Hello, I have been contacted by email by a certain company called Copytrack claiming that I don't have the rights to use an image that I purchased on Adobe Stock within my plan. They are also asking for money. The author of the image they claim doesn't match the name in my licensing history for that image. I have googled them and there is a lot of noise saying it is a scam, however just want to check if anyone else had this issue and how to reply? thanks
Gracias
I uploaded six photos from which these three got a quality issue warning. I would like to know what can I improve. On the other hand I uploaded two photos that suddenly disappeared! They aren't on the rejected or under review tab. Do you know what could've happened?Thank u in advance for ur feedback 🙂
Hello everyone,This is an image I created using Adobe Photoshop. Unfortunately, Adobe Stock did not accept it due to quality standards.I would really appreciate your professional feedback on why this image may have been rejected. Specifically, I'd like to understand if there are any issues related to technical quality, sharpness, noise, artifacts, over-processing, or overall stock suitability.Any suggestions on how I can improve this image to meet Adobe Stock's requirements would be extremely helpful.Thank you in advance for your time and valuable feedback.
Hello everyone. Some time ago, I tried to submit this photo. It was first rejected due to a quality issue. I then re-uploaded the image at a higher resolution, and this time it was rejected for “Intellectual property-related refusal”.However, I can’t understand where the intellectual property issue comes from. For context:I am indeed the author of the photo (the photographer)The photo was taken in Shibuya, TokyoI of course own the RAW fileThe only AI tool I used was Lightroom’s noise reductionCould the issue be coming from the left side of the photo with the brands and billboards? If so, what should I do? Remove them using generative AI, or crop the photo? Thanks for your help 😃
Hello contributors, I would like to check if it is allowed for the photographer ' stock contributor account owner' to sign the model release document with the account name instead of his legal name. I mean, my name in contributor account is 'Worker', that is certainly not my real name. according to this information From an adobe document "The photographer's first and last name on the model release must match exactly with the first and last name on your contributor account." I should use that name in my account to sign the document. BUT, shouldn't the model release document be a legal document so you should use your actual name? I would like to know if it's allowed to use my account name or not.
Good afternoon. My account has been blocked without explanation for three months now.I created ticket #00452674 using the form on the blocking page. I haven't received a response to any of my emails for three months now. I check my spam folder and don't write obsessively to customer support, and I don't want to create new messages again.Recently, I have been uploading AI videos. All the videos were different and of excellent quality. The only reason I can think of is the long prompt that began with a description of how the camera works. That is, many prompts begin the same way, for example: slow camera movement, and then I changed what the camera was moving around. The system probably counted them as multiple videos with one prompt. But the prompts were actually different, and the videos were fundamentally different. Although such details are not specified in the rules, and when I first read the rules before starting work, I couldn't imagine that this could lead to a block. But this is
I have received a Creative Cloud bonus for stock contributors for years in a row, but this is not continued in 2026?!I am talking about the bonus programm as described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/how-to-redeem-creative-cloud-bonus-code.html
Hi Community Team,I am writing here because my support tickets (Case 00470123 and 00470124) have been unresponsive for over a week.I am a new Contributor from Indonesia (+62). I cannot access my dashboard because the phone verification page is broken.Issue: Every time I enter my number, I get a red error: "An error occurred while performing this action" (Generic System Error).Troubleshooting: I have tried clearing cache, different browsers, and devices. Nothing works.Support Status: I received an automated reply on Jan 19th asking me to check the guide, which does not help with this system bug. I replied immediately asking for manual verification, but have received no response since then. Please help escalate this to the engineering team or verify my number manually. I am locked out of my account.Thank you.
Hi,1890133758 and 1890132988 id numbers of my videos second time rejected because of AI project but they are not. I made them in AE and used my own stock videos textures. What can I do?Can you please check my videos again, I completely design them in After Effects not AI. Thanks.
<top> Could you offer feedback about the reason this photo was rejected? Thank you.
Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team,I hope you are doing well.I am writing to kindly clarify a concern regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account. Recently, a few of my JPEG images were downloaded (around three downloads), and I noticed earnings reflected in my account.I would like to sincerely confirm that all of my submitted contents are original and created by me, following Adobe Stock’s contributor guidelines. I have not used any artificial methods, bots, or self-downloads, and there has been no attempt to manipulate downloads or earnings in any way.As a contributor, I value Adobe Stock’s policies and always try to maintain full compliance regarding originality, copyright, and content authenticity. If there is any additional verification or information required from my side, I would be more than happy to cooperate.Thank you very much for your time and support. I truly appreciate the opportunity to contribute to Adobe Stock.Kind regards,[Al labib]Adobe Stock Contributor

Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to the community to understand the current processing times for account reviews. My contributor account has been under investigation for Suspicious Activity for over 80 days now. I have already submitted my appeal and followed up with the compliance team, but I haven't received a final decision yet. My account is an established one over 2 years old with a portfolio of 3,000+ assets. I understand that manual audits are thorough, but is it normal for the review to exceed 11 to 12 weeks? Has anyone else experienced similar wait times recently, and did you receive a notification once the review was complete? I would appreciate any insights from fellow contributors or community managers regarding the current backlog. Thank you.
Do I need to obtain a separate property release for photos taken of the same place on separate days? For example: If I take a 100 photos of a home throughout the year, does the owner need to sign 100 separate releases? If so, how can I streamline this process?

These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity. yoo, I'm an upcoming nature/food photographer. These images were not accepted because of quality issues. Can someone please help me understand the quality issue so I can correct it? THANKS FOR THE ADVICE.
I'm migrating to a new email address. I've updated my info on my contributors account weeks ago. However, all email keeps going to my old address which will cease to exist soon. I've tried using the contact form for days and it seems broken. How can I resolve this?
I generate image through ideogram. All the stock images I uploaded were rejected due to quality issues.I need to improve the quality of my photos for future uploads, so I would really appreciate any advice on my photos.
I submitted a couple fhotos which were both approved by Adobe last week, however they still don't seem to be showing up in search results when using any of the key words. Is there typically a long delay from when content is approved and when it appears in the search results. Thanks in advance
I have not yet received a response, and I would appreciate clarification on the reason for the deactivation and any steps I may take to resolve the issue or request a review of my account.
Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team,I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding the deactivation of my Adobe Stock contributor account.I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and creativity into building my portfolio on Adobe Stock. My work represents months (and years) of dedication, careful editing, and adherence to quality standards. The sudden deactivation of my account has been very discouraging, especially as I did not receive a clear explanation or a response to my earlier messages. If any of my content unintentionally violated Adobe Stock’s contributor guidelines, I sincerely apologize. There was never any intention to break the rules or compromise Adobe Stock’s standards. I respect Adobe’s policies and value the platform as a professional marketplace for creatives.I
I do not understand why the image is rejected for unknown reasons. The title for both of the images was "Indian independence leader delivering a historic speech at the Red Fort."
Hi everyone,I’m putting the finishing touches on a few vector graphics/illustrations for upload to Adobe Stock—some colorful compositions mixing lines and shapes, and some abstract 1C line art. I’ve got the technical and quality specs covered, but one question remains: Is it mandatory (or recommended) to convert all strokes to shapes before submitting files? As a designer, I’d personally prefer vector art that preserves strokes, so I can adjust the thickness or modify the illustration easily if needed. For non-designers, it’s probably more convenient to receive files where everything is already converted to shapes and flattened. What’s your approach? Are there any best practices or clear guidelines from Adobe Stock? Thanks for your insights!
hi all, please help me finding my drawbacks in these pictures , so that I can bring up to the mark.thnaks.
