I’ve seen some contributors uploading vector or PNG versions of well-known brand logos, such as Adobe, YouTube, Facebook, etc., and listing them as “Editorial Use Only.” These files seem to remain on the platform for a long time. So I would like to know:   1) Is it officially allowed to upload branded logos if we mark them as Editorial Use Only? 2) Can we earn from such uploads through licensing? 3) Is there any risk of account suspension for uploading brand-related content? 4) What are Adobe Stock’s official guidelines regarding trademarked logos and brand assets?   I want to make sure I follow the rules and avoid any copyright or trademark issues. I'm unable to submit my design to Adobe Stock, despite everything being fine with the vector file. Why is it not being submitted? How else can I submit it?

Hello,Payoneer has blocked my account, and I can't log in, and they won't help me open it.I've been using my Payoneer account for years when receiving payments through Adobe, but they've closed it for unknown reasons.Even though I stated that I could provide all the requested documents, I still did not receive any results or a solution.How can we trust Payoneer?Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?There is currently no other option I can use in Türkiye other than Payoneer.I'm waiting for help.

Hi,I previously had 8,335 items on my dashboard. Suddenly, I found that there are now only 8,334 items. I don't know where one item has gone or which one it is. I haven't deleted anything from my dashboard. Can you help me find the reason why I have one less item on my dashboard now?

Hi,im trying to access ftp to upload video onto the contributer portal using a variety of ftp programs. None of them can connect to the server. I wrote to support and they said they stopped supporting ftp. I don't think they read my message properly Can someone confirm that Adobe does not accept videos anymore? Or have shut off for access? thanks!
