After upgrading to a new yearly plan on 11th July 2025, I was surprised to be charged £14.99 on 4th August based on my previous plan. This charge (£14.99) is not acceptable, and I wish there were a way to contact Adobe for a refund. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello there!I feel like I'm trapped. I live in Serbia and can't pay for Photoshop because the Adobe website automatically redirects me to a page with the message “The purchase could not be completed because transactions in your region (RU) are currently restricted.” I know this isn't true, but I can't contact technical support or anyone else, so I hope someone here can help me.This system is literally forcing me to use a pirated version of the program because I can't pay due to the poorly functioning website. Could you help me somehow?

  Hola! Tengo un problema. Había solicitado la prueba gratuita y la cancelé antes de los 14 días. Me metí el otro día a Adobe y resulta que me están cobrando una "multa" bastante alta (y fuera de mi bolsillo por ser estudiante) por "no haber cancelado la prueba gratuita" siendo que si lo hice. Intentaron cobrarme a través de mi tarjeta (que se encuentra en costo $0) y no lograron sacarme dinero y aún así la página habla de que ya cancelé mi suscripción y debo pagar la multa para YA NO TENER ninguna cuenta de Adobe.  Intenté comunicarme durante días con un agente y la IA me dice que no hay ninguno disponible. Necesito ayuda urgente por favor sobre qué hacer. Es una multa que sale de mi bolsillo totalmente y yo SI había cancelado la prueba gratuita dentro de los días que debía. 

how do i cancel my subscripion so that i will not have a cancelation fee. my next payment is on 31/8/2

I have tried to cancel my subscription on both the Adobe Express browser and app and each time it times out, glitches or defaults to the Google account subscription page. Super frustrating and now feels like they're trying to force me into the payment after the 7 day free trial. Not impressed so far with it all. Glitches each time I tried to make a video too. 

I received an email about the plan increase, it says I can change to annual billing. When I follow the link to manage my plan, the option to change to annual billing is not there. I can't find a chat button anywhere. I would like to continue with the option offered but it seems impossible.

El día de hoy, 22 de agosto de 2025, se me ha realizado nuevamente un cobro indebido en mi cuenta bancaria (BCP) por la suscripción de Adobe Illustrator, a pesar de que ya había intentado cancelar el plan en varias ocasiones.Quiero dejar constancia de que este cargo es injustificado, pues desde el inicio mi suscripción fue bajo la modalidad de prueba gratuita de 14 días, la cual intenté cancelar oportunamente, pero el sistema no me lo permitió, arrojando errores. Recién hoy he podido confirmar la cancelación definitiva, pero aún así se me volvió a descontar el monto correspondiente a la suscripción.Por ello, exijo:El reembolso inmediato del cobro realizado el 22 de agosto de 2025.La garantía de que no se volverán a realizar cargos en el futuro, dado que el plan ya está cancelado.Este tipo de situaciones generan una gran molestia, ya que afectan directamente mi economía y no corresponden al acuerdo de una prueba gratuita.Solicito su apoyo urgente para resolver este caso lo antes posible

Hello, I am wondering if I recevied a text from a Phishing site. The phone number that sent me my 'Adobe Code' is  +1(844)200-2305  Is this legit or bogus? I fell for it if it is!

I've been disputing charges for 6 months after realizing that this was not my wifes account. I've spent over 6 hours on the phone with Adobe while they tried to find the monthly charge. I have replaced my credit card and still get charges because they automatically update the billing to the new card on an account I have no access to. I'm so fed up with this robbery.

Hi. Can some agent help me here? I would like to request a refund for my recent purchase because it was accidentally charged to my bank account. I did not intend to upgrade my account to Premium, as I was only using the 7-day free trial. I was unaware that a payment would be processed, and I did not authorize this upgrade. I kindly ask for your understanding, as this was an unintentional purchase. I would really appreciate if you could restore my account back to the free version and issue a refund for the payment that was deducted.

An email dated August 20 informed me of a price increase for Creative Cloud Pro and the option to change to Creative Cloud Standard. I can not find any information on Creative Cloud Standard anywhere on the Adobe site. A comparison of plans does not show anything that says Creative Cloud Standard. Can someone point me to a chart that shows the difference between these two plans?  The only information given in the email is, " Standard will include the apps, services, and benefits you enjoy like Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, without the premium features in web and mobile apps and with limited access to standard generative features." What exact features are not included?

Yesterday I've cancelled my subscription, refusing two months off from adobe. I want to go back to that offer. Is that possible?

Recently my business Photoshop account was expiring so I personally bought Photoshop with the same email. After the switch from compmay to personal, I lost all of my Photoshop cloud files, even though it's using the same email and I can see all of my files on my PC but I cannot open them. Does Adobe keep any back ups that could download or transfer? I don't know how to contact someone who could help me.

Payment via credit card has been charged but account being suspended.  Adobe keep asking for update of payment info?  this happend after solving the Lightroom not functioning properly keep asking for info.

I've seen similar issues, but none that seems to match my situation exactly. My subscription runs out in 12 days, but has an auto-renew on it. I want to cancel the subscription, but get a message that I will be charged something like $150 NZD. I want to cancel the subscription now, or change my settings so the auto-renew doesn't happen. Cześć, anulowałam plany Adobe Pro i Akrobat po 7 dyniowym okresie bezpłatnym, pojawiła się informacja, że metoda płatności nie jest możliwa do zrealizowania ( po dokonaniu płatności jest możliwość anulowania w trakcie 14 dni i zwrot płatności).  Płatnosc nie jest możliwa do zrealizowania. Jak anulować subskybcje Adobe Pro i Akrobat?

Hi,I can't change or remove the voluntary tax ID field when buying a new plan. I've changed countries a few months ago, and the format of the old country where I lived doesn't match the new one. So when I update the country field, and try to check out, I get an error message due to "invalid format".I've spoken to support for hours by now. They always circle back to a mobile subscription being active (and having failed payments). The mobile subscription has in fact been cancelled 2 months ago via the Apple Store. Apple support confirmed its not longer active. When I go into the app on my phone, I'm asked to purchase a pro plan. There's not a single thing that points to the plan being active. Payments have never failed.I was first told it would fully be deactivated by Adobe support on August 21st.
