Beste , ik had bij jullie een abonnement aangevraagd om te testen de eerste 7 dagen waren gratis en ik heb het ook geprobeerd om jullie programma te gebruiken maar ik kon niet echt doen wat ik wou doen en het lukte niet zo goed . Nu heb ik ook meteen dat abonnement stopgezet maar ik zie dat het bedrag van €77.99 toch van mijn rekening is gegaan voor een jaar . Maar ik heb deze op 4/2/2025 stopgezet na de test periode . Kan ik soms op 1 of andere manier mijn geld terug ontvangen ? Ik ben een alleenstaande moeder van 3 kinderen en kan het wel goed gebruiken . mvgvekemans Pamela

No matter which settings I select to set my preferred language in English, it just doens't work. All of my app settings, except my files, is not in English.Why is that?  what I tried is I navigate to the 'General' -> language 'English'.  (This is probably not the direct translation from my language but close one.) I am a free user as well.  

I use Acrobat to read lots of different screenplays distributed in PDF file format. The screenplay format is a very deliberate document format. I NEVER, EVER want to use Liquid Mode. I disabled the automatic conversion, but Acrobat keeps prompting me trying to pressure me into using the feature on every document. Why? Why would I ever want a program to mutilate the original format and intent of an author? Especially in a way we do not understand!Yes, I saw the thread that says I can open and save the default view for a document, but I never reopen these documents after I read them. Adobe collects a lot of usage metrics for their applications. I am sure they realize I never ever click on this thing other than to dismiss it. Why is Adobe trying so hard to force a bad/useless feature upon its users? I just want to open a document and read and highlight. I am annoyed with Adobe every time I see that prompt.I have shifted away to other readers like the one built into OneDrive which is

I just bought the full version of acrobat.  How do I get it to work on my phone?  It keeps asking me to subscribe to premium to simply edit docs. Thanks for assistance.

Help please!!!I can't find it anywhere in App Store, only the old Reader app and it doesn't seem to do any of the new DC features. The Adobe says that Reader DC is a free app available for download now. Where is it? Am I stupid? Have I gone mad? Everyone else seems to be downloading it successfully. Have I been blacklisted by Adobe? Don't they love me anymore? Aaaaaggggghhhh.I feel like I am being left out of the in-crowd here.Scotty

Immediately I went an unsubscribed but then I was charged 11,500 for that. Money was taken from my account without my consent. I with email ID- EMAIL REMOVED FROM THIS PUBLIC FORUM purchased adobe premium subscription worth Rs. 2599/- from apple iphone 15 plus, but each time i open the app it shows me as a free user. Sou assinante (me arrependo) uso no Tablet Sansung S6 Lite, acontece que o app vem atrasando meus estudos. Toda hora aparece a mensagem "Não responde", não salvando meus grifos (uso pra revisar). Além de ser bem lento. Comprei cartão de memoria, limpei cache, forçei parada e absolutamente NADA responde.

Hi, I have trouble with large pdfs (for example books). Upon opening the app everything works smooth and fast, but after turning a few pages it stops loading up, showing only empty white pages, making it impossible to see any more of pdf file. The only solution is to close the app and reopen the file. The issue occurs every time, its very annoying. Its the same for both my devices: Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy S23+, both being high-end hardware with about 3GB free RAM while reading these pdfs. The phone uses internal memory, while tablet uses SD card.  Please let me know if there's a solution or fix the issue.  

I use Adobe to check technical manuals for work and lately they won't properly load any of the text or pictures for the manual, and it will change as I scroll. Most of the pages will be blank and some of them may have a picture, but almost none of them have the words on them.

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me. At first, when I first download the document, I can add notes, comments and read the text calmly. After a while, out of nowhere, the text gets so blurry that I can't even make out the letters, automatically prevents me from commenting and posting notes. I use the mobile version and it gives me problems, so much so that now I am forced to use the computer even though it is not comfortable for me. I attached an image. Does anyone have the same problem and can help me? Thank you for reading me.
