I actually wanted to try generative expansion, but couldn't figure out how to use generative expansion with the dimensions I chose. dragging the canvas size is not an option, I have to be specific with the size. To have it as a selectable option within 'image> canvas size' would be ideal!
Hi, If in the SETTINGS - TOOL - 'ZOOM WITH SCROLL' is selected the macs MAGIC MOUSE is then limited to only being able to navigate the Photoshop window UP and DOWN, it can no longer go LEFT to RIGHT. (This is a real pain!!!) IF the SETTING IS DESELECTED - the MAGIC MOUSE can again resume its usual ability to pan UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT but cannot zoom. the only way to ZOOM now is to hold the OPTION key and CLICK where you want to zoom. SELECT the SETTING 'ZOOM CLICKED POINT TO CENTRE' to help precision a little. Ideally, it would be appreciated if it could be integrated (I thought it was? - but it seems not to be anymore)So that you can select ZOOM WITH SCROLL and maintain your ability to go UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT with the MAGIC MOUSE. Thanks 🙂
Here's an idea that i hope Adobe can incorporate into their future features. Which is the feature to cycle/ scroll through multiple photoshop tabs or any of their softwares to access the projects faster. I often find this a problem whenever I have lots of tabs opened that I need to come back to but can only click the arrow sign on the menu to cycle through them.
While editing, (on the same layer) I switch editing from the thumbnail to the layer mask frequently. A shortcut would be a time saver.
It would be useful to have a larger scale UI for the adjustement layer curves graph so it's easier to add points between neighbouring points.
Photoshop should use this Midjourney infrastructure for artificial intelligence or buy it and add it to the photoshop program. It is bad that such an application is powerful compared to photoshop artificial intelligence.
A o a! Hi everyone this app is very interesting and knowledge of this speach in the middle and high tides for thanks 😊 you have any ideas for about also feature on the app and high appreciate your help with all time
For each new Photoshop session I have to move the contextual task bar away from the image (I want a clear view of the artwork).I know I can pin the task bar to wherever I want, but it would be great if I can pin it once and for all, at my favorite spot (I just drag it to the menubar somewhere).Could you create a preference\setting\checkmark to have it stay there permanently, and not just for the current session. Thanks in advance.
I'm placing a sailboat onto a water scene. The boat is too bright for the amount of sunlight in the scene. I would like to be able to apply controls such as Curves, Exposure, etc. to the sailboat, even if that requires a new rendering.
When you stroke a path using simulated pressure, each end of the path starts at minimum pressure fading gradually to the most pressure in the center. I recommend someway to decide where that "center' is? So let's say your line is 10, currently the max pressure can only be at 5, but there should be an option to make max pressure at 7, so that 1-7 is a slower fade than 7-10
As Adobe moves toward cloud-based apps, there will be many of us left in the dust. In my little valley, there is no cable, there is no television, landlines work only a few hours a day, and we usually have to go outside and walk up the hill for cell service. I really am not kidding. For people like us, would it be possible to have pared-down app that resides in our machines? I am thinking about generative fill. It is a wonderful tool, and I enjoyed playing with it. But now I can barely use it. My net connectivity isn't good enough. If you could still provide us the old, crummy version, life would be a little more fun.
I get the idea of having an editable gradient and sometimes I need this but as a photographer, I am all the time using a 3% white gradient all over the image and I don't see a way to easily do this with the new gradient tool. At first in the beta I saw a way to select classic mode but I don't see this anymore. Pretty please keep both the new editable gradient and the classic way of doing gradients. I use it all the time and I know I'm not the only one.
After ai (photoshop beta generative fill) completes its task its automatically redirects you to the Photoshop app.The problem is when ai completes its task and you are typing something in your secondary monitor you will just start clicking random buttons (while trying to finish your sentence on another monitor) because of that you will change something in Photoshop. It might look not a big deal, but when you are using "Generative fill" at least 100 times per day gets really annoying. Please just add some kind of setting to fix that, to keep photoshop in the background so that it won't redirect you to Photoshop after ai completes it's task.
Adobe Camera Raw - use gpu Acceleration for preview ( update preview to high quality ) The use of gpu for open and save is excellent - a process that could be helped by the same technology is update preview to high quality. Thanks
The context menu for the brush tool (right click) is adjustable in dimensions, but the slider bar stays the same width no matter how far you expand the menu. As the size adjustment gets very exponential towards the larger sizes (let´s say above 1000px) the adjustment gets quite finicky. Thus it would be nice if the slider bar would follow the width of the enlarged menu so one could make easier fine adjustements.
With all the new features and tools that have been coming out, I'm hoping that a couple things might be able to be included along the way that have been annoying me for 15-20 years. They should be rather simple but would make a significant impact for me and I suspect many others. The first is actually very simple.... Can we please get some color and contrast in the workspace? It seems to me that a huge company like Adobe, that so clearly defines photo editing that Webster's Dictionary includes as a verb, "To Photoshop", should be able to provide a GUI consisting of more than a colorless, low-contrast, light, dark, and darker GUI.With so many menus, icons, tabs, etc in the workspace, why in the world aren't you taking advantage of the human eye's ability to more quickly and easily discern color than shapes? I know that Adobe understands this well because when I had to replace a credit card and forgot to update my account there was a huge RED notice on the toolbar to tell me until my
Add Right click Brush Size Option in Remove tool and Leqify... Photoshop this is Need
Photoshop, AI, inDesign, and Premiere share a similar UI, but not quite uniform. The Logo and Menu bars varry in size and thinckness, different space between options , and the colors are slightly different (darkest interface in PS is different from AI's darkest interface). It's a bit offputting and feels unsatisfying, as if the developers themselves don't know what they want. If some consistency could be added that would be great.
Why is it so difficult to make an arrow in PSD? It is so simple in ILL and InD... Related note: making a line WAS easy before. Now the whole jump through hoops etc. Make it simple and easy again, please!
Please, make much more optimised size of exported PDF-files, at least maded by 'Artboards to PDF' command (all setup does not work properly and "at least" because user not able to see even this options on export)
Open Recent opens the last opened document. However, this refers to last opened, not last edited. If multiple documents are open as tabs simultaneously, the user may last edit a document that wasn't opened last. Thus, when opening the document again from the list the user may open a wrong document to edit, especially, if the document is a version of the other document content.
