Hello-I purchased #174239798 by mistake. Can you please have a credit issued?
Is there a way to filter out NSFW images. The "Secure Search" filter doesn't really do anything for me. I tried searching for "Soccer ball shape" and got at least 5 NSFW result only on the first page.I work in an open workspace and any client can see what's on my screen. Is there a better way to filter or should Adobe Stock have a NSFW tag ? Merci d'avance.
That may seem to be a simple question, but having seen the prices, would I really be allowed merely 10 pictures per month for a $29.99 subscription to Adobe Stock? Are those assets referred to single pictures?
does adobe stock credit carry over to next month?
I am helping my son's school with a book they are doing about school safety. They have the text and basic layout for each page (hand drawn). They like the look of some of the Adobe Stock Illustrations. I believe we would need the Extended license since the books would be available to purchase after completition, is that correct? Is the subject of school safety allowed to use the images?
Image # 187020858 This is the second ai file I have licensed that is either uneditable or very poor quality. The only reason I purchase vectors is to save time, and I could have drawn the thing by now! Thanks in advance!
A friend who is a test subscriber asked my about a vector file she downloaded (#244148789), she couldn't understand how to edit it. I had a look and it is a nightmare: the text isn’t editable, the artboard size is bizarrely small—2.65mm x 1.76mm—which means that it will unlikely print properly. The layers are named in an Asian language I don’t recognize. Just to turn layer visibility on or off takes forever. If anyone downloads this with the intent of using it to edit for their own purposes, and don't have some experience with Adobe Illustrator, they're going to be frustrated.Maybe I'm missing something here—is there some benefit to offering extremely complex vector files at such a small size? AFAIK this will just cause issues with a RIP if ever used in print. Is there no quality control when people submit files?
When I open a library selecting and downloading images becomes sluggish then an error "adobe stock page unresponsive" appears. I have cleared my cache, history, restarted chrome.
good morning, I want cancel this plane. what I need to do?
This is a continuation of a problem I had before, in which my Adobe Stock was cancelled without my request, even though I kept up with my payments.Thread here: My Adobe Stock plan was cancelled. Support team can't find the specific reason why. System error?Staff advised I renew my subscription to avoid losing the credits, and so I did, but when I logged in today I noticed only 3 credits were left on my account.Have to use another credit for an image, so by the time anyone reads this I'll have 2 credits left.
I accidentally used my credits on a stock video that looked similar to the one I really wanted to use my credits on and now I have no credits. I was curious if I could refund my credits somehow and get the correct stock footage this time. If anybody could help I would deeply appreciate it!
I am migrating from Fotolia integration to Adobe Stock API in my php web application so need help to do the same.In my application i allow user to search images then set in their design if end user confirm that design then i admin download that image problematically from stock lib.For this i prefer API integration at front end to search images and back-end oAuth integration as already purchased credits to get license asset. My Questions are- Can i get price for an image using API key integration to show end user (in Search Data)?- Can i get license for an asset using oAuth integration as i created an account with oAuth integration type as Service account integration option was in disable mode Or should i have to use service account integration for same if yes then where i get service account?- In sample code sdk_license1.php gives an error as to get license data TECH ACCOUNT ID is required to pass in api call.- Is there any php sdk available for oAuth Integration or should have to
Noob question here but seems there should be an easy solution that I am not able to figure out on my own. Any help would be highly appreciated/thanks in advance. So I purchased and downloaded an Ai presentation template, not realizing the size of the artboards was set up for 1920 x 1080 px. I am new to the platform but know autocad and other programs that you can scale vectors without a problem. Does anyone know if this is possible to do before I spend dozens of hours in recreating this? I need this to layout for 8.5x11 finished product.Happy Holidays!
Hi there! I just licensed this image #215100851 and two more of the images containing balloon-letters. This one is not even an ai file - it's a jpeg with the checkered background in it. There is no Clipping path...Is there anything I can do about it?Since the checkered background led me to thinking the images have a transparent bg, i feel kinda punked...RegardsB
Back in January 18 I received an email saying "We’ve processed your cancellation request. Your Adobe Stock subscription will end on 18-January-2019 (PT)". However, I never did submit a request to cancel the plan, and I didn't miss a monthly payment either. Today, after several chats with different support agents, nobody could find the specific reason why my plan was cancelled. If I'm up to date on all payments, and never requested my plan to be cancelled, then this has to be some sort of mistake on Adobe's end, right? Maybe a misclick? Mistaken identity?
I come across these files all over Adobe Stock:But when I download the AI file and try to open it in Illustrator, it turns out to be a giant mess of checkered squares mixed in with other shapes. It's a nightmare to try to select just the elements I need so I can use them in Photoshop. When I see a checkered background, I assume it represents the transparent elements of the image, not LITTERALY a bunch of squares that I need to somehow eliminate. How is this even remotely useful? I wasted yet another credit on one of these things. I'm sick of doing that.
No matter what I search for, Adobe Stock returns no results.Example: We couldn't find any images results for apple. Here are some suggestions based on your search:
I am so confused at how to contact Adobe!!!!!!!! I had the same thing happen....I accidentally licensed AdobeStock_154606489.
Hi!I accidentally bought the wrong image #142125710 and have not downloaded it. I was suppose to buy # 142125679. Is there any possibility to redo my purchase of the first picture?Best,Josephine
I'm interested in using assets/images from Adobe Stock in some of my iOS apps. Some apps may be free and others may not. For instance, if I wanted to write some card game apps and wanted to use some card images from Stock in my app, do I need to buy the standard or the extended license for the card images? Also, if I decided to cancel my subscription to Adobe Stock later on, can I still use assets/images that I purchased with my Stock subscription before I cancelled?
hi there!I'm just testing adobe stock for a free month and found a very inconvenient issue:It seems as if it wasn't possible to store any of the 3D assets within an library WITHOUT licensing them...!?On overview pages with the tumbnails the "save preview button" is missing...In my case that missing button resultet in a handfull of licensed assets, which I only wanted to keep in mind (or in library) and take a closer look at another time.I got the credits refunded/reloaded, so that's no problem, but not beeing able to store assets in library is a huge penalty!regards, jan
Hello,I have licenced and tried to open Set of 500 ecology icons – stock vector – kaufen Sie diese Vektorgrafik und finden Sie ähnliche Vektorgrafiken auf Adobe… , but all I get is a document with Russian text.Any ideas why?
I recently purchased this AdobeStock_135015928.mov by mistake and am not going to use it. I was wondering if I could get a refund? Thanks
Hi there, before Fotolia became Adobe Stock I was used to know the Filsize in cm and it's dpi from the website without buying. So it was quite easy for me to check in Photoshop (with an empty picture) if the picture will have a resolution that could be printed really big (for example in 3000cm width).Pictures have been ordered in Categories like S,M,L,XL,XXL. It was a great thing to tell the costumers that they should look for pictures in XXL and there would not be any problem with printing. Now it is more difficult to find pictures that are OK for printing. Is it possible to filter pictures by sizes while you are searching? In our company we really like Adobe Stock but more and more often we use the competitor because it is more comfortable. It would be a great thing if you can help or let me know how to search better.Regards, sandra
