I have cancelled my subscription but have not been refunded my £599.39.This cancellation was within the 14 days.   

Hi everyone. I was unable to pay the subscription for this month but I have 17 assets that are still unused. Am I not able to use the assets I already paid for unless my subscription is actice? 

I am unable to download videos even though I have over 400 assets . When I try the only option is to buy , this only applies to videos I am able to download images , vectors etc 

Hi, Adobe Community 🙂I'm facing an issue while saving my files I'm designing a business card for upload when I save files in AI it gives me a warning message please check to attach the image. Also when I reopen this AI file all vectors are not shown properly also not editable properly. So, my question is can we save a file with version cs 2020?

Hello, the amount of midjourney created content on stock is quite alarming.  For me the content created with this tool is very distinguishable and gets in the way of real content. Is there something Adobe can do to stop all this? For example, my search search for abandoned builings brings up a lot of mid journey generated imagery. If I wanted this, I would create it myself. 

I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription during an attempt to buy stock images on demand. When I noticed the charge after first month, I immediately tried to cancel but there wasn't any option for it under "manage my supscription". I never used this service and now it charges 38 euros every month?  I want to cancel this supscription and get a refund but i don't know who to talk to. please help me

Hello, please someone help me :(, I bought Photography License (PS + LR 20GB) and I havent realized there was included Adobe Stock 1-year plan with that, and I even cannot cancel that plan because it wants from me another money, around 170 USD or like that, but I do not need that service and I do not want to pay for something that I am not using. So, is it possible to refund and cancel that service? Thank You.

It's been 3 days since I started the free trial, it says you have received my payment so there shouldn't be any problems with that. When can I manage my plan? I don't want to pay after the 7 day trial.

Hello,I've been charged with a monthly fee for Adobe Stock subscribtion, that I discovered inside my PayPal account. I never subscribed for this, this transaction was not done by me, and I never used the service itself, short of creating Adobe ID.I never received any emails or notifications on my PayPal app. Can somebody please explain, if it is not my stolen Adobe ID (I changed the password as soon as I discovered this transaction), what are other options?Thank youAnna

I downloaded a stock background in AI format and expected to be able to isolate the individual elements to use just the ones I want but it is not a vector file. Why does Stock give the option to download in AI format if the file is NOT vector?

Hi forum! I mistakingly bought an "improved" license to clip #171754810. Ordernumber AE01336100350CSE. I was looking to upgrade it to "extended" (it would probably run on TV) but somehow downloaded the "improved" one instead.  Is there any way to upgrade it to "extended" or to cancel the transaction? I hope the terms are correct since I've translated them from Swedish. Kind regards,  Max

Hey, I'm new in using adobe stock, just purchased an extended licence for a pic and wanted to some simple adjustments on photoshop (contrast and shading). It doesn't work. When I add the layers, the changes are mostly lost. With a screenshot of the photo that doesn't happen. So are adobe photos restricted for editing? Is there something I'm not doing right? I never experienced this problem with photoshop...  

Hi Everyone.  I have had to have my Enterprise Adobe account reinstated due to an issue. In this process I have lost my Libraries and can no longer create new ones.  Does anyone have a solution for this? I need access. Thanks! 

If I download audio tracks now, and then cancel my account, will I be able to use them in future videos I create and post on youtube next year? (Will the licenses be valid/available?)

I licensed an image that has a spelling error, I wish to unlicense and obtain a credit please. It was an image of 2023 calendars and APRIL is spelled ARRIL. I don't wish to mess around with cleaning up the mistake and would rather find a new image please. Thank you.
