF medium format.I will otherwise have to leave this plan if this doesn't get fixed soon because I cannot use LRc.Any tips please share ... (please not more of the "enchace details" thing ..what a waste of time and disck space.
