Questions

Whenever I switch between multiple pages, the zoom level automatically resets to 20%, and I have to manually adjust it back to 100%; however, as soon as I move to another page and return, it reverts to 20% again— is there a way to lock or preserve the zoom ratio across pages?

I am making a video in Adobe Express, and added a music background audio. I then added a few clips of a voiceover to another audio layer. Both are playing fine still when I play the video, however, at some point I lost the ability to see the music layer that plays throughout the course of the track - although I was able to originally see and edit both. There's no option for me to display all layers in "switch views," so I am unsure of how I can access this hidden audio to edit it. Thanks

I always selected multiple photos and createed a photo collage with the older version, and that is why I have been using the app. Has that function gone from the new version, or is it somewhere deep down the menu? I really like to go back to the older one . . . 

I accidentallly created a project folder within another folder but would like it to be at the root Projects folder. When I go to move it, I get an error that says "You need to Edit permisssions to modify projects." Ok. Weird. I am the owner of this folder and the only user on my account, so shouldn't I have full permissions? Also, how do I Edit project permissions? Any insight greatly appreciated. P.S. Was unable to post this without selecting a topic but none of the topics fit the bill so I just selected Desktop Web and iOS since I tried to do this in both environments. 

Hey Team! I'm having issues with the quality of my Instagram carousels I make in Adobe express. If I post my direct high res photos once Instagram does it's magic the resolution is still there as you zoom in etc. When I create carousels on Adobe express with the portrait post res and then export/upload they look 'fine' at surface level but very low res if you zoom at all (which lots of people do on insta). Is there a better way to retain a high resolution export out of Adobe express to avoid this? Otherwise I'll have to switch to something else. I export on my Google pixel 9 pro and upload to Instagram that way (as a guide) Would love to know the workflow to rectify this. Thanks! 

I'm trying to make a sharing link in Adobe Express but it only says that "it's not possible right now, try again".  Is there something wrong with sharing links at the moment? Best regards, Emil

Why projects are no longer downloading to my photos?

Hi, I'm a VERY long term Adobe user (from 2003) but a brand new noob to Express. I've just started using it on an iPad Pro with iPadOS 26. I noticed that in portrait mode, the app won't go full screen and resizing limits the app to landscape dimensions. I did see some posts from a while back (Dec 2024) but nothing recently. Is this a bug or current limitation of Express? Operating the iPad in landscape with two hands is very challenging (and I have looong fingers too!) 😂 Thanks. 

After spending *DAYS* on a video, I click download and get this unhelpful, generic error. "We are unable to license some content." This is a complicated timeline and the message gives no clues as to what type of asset even is involved (music, static images, sound effects, or video stock). This is an absolute dealbreaker! 1) I'm simply using things that I have browsed through Adobe's library which it assures me is all licensed. 2) Where do I go from here? If I cannot depend on exporting a file, there's no point to using this software. I've tried individually deleting stock, to no avail. Please fix this!

Hi, I am hoping to use either Adobe express or Adobe premiere pro to edit videos from my daughter's school. I am a member of the parent committee. I am hoping that I can film the school play / school events to sell to parents and raise funds for the school. Some parents have withheld consent for this. I am hoping that I can use Adobe to blur the faces of children for whom I do not have consent. My question is- where are the files stored for Adobe editing? Can it all be stored on a desktop/ locally on a school computer, to offer extra reassurance to parents who are not comfortable with their child's photo being uploaded to the Internet (in any form), or will Adobe store copies of all videos that I edit (either on the cloud, or elsewhere)? Many thanks, Rachel 🙂

Welcome everyone. I would like make an video out of image, but I would like to make it as endless loop. Is it possible? Is this about good prompt? For example - there is grandmother outside house on wooden rocking chair, and I would like to make a few seconds video that flows and ending is as beginning. I hope you understand 🙂Also second question - I wonder if I have 20 movie generations per month, if I want change something in the one that has been made, but I am not satisfied and I am changing little a prompt is it count as new generation?

I’m thrilled about the new organization in the Adobe Express UI, especially moving all templates to Projects. This is a game-changer for teamwork and file sharing—no more duplicating files because they weren’t saved where my team could access them! However, there’s a small hiccup that could use some love.The IssueWhen using the "+" button to start a new file, "Projects" isn’t listed as an option. This creates orphaned projects, which is fine for quick work on the go but becomes a nightmare later. A week from now, I’m stuck scrolling through hundreds of "Untitled" projects in the "My Stuff" folder, hoping I saved the final version as page one so the thumbnail helps me find it.Feature RequestPlease add "Projects" as an option in the left toolbar’s "+" widget. Since the Brand section now directs users to Projects (with a note saying, "Hey, your stuff is in Projects now"), including Projects in the "+" menu would streamline the process and eliminate the scavenger hunt for files.Additional

This question has been asked a few times over the past couple years. Is there an update or work around to placing an image into a custom shape in Adobe Express? I've searched but haven't found anything that works. 

Hi all. Is anyone else having issues accessing 'your stuff' and 'brands'?If I click on either (on any browser, Safari, Chrome or Edge) on the PC / Laptop, it glitches and tells me that I need to refresh. When I do refresh, it stays blank or loads for ever or just tells me I need to refresh again. How do I fix this? 

I have created a new page on Adobe Express, however when I try and publish the page / create a link I am just getting an empty box. This is quite frustrating. I feel like this services worked much better when it was adobe spark. Can somebody please help as I need to get this page out asap. Thanks 

Hi everyone,I’ve been working on a short promo video in Adobe Express, but when I try to export it, the download either fails midway or gives me a file that won’t play. I’ve tried exporting in both MP4 and GIF, but the same thing happens.My internet connection is stable, and I’ve already cleared my browser cache and even tried a different browser. The project itself looks fine in the editor — all the clips and text play smoothly there.Is this a common bug with the latest version, or am I missing some setting that could be causing this? I need to get this video out for a client soon, so it’s really stressing me out.Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Das kontextmenue stört beim Setzen der Zeilen. Ich kann den Abstand zur vorherigen Zeile nicht erkennen, weil das Kontextmenue alles verdeckt. Wenn es recht oder links davon wäre oder es sich ausschalten lassen würde, wäre das grandios! 

I am unable to convert an AVI file to an MP4 file.  The file uploads with no problem, but I don't see an option to convert it, even in the editing window.  Am I missing something?  This was always a very simple process.  Has something changed in the last month?  Is this now a subscription option only?

Ich brauche einige QR-Codes, welche dann in einem gedruckten Buch veröffentlicht werden und, sorry, ich vertraue einfach nicht darauf, dass diese Links dann immer zum gewünschtn Ziel führen werden!Eine Auswahlmöglichkeit, ob ein statischer oder ein dynamischer QR-Code generiert werden soll, würde das Problem lösen. Bis dahin, leider nicht mit Adobe Express ...*****************Recently(?) QR codes have been generated dynamically!A nice feature, but simply not desirable for certain purposes! I need some QR codes that will then be published in a printed book, and, sorry, I just don't trust that these links will always lead to the desired destination!An option to choose whether a static or dynamic QR code should be generated would solve the problem. Until then, unfortunately, not with Adobe Express...

I'm importing an image into Adobe Express for a magazine cover. I want the image to be on the right side of the page and have the regeneration tool fill the left side. I can't get it to work. It'l only regenerate on both sides. I'm sure this can done but I've tried everything I've been told to do. I'm using the app on an iPad Pro with 18.6 

As a long time user of Adobe products, I'm shocked with the fact that Adobe doesn't have a working, high quality solution to convert an MP4 to a GIF. The solutions I've tried:1. MP4 to GIF in Adobe Express: Didn't actually work for a 15 second video I had2. Hi, I've just subscribed.. trying to download but it's only getting to 90% then stops. I've tried shutting down app multiple times, t turned iPhone off and back on.Very frustrating
