I accidentally licensed File # 216681196. The Adobe Stock interface isn't very forgiving, license buttons probably shouldn't be included on thumbnails. How do I get that license refunded?
I have a Creative Cloud (CC) account and used the same account to log in to Stock. I know that Stock is not included with the CC subscription; however, I can download anything I want from Stock without being subscribed. I would like to understand what's happening and if I can utilize the content I have downloaded from Stock? I appreciate any help you can provide.
Hello, I purchased a 120 asset plan at a cost of £23.99 a month. I had not realised that the cost rolled over past twelve months. I aslo hadn't realised that I would lose all my assets if I cancelled my plan. I didn't know I was still paying for my plan and I ended up paying £647.73 for 21 assets. This was my fault because I bought an unsuitable plan and did not realise that I was still paying for it but I had not downloaded any assets for most of that time and so I was clearly paying for nothing.I should have bought a credit pack of 80 which at current prices is £330. I would like to correct my initial mistake and to do this Adobe could give me a refund of £317.73 and 59 credits (80 - 21). I think this is fair and would leave me as a happy customer but for some reason this has been impossible for the person I spoke to in the chat. I am planning on selling worksheets/activities on the website, Teachers Pay Teachers. It is a website where teachers can buy worksheets and activities from other teachers to use in their classrooms. If I pay for a monthly Adobe subscription, am I licensed to use the images on these products?
I am another person who accientally licensed the incorrect item. If it was just 1 credit for an image I wouldn't post on here, but it is an 8 credit HD video so I am inclined to see if it could be fixed. I accidentally licensed File: 354771143 which is the wrong format of video that I need. I was hoping to see if I could get the 8 credits returned. Thanks for your time.
Hi Adobe, I recently purchased this stock design: FILE #: 232147752 Only to have someone point out later on that there's 3 errors in the math multiplications. 2 in the 2 times table and 1 in the 7 times table. I think the author of this design needs to have it removed from adobe stock and corrected before they list this design for purchase.
I somehow subscribed to Adobe stock- a function I do not use/have used in the past. When I noticed the charges months later I tried to request a refund but I was told that's not possible. I have paid 180$ for a service I haven't used. Suck I guess- any further suggestions?

I used a liscense for 115448996. The preview showed a logo with two H's side by side and some other vector lines. The download I got was of a house logo..... I can't get anyone to answer on the customer service line and have waited nearly 45 minutes on hold. What else can I do at this point? I'm so frustrated!

I have an annual plan (10 assets a month) since Apr 18, 2021. I wanted to cancelled it before auto-renew but it kept saying i will be charged an early cancellation fee. So i waited after the April 18, 2021 and planed to cancel it, but it still need to charge me $1140 hk dollars! I am super confused! Is it impossible to cancel then? I kept paying but I don't really use it so its such a waste.... anyone can help please? thanks!!

I used the free trial of Adobe Stock. I kept it, allowing Adobe to charge me month-by-month. I decided that, after this month, I am not going to need it anymore. I looked into deactivating it and I got a message that I will have to pay over $100 to cancel it (?!) How did I end up with an annual contract?

I have availabe assets but it is still asking me to purchace the video. Wasnt this included in the subscription? And if I cant use them on video, what are the items I CAN use them on? We bought the subscription to get videos and I want to make sure I can.
I have been speaking to a agent via chat. His identity is Aman.This person was helping me with a problem of loading Lightroom CC (failed to load). This is now resolved. Subsequent to this, the person became difficult, cut me off at one point, wont answer questions, copy paste answers not related to question, unhelpful. This person further makes the claim that Adobe do not have a complaints procdure and a complaint cannot be raised. I would like assistance with this matter becuase I would like a complaint to be raised regarding the conduct of this person and I am now far from happy about using any software from Adobe due to the very poor support received. I would go so far as to say approaching abusive.
Adobe stock has a free trial. You have the option to continue paying monthly after the trial ends. What they don't tell you (I've enclosed the screens below) is that they sign you up for an annual subscription. If you try to cancel after that, you have to pay a termination fee. How do I cancel the subscription and get a refund? I've never seen anything like this before with any other company. I've been using Adobe products for over 30 years.
