Hello,My company is in the public sector and is French-speaking.Do you know how I can get Acrobat Sign for SharePoint in French? Is there an alternative to have the Acrobat Sign for SharePoint menu in French in a SharePoint library?I saw that the only language supported is English.Thank You !!!

A user is unable to send documents for e-sign and is getting the alert that the document is over the 100 page limit. As the document in question is only a two page invoice this is not the actual issue. This issue has been posted before with no response or resolution, has anyone seen this issue and achieved any sort of resolution? On a previous occurrence the user was able to download and re-name the documents but this has no longer worked.
Hi all, We use Pipedrive CRM with smart docs and are currently having to export the docs to PDF then manually import them into Adobe Sign to send out to clients. Is there any plans or automation to enable integration with Pipedrive? Thanks Travis

Ggf. liegt das daran, dass ich eine Apple-Tastatur an einem Windows betreibe, aber mit anderen Programmen funktioniert das ja auch. Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit? Viele Grüße

Hello, does anyone know how to retrieve the status of EACH signer using Power Automate? I have no problem retrieving the status of the entire Agreement, but I'm unable to get the status of each signer in the agreement. Per the connector's documentation on Microsoft learn portal, this should be possible(?). Search for ParticipantSentInfo; there, it shows "Participant Set Status". However, in Power Automate after using the step "Get the status of an agreement", I tried parsing the dynamic content options such as "body", "Participant Sets", "Participant Sets Participant Set Member Infos", all resulting without a status per signer/participant. Can someone please show me how to get the status of each signer in Power Automate? Also, but not as important as the above question, is it possible to retrieve the signingUrl for all signers after the agreement has been created and not after each signer has signed?

Hi all,need to understand what is the actual detailed transaction limits for Adobe Acrobat Sign (would be perfect to understand specially for Salesforce).I am aware about established limits https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html but there were noticed some discrapancy while testing it... sometimes it allowes to attach 57 attachments up to 5MB per every and up to 10 page sin every document (means even more then 500 pages in total) , on the other hand it doesnt allow to upload 1 attachment with 99 pages 7 MB.So, I would like to understand 1) whether there are limits for number of pages/weight for every single attachment; 2) what is the actual limits of pages/weight/number of atatchment icons for whole transaction. Hi, the issue that I am having is that Adobe Sign keeps changing date formats when I upload Excel files. For example, I just created a purchase order to send to a supplier with requested delivery date of 7 August 2023 (which I'm typing in Excel as 07/08/2023). Adobe changes this to US format so what the supplier (in the EU) sees is 08/07/2023 and she calls me to tell me that that delivery date is impossible!I've checked the regional settings in Adobe Sign, on my laptop, and on my Microsoft account and all of them show UTC +01:00 Central European Time. Adobe Sign shows default date format of dd-mmm-yyyy.I can of course find a work-around for this but I would prefer to fix it at source. Can anyone help?

I have problems with acrobat sign android app. I can't send for signature because the app is saying that the limit exceeded.
Hi guys I have a document which my clients sign online. In there, there is a check box. When they tick that box, I would want a pop up to come up with a message (kind of 'are you sure you want to check this box?'). I have tried to find a solution to this as I know there is one but to no avail. Could someone please let me know what I would need to to do. Thank you.Slawek
For some reason the request signature functionality does not seem to work at all. I tried with the (up to date) desktop as well as with the web version. Desktop doesn't react at all and web version ends up with an infinite spinner. I have used this feature in the past, not sure how Adobe managed to messed that up so badly but this has been the only useful feature of Acrobat for me. Will never vote to buy any Adobe product again, really terrible experience...
I am disappointed with some of the changes made to Adobe Sign. I send out a number of documents that require initials at the bottom of the page and LOVED the "Repeat on Every Page" option, which now seems to be gone. This, in and of itself, could cause me to switch to something like DocuSign. I hope Adobe will consider some of the changes they have made.
Is it possible to implement an Adobe Signature into a SharePoint application (form with workflow)?Adobe Sign is integrated with SharePoint (SP), but seemingly only to the extent that it allows a person to send a document from SP for signature rather than enabling a certified Adobe Signature in an application. Is that right?
This is really frustrating. I created a new account in Office 365 just for Adobe. It's an admin on SharePoint and an admin in Adobe. I try and connect the app via Oauth and get a message that the user profile is for a different profile and if I want to switch to a personal profile. Which I click and does nothing. If i setup one account on Adobe, at least give me the option when signing in of either the enterprise or personal account because it doesn't seem really obvious. Still not sure how to actually fix it, the username and password is correct but nothing happens.
Is there's a text tag to get just a time with out getting a full time stamp. I know I can get a date using the {{Date1_es_:signer1:date}} . Is there a way to get just the time? I don't want the stamp. I just want the mm:hh:ss of the signing. Is that possible? I know {{Stamp1_es_:signer1:stamp}} Will give me a full stamp with date and time but all I want is the time. How can I accomplish that?
What text tags do we need to use to realize that a signer can upload multiple stamps?
We have a group account and about 14 users. Of those we are unable to setup an account for 3 of them. We are receiving the following error, and can't get Adobe to provide any assistance whatsoever.
According to this document which is not hosted by Adobe but looks like it's from them it says:"Transactions include actions like sending an agreement, uploading a document to the library, editing a library document and creating a widget."A. Is this true?B. If I were to have a form as a widget and had 300 users sign the same form this would NOT count toward my limit?Or if I were to do a mega sign on another form to 200 people?C. Those would count as 2 transactions right? Cause I created 1 widget, and sent 1 agreement for signing.
I´ve sent some document for signing.Once signed, I tried to download them (as 1 Pdf o individually), but one of them seems to be broken, all pdf´s original layer is missing, I can only see the signatures and some data, but not the entire document. This is not the first time this happens to me, but this documents are really important.Tried downoading them from acrobat and from the web, neither option is good.The rest of the documents are OK, but this one cant download properly.Help please!
I need to have a document signed by 3 individuals. On the document 3 lines are placed in-line with each other for the signatures, when i drag over the first signature box it also appears in the space provided for the other 2 signatures. I then have to delete the box for Signature 2 and Signature 3 and drag across the appropriate signatures to the relevant boxes.
