 Why this Photo Quality Issues 

Several users have reported that they are unable to see their portfolio when they click on 'My Portfolio' in the dashboard, in fact I'm one of them.   I discovered this simple way to view images in my portfolio.   When you click 'my portfolio' and don't see your images: Navigate to url, it's form is like "https://stock.adobe.com/eg/contributor/0000000/username" Edit the country abbreviation to any other country, something like UK or FR   [Moderator cured the topics. I have opened a new account and it's been 6/7 days, but I still can't submit the file. Why??? Is there any issue or when will my account be accepted?

I submitting images intended to have room for text, which phrase/keyword would cause them to surface to searchers better - "room for copy" or "room for text"? I'd like to put one or the other in the title; not sure which is best.

 A large number of photos are being rejected due to quality issues I do not believe these photos are bad their resolution exceeds 24 megapixels and each file is around 8 megabytes in size this has exhausted me

Hi, I am a first time uploader. Can the community please let me know why my file was rejected for quality issues? Is it the resolution? The file size is 3000 x 2924 px. 38 MB   I manually removed the background with a pen tablet, and though I did a good job down to the pixel, obviously not lol.    As a newbie here, all feedback is welcome. Hey everyone,Does anyone know how long Adobe usually takes in 2025 to resolve account blocks due to "suspicious activity"?My account was deactivated on March 27, and I already submitted an appeal (case number 00358050), but till now (April 20), I haven’t received any proper update.I’ve uploaded around 1500 AI-generated assets, out of which about 1000 were accepted, and I had around $100 in my account at the time of the block. It’s the result of almost 2 years of hard work using my own PC, writing prompts, improving outputs, and reworking assets until satisfied.I truly believe I haven’t done anything wrong knowingly. I followed all the rules, and just recently, I had started getting good sales after working hard for so long. I believe they will return the account eventually, but honestly—how long does this usually take?

We've spent years creating original content and following the rules, so this has been really disheartening.I understand that you receive a massive number of submissions, and managing them fairly is challenging. But many contributors, including myself, believe that the current review system needs improvement. If mistakes happened, they were unintentional—no creator wants to violate the rules.We kindly request a more balanced approach, where AI helps with efficiency, but human reviewers ensure fairness. Hiring more reviewers or improving the system would not only support contributors but also help Adobe grow. Earlier, my images used to get reviewed within nine days, but now it has been eleven days and they are still not reviewed. What could be the reason for this?

I have images removed from the photo section and tha "ALL" amount has gone down as well,  the amount taken off does not tally up?

Yesterday I created my Adobe account to be able to access Adobe Stock Contribution and upload content, however today when I tried to log in it appears to me that my account is inactive because I have several linked accounts, but I don't understand why, if I created a new account yesterday, does anyone know what I can do?  

I have uploads from last autumn that still haven't been reviewed--back to November. I deleted a couple of them, then resubmitted. And those photos remain in review limbo. Advice?

Why can't the submit button be clicked, even though all the conditions have been filled in?

Hi everyone,   I hope you're all doing well.   I’ve been an Adobe Stock contributor for some time and I currently have three separate contributor accounts:   One account for AI-generated images   One account for AI-generated videos   One account for vector content (currently inactive and not used)     These accounts were created back when Adobe’s policy on multiple accounts was less strict or unclear. But now I’ve seen the updated guidelines (as of March 25, 2025), which mention that multiple accounts are no longer allowed without written permission from Adobe.   Before contacting Adobe Support directly, I wanted to ask the experienced members of this community:   👉 Has anyone here received written approval from Adobe to manage separate accounts for different content types? 👉 Is it considered safe to keep accounts separated this way, as long as the content is not duplicated?   Also, just to be fully transparent:   I

Hi Adobe Community, I’ve been consistently uploading high-quality AI-generated content to Adobe Stock, including 20 ultra HD 4K video clips and over 40 AI-generated 4K image assets. I make sure each file meets Adobe’s standards in terms of resolution, quality, and commercial appeal. However, despite my ongoing efforts and focus on cream-level content, I haven’t seen any sales yet. I’m reaching out to understand how much more content, both in images and videos, I might need to upload before I can realistically expect to see some sales coming in.
