Hi I need help with a payment issue. I couldn’t make the payment on time because I was experiencing some problems. Now I’ve lost access to my account. Could you please help me regain access i need contact payment support Thank you. 

Always when I try to chan with "support" the AI telling me that its unawailible and doesnt open any tickets!!In substance sampler my 2d view is black!  My gpu is new Nvidia GTX 1080, I know that u could changed in substance disigner to openGL, but I dont see this option in substance sampler. If there is not - I demand refund, simse I bought subscription only for using sabstance sampler and I cant make it work!

I canceled my 7-day free trial on the 5th day (I received an email confirming the cancellation). However, on the 8th day I received an invoice. When I checked my account settings again, it still showed an active subscription (so I canceled it again). Is there any way to request a reimbursement?

Hello all.  I have had a major billing issue, which support was very helpful with.  They agreed to two separate refunds, one to PayPal, which I received, and another to my credit card, which I did not receive.  Currently I am subscribed to Adobe for Enterprise, through my community college.  Therefore I cannot access Adobe Chat again directly, to ask for help with this promised refund.I will describe what happened as quickly as I can.  Close to a year ago I ordered the Full Suite through College Buys.  At that time I was very unclear about how to sign into specific accounts correctly, and how to make payments and set up College Buys.  So as I tried to navigate signing in and transactions, I ended up signing up for two full priced subscritions on different emails and different payment methods (paypal and credit card, as I stated) instead of the College Buys subscription.  So for a year, I paid about $1,560 instead of $100.  I understand this

Hi. my payment method was rejected altough i have the enough amount for subscription, therefore my apps are locked. Altough i updated the payment method and renewed my subscription, my apps are still locked and they ask for a purchase when i try to open them.

I tried out the free trial, and the next day I cancelled (01 October 2025). I got an email confirming the cancellation, yet today they tried to charge me. Thank goodness that I did not have money in my main bank account. With that being said, what can I do to get them to stop charging me for a plan that I did not choose to subscribe to?

Hallo zusammen, Es wurde bei mir keine vorherige Genehmigung gemäß des deutschen Rechts für Abos eingeholt für die Verdoppelung des Preises für das gleiche Produkt eingeholt. Daher war ich etwas schockiert, dass Adobe einfach 77 EUR eingezogen hat, anstatt den Vertrag nach geltendem deutschen Recht auslaufen zu lassen.  An wen oder wo kann man sich wenden um das zu viel gebuchte Geld wieder zu bekommen, dass heute fälschlich abgebucht wurde?

Hallo,leider konnte mir der Support nicht weiterhelfen. Hat noch jemand das Problem, ein bestehendes, aktives Lightroom-Abo nicht mit einem bei Amazon erworbenen Code zu verlängern?Ich habe extra darauf geachtet, keinen Code für Neukunden zu kaufen und trotzdem bekomme ich auf https://redeem.adobe.com/ nur den Hinweis:"Produkt bereits gekauft.Sie können diesen Code nach Ablauf Ihres aktuellen Abonnements einlösen. I had an annual subscription to Lightroom.I just got an annual subscription to Creative Cloud Photography. I thought I was upgrading my existing account, but I chose the wrong email address for my new subscription.So now I have two separate accounts with continuing projects in both. Is there a way to merge my accounts so I don't have to login to two different accounts?

Hi to everyone.   I think at some moment something went wrong when I upgraded for 1 TB.    So I pay for   Photoshop Creative cloud  ( with included Apps) 25,51€/m for a yearly subscription    Creative cloud (with all Apps) with 1Tb 24,19 €/m for a yearly subscription   Tried to contact Adobe but seems impossible to contact them…all these companies seems to become closed boxes. I’m almost with Adobe since it was launched previous century. Remember it was possible to contact them directly by mail…what I did   So tried to cancel the first but then comes a message that I will lose everything ( portfolio, lightroom,…)So I really can’t figure out what went wrong and how I can get out of this situation… Actually I’m just using PS, LR, LRC, portfolio   And any chance I see my money back…think I payed several 100s of € to much.   Even thinking of canceling everything from Adobe to get rid of this problem and continue with Topaz and Lumi

Hello fellas, I have a Creative Cloud Pro Subscription for years and last week I subscribed to the free trial of Adobe Express. After some tries I realized I don't really need it as I am a professional video maker for television and feature films and Express is too basic for me. I want to cancel the Adobe Express subscription not to be charged by another app I don't need as I want to continue with my Creative Cloud Pro subscription only.  However - I was trying for about an hour to find where can I cancel ONLY ADOBE EXPRESS FREE TRIAL and found ONLY MY CREATIVE CLOUD PRO PLAN, which I DON'T WANT TO CANCEL. Qualche giorno fa c'è stato un addebito sulla mia carta per il piano mensile per la fotografia poichè non avevo ancora caricato i soldi. Stesso in giornata ho provveduto a ricaricarla ed è stato automaticamente detratto l'importo addebitato ma purtroppo il mio abbonamento risulta ancora scaduto ma i soldi sono stati presi comunque... Qualcuno ha avuto la stessa esperienza e sa consigliarmi cosa fare??? Ho provato a chiamare l'assistenza ma non risponde nessuno.
