Photoshop läßt sich nicht installieren. Fehlercode 111 (siehe Anlage). Auch deinstallieren und Neuinstallation hilft nicht. Was jetzt?   [Mod: Moved to the appropriate Photoshop Elements forum]    

As shown in this Youtube video, what must I select to make the individual markers move along randomly on Adobe Color wheel. In my case all the markers are moving along if I click on one. The only way I could select the opposite color is by changing into Complementary.Please helpThanks

Hello, "Camera Raw reguires GPU acceleration to edit photos. " This alert pops up when I open editor in Elements 2024 which I just installed. My son has helped me look at this issue remotely. He is in IT and a gamer but still not able to figure out this issue. We updated all that is suggested/available. He updated my GPU driver etc.. I have windows 11 and from the list of system reguirements my PC is compatible. I still have Elements 2023 that works but I paid for the updated verson. Absolutely no "live" person to help me in Adobe Cloud , "No available agents at this time" which I have recieved this notice several times over the course of a few days. Anyone else have this issue? Lynn

Hey guys, Bent from Norway here! I have seen in this forum that several persons experience problems with installation/update of the Camera Raw app, in order to open *.raf raw files from a Fujifilm camera (I recently bought the X-T50). I have the same problem, and converting them to *.dng does work but is a bit of a drag. I operate a Mac M1 mini (screen shots below) , I have an updated PSE, and no matter whether I try to install the Camera Raw app from inside PSE, or follow the instructions in the link below, the Camera Raw app simply won't go past 16.0. Yes, the installation process runs its course apparently it installs as it is supposed to. But when I check the camera raw from inside PSE it is stuck at 16.0. Does anyone have a clue as to what I can do, except delete the PSE completely from my Mac and then reinstall it? Camera Raw plug-in installer (adobe.com) .... it is a bit annoying, to say the least. I am using Organizer in Elements 2024 to bulk rate photos.   All my latest files are HEIC format.  When I go to apply the ratings via 'Apply Metadata to Files' so I can further use these, the ratings do not get applied.   If I edit and rewrite as a JPEG, this works, but clearly I do not want to bulk do that. The only work around I can think of is to move all the '5 star' photos to a subdirectory, and work with these, but clearly this is awkward at best, and removes a degree of flexibility.  As I purchased this upgrade specifically to work with HEIC files, this is frustrating, as this is the main thing I use this for.  I only edit one in 20 photos.  Mostly I am sorting and curating.  Elements 2024Windows 11 23H2Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

Hi,After reaching 150,000 pictures, it seems that Elements is just not up to it anymore. It is very slow and crashes regularly. I thought of migrating to Lightroom, as it is made for studios and, I assume, should handle many more photos. However, over the years, I have had some 20,000 faces that I painstakingly tagged in Elements, and it would be quite a disaster if I lost this data. Since there are no clear instructions on whether face recognition data is imported during the migration or if there is any third-party tool to accomplish this without losing my data, I thought to ask if anyone has experience doing this and can give me some advice on how to go about it. I would be very happy for any tips and tricks to do this.

Im a long time user of PSE. I started on PSE 11, then PSE 2018 and now PSE 2024. So far, Im not impressed with PSE 2024.In on Win 10. When I go into the editor, the screen is very large and I cant save the display preferances because the OK button isnt visable. The Settings are set at 200% and that is the likely cause of the extremely large editor preferance screen BUT the OK button isnt showing and I cant change the settings. I also cant  move the page to the left to show the button.Ive tried changing my master display resoltuion just to be able to see the screen. Nothing seems to work.Any inputs are appreiated. The catelog looks fine. Im only having this issue with the editor.

imported JPG files from a Fujifilm GFX100S II camera are not displayable in Elements organizer (see attachment)  but can be edited by Photoshop Elements (Right click and edit).   Anyone have this problem and know solution?  thanks and regards Bob 

I went to the Adobe tutorial here to figure out how to change DNG to JPEG in Photoshop Elements.Resize a photo (adobe.com) The problem is on the turotial video, it shows a page that show Import on the left side with Folders showing up on the right. When I open up Photoshop Elements my screen shows Quick, Guided and Expert. There is no Import on the left side of the screen only open. I have no idea how to get to that page. If I go to Import under File, it says WIA Support and does not take me to the screen where the photos where I want to go Yes, I went to Guided and changing photos sizes in Adobe Elements, but it does show you anything about converting RAW to JPEG, or reducing the size of the photos by a certain size. Instead it states resize your photos for Web or prints. Then it says slect a size option; long edge, short edge, width and height or file size. So I go into file size, and it has a blank box- that you fill in to be less tha a certain Kb size. If I had one photo,

I hit the tile button and it pulled every picture open into a tiled screen and I cannot for the life of me get it back to be able to view one picture at a time.Also, my photo bin disappeared and I can't get that back either!

i get a generic error message from PDapp.exe the first time I launch Adobe PSE Editor 9."The application failed to initialise properly. Click ok to terminate the application"Now I can click ok and the program runs and works as normal and the error doesn't come back if i launch it a second time.But i would like to stop it. Can i just delete the exe or rename it?Any ideas?

Because mne locks up sometimes, whenm I am not even doing anything that compleex.So if I forget to save my work regularly, I can uslose alot of time and work, which as everyone knows, that is very firstrating!

Just upgraded Epson printer from Artison 1430 to an XP-15000.  The printer's sheet bin has guides to position paper in only one position which is center of sheet bin.  With PSE 2024 selecting the proper printer Epson XP-15000 and then selecting proper paper size and document size and then printing - the printed photo comes out with the picture on most of the right side and about 3/4 of the length of the paper....so the left side and bottom of the 4x6 paper is blank.  Photoshop Elements 2024 is printing in the wrong place on this 4x6 paper.This appears to be a compatibility problem (at the moment) between Epson and Adobe.  I have spent most of today with multiple phone calls to Epson support with the final comments from them that as far as they know the Epson drivers and printer is up to date and said I should contact Adobe.Also of note, if I print to 4x6 paper using Windows 11 and it's photo app, it prints to the 4x6 paper perfectly.  Also of note, if I print o

I have an iMac 2023, Apple M3 Chip, 8 GB, running Sonoma 14.6.1.  I have Elements 2023 installed.  When I have the app reduced to the dock, it will immediately pop up and "take over" the desktop whenever I click on another app, or anywhere on the desktop.  Does anyone know how I can get the app to behave?

Our new iPhone saves photos in HEIC format, but these files are not importing into Photoshop Elements or Organizer. I followed the help instructions by loading the Microsoft HEIF image extension and the HEVC video extension.  Now we can see the previews in Windows Explorer or Photos, but still cannot import them into Elements.  So I purchased the new (2022) version from Adobe, and still get the error that this format is not supported - even though it provides a link back to the instructions I already followed.  Can someone please help me to import HEIC files?

I have seen a You Tube video which shows how to fix this on Windows, but I need a procedure for an iMac.I gather that the update 16_6 package update does not work until you delete the original RAW  file.Can anyone help with this most annoying problem?I have tried to work out a Mac procedure from the above Windows procedure but the two systems are very different

I’m trying to clear space on my C drive, so I moved some photos to my D drive, which is a 1 TB internal drive. I did this successfully a few times, doing the move completely within the 2018 Photoshop Elements Organizer. But today when I tried that, I got an error message at the 100% mark, telling me that that a file “could not be renamed,” and the only option on that message was to cancel. So I then moved the files using File Explorer, figuring I could then reconnect them in the Organizer. That was about an hour ago, and it’s still not quite right. I did reconnect them, their tags are still there, I can see the files by selecting the tag. But most of the files do not appear in My Folders, which I often use to display my files. There are 4 subfolders in the folder that I moved. Two of the subfolders do not appear in My Folders. The other two folders are listed, but most of the files in those folders do not display when I click on the folder name. I’ve tried reimporting the media, which

I lost a computer in a house fire that had Elements 15 installed on it. Luckly I have a full backup available. I purchased a new computer and Microsoft gave us s different account name. How do I move all the tag information, pictures, folders, etc from a backup file to a newly generated different account name computer with Alements 24 installed?

Saved multi-layer PSD files created in Photoshop CC (Mac) are opening as one layer in Elements 2024 (PC).  I confirmed layers are showing before saving.  Attaching screenshots of both platforms. What am I missing?  

I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 in 2014.  I upgraded my laptop in June this year (2024) but was unsuccessful downloading my Elements 12 with my Serial Number.  Adobe keeps telling me that the Serial Number is being used by someone else, i.e. me!  So I deactivated the listing of my previous laptop computer and then tried to register the Serial Number but it still keeps saying it is being used by someone else.  Can anyone offer advice please.  Thank you.

I have a brand-new iMac, everything running fast and smooth EXCEPT PhotoShop Elements 2019.  Hangs, cuts out, takes FOREVER to get anything done.  What's up?

I'm working in PSE 2021. I don't know what I did here to cause this, but when I try to start a new file, I no longer see Untitled as an option. I'm seeing Document Type as "Clipboard," and my units are now pixels instead of inches. The Resolution is different, and so is the color (it's now grayscale and it used to be RBG). I was playing around with layouts earlier and maybe I clicked on something inadvertently. Can you please help? Thanks!
