How do you stop Adobe from using the "Uploading to Adobe Cloud Storage" when requesting E-Signatures. Everytime we request E-Signatures, it says it will Upload to Adobe Cloud Storage first, then it will load for 5 minutes and then fail. Is there a way to request E-Signatures without this feature?

I am creating a timesheet in Adobe Acrobat Sign that requires automatic daily and weekly hour calculations based on lunch breaks. For each day, users enter the date, enter the start time (h:nn tt), select their lunch length from a drop-down menu (none, 30 min, 45 min, 60 min),  and enter the end time (h:nn tt).In order to get the total daily hours calculation, I have created four different calculated fields on top of each other set to show only when the specific item from the lunch length drop-menu is selected. This works as expected and shows the accurate number of hours worked. I am using a variation of the following formula that as shown is for a Monday where a 30 minute lunch was selected.(dateDiff("n", if([Monday Stop Time 1]<[Monday Start Time 1], [Monday Stop Time 1] + 1, [Monday Stop Time 1]), [Monday Start Time 1]) / 60) - 0.50 I am unable to get the total weekly hours calculation to work, though. Part of our business needs requires us to send signed docuemnts for review and add an approval documnet for signing. New changes to Adobe sign will prohibit this ability. Is there a way to still send previously signed documents with another document fot signature?

Can I make a signature field required for a client and a separate signature field required for a parent if the client is a minor on Adobe Web form?

Hey Community, I am reviewing the Adobe Sign api, and can not find a specific end point for what I want to accomplish. I am using a form tool specifically to gather user data, when they complete the form from the tool I am using, I want to make an api call specifically to apply a signture of the user that filled out the form to my pdf through the API and I was wondering how to do that? Anything helps, if you have python examples of this even better!Thank you!

Is it possible to use dynamic images on generated agreements using Salesforce? Ideally we could dynamically show an image saved in our org on the generated agreements by either using merge mapping or another means.  We are saving an image in a Rich Text Area field in Salesforce and trying to display that image in our generated agreements. I've mapped the field using Merge Mapping and here is my tag: {{!myTestTag_es}} The tag is simply displaying the image url instead of displaying the image like below: Any help is appreciated. 

I'm trying to integrate Adobe Sign API with an ASP.Net MVC application, I need a clear example of, how to use the API in an MVC app.please provide a MVC code for integrating the API. I saw this question asked a couple of years ago, so looking for am updated or more favorable answer.  I am creating Purchasing forms to post on our agency's SharePoint. A staff person will complete the form, but it needs to be signed by their supervisor - which seems to be standard functionality in esignature platforms.  Is there a way for me to do one of the following in AdobeSign webforms/workflows? 1) include a 2nd signer which the employee designates and enters the email for, or 2) include a drop down choice where the employee can choose their supervisor to route to them as 2nd signature? If not, any ideas how else can this be accomplished? This is required of all of our purchase request forms, so pretty crucial to their function. The supervisor that needs to sign could also be based on the Project number the employee enters on the request form, in case that creates any other workable solutions. We create forms using Indesign then secure them to allow customers to fill in and sign forms using Adobe Acrobat. Our customers have signed up to Adobe Sign and use that to send out our forms to request signing but when they come to select the files to request e-signatures, the error message ' This document is a secured filed and cannot be e-signed.' is poplulated. The security settings for the forms don't allow changes but do allow filling in and signing forms. 

Looking to setup a PDF that gets signed periodically over a multi-year timeline. When a team member joins the group, they need to sign the PDF and the superviser needs to sign the PDF to confirm. When a team member leaves the group the superviser needs to sign a 2nd time to confirm the date that the member left. Is this possible without loosing the digital signatures.

Our company assigns Sign licenses by user name. If jane_doe creates documents inside of Adobe Sign and leaves the company, julie_smith is hired to fill jane_does position. How does julie_smith see or get access to the documents that jane_doe created? No groups were ever created inside of Adobe Sign.

Hi guys I am really new to this and have been working on adobe e sign for few months, need help. This time, I'd like to showcase the process of creating a document in either Word or Acrobat with text tags for form fields. The document should include a variety of field types and assignments for two signers. I'll then upload this document, turn it into a reusable template, and send an agreement using that template to at least two people. After the agreement is completed, I'll download the signed document. Additionally, as a bonus challenge, I'll demonstrate how to change the current signer to someone else before the final recipient signs by utilizing the participantSets API calls. This demonstration will follow the standard workflow and template setup using the provided training scripts to maintain consistency across demos and trainings.Anyone can help!!

Has anyone figured out why some documents won't authenticate when trying to send e-sign?

Not able to update an existing workflow because the adobe sign connector has an error: "Raw inputs required". Re-authenticated the connection and even after reconnecting successfully the connector with its parameters does not load on the UI and thus not able to re-save workflow. Opened other workflows that I also use the adobe sign connector and I'm having issues with all of them.
