 I had purchased the free trial of 7 days on 31-3-2026 and on the same day it got debitedI don't know why it got deducted. I need to complain and want my money back. Look into this matter asap and refund my money.

I had an adobe trial subscription for a month, i forgot that the subscription was attached to my card, i transferred money to my card yesterday and i was charged for a new subscription, although there is a week left till the end of the new month, how can i get my subscription money back? i was charged at night yesterday, i cancelled it in my profile in the morning and why didn't the subscription just get cancelled after a few weeks without payment?

hello i am  uni student i purchased the creative cloud for my uni work for 16 pounds a month i dont know how and when did they added the adobe stock membership to my account and i noticed that they are deducting 24 pounds a month from my account when i checked i was shocked now they are asking for 119 pounds early cancellation fee which i can not pay as i am student and in so much debt is there any solution for this , please i need to get rid of this 24 pounds a month deduction as it is usetting my bills 😞 please please please

Live chat is looping me without reaching an agent. I need this plan canceled and a refund for this unauthorized $29.99 charge. Hola, tuve el mismo inconveniente, puse mi tarjeta para plan gratuito, se intento cancelar pero no dejaba y se genero un cobro no autorizado, me comunique con servicio al cliente y ya lo cancelaron pero no devolvieron el dinero ya que indican que este no les aparece a ellos, lo que me parece fatal no hacer el proceso completo de devolución cuando evidentemente el error es de ustedes 

Hi, I'm not sure if I should write this in Spanish or English, as idk what language this is on, I'm not a great English speaker but I hope that I can explain myself good enough, I cancelled my adobe express subscription on March 20th, the billing was on the 11th, when I cancelled the subscription it said that I would receive a full refund for the month that I paid, it was around $6.000 CLP before taxes and $8.000 CLP after. It's March 30th now and I still haven't received my refund and the adobe assistant says that there isn't any refund pending with my account. J'ai constaté un prélèvement d'un abonnement premium suite a la fin de la période d'essai d'un montant de 31€. je ne souhaite pas renouveler mon abonnement et je n'ai pas reçu un message pour me dire que la période d'essai est finie, je vous demande le remboursement de ce prélèvement svp ?  J'ai annulé l'abonnement après 1 jour seulement  Dans l'attente de votre réponse  Cordialement 

I have added my visa card to get the free trial of this app but unfortunately the time has passed out so now they're charging the monthly charges but it was my intention to cancel that on the trial period but now they're charging which I can't afford so how can I cancel please cancel the plan I can't effort to pay

Adobe charged with 1year entire Adobe CC subscription… unbelievable I have seen many users report same. This is unacceptable and I need my refund for software that I never gonna use.  I CANT BELIEVE I HATE MY FAVORITE COMPANY NOW!!!  very disappointed!!! [edited by moderator]

Google denied my refund request and I am now left no choice but to contact Adobe. I was charged for an annual subscription at around March 13, 2026 9pm GMT+8 and I processed a refund on google at March 14, 2 am. Please help. This was from Adobe PS Express and it was a yearly subscription. I only intended to try the 7 day trial but I forgot about it and now I got charged for it and google wont let me refund. RECLAMO - COBRO NO AUTORIZADO: Solicito que se retire un cobro que se ma hace, después de haber cancelado un plan y se cobra un valor alto por no cumplir el año y no es justo y además es un robo. Solo por no cumplir el año, como castigo le cobre un valor, que por mas digan que tiene descuento se cobra. Debidamente hagan promociones honestas y no de sacar dinero a los consumidores. Espero que lo resuelvan o procedo por vías jurídicos y peleare por mi argumento legal, por ende, solicito que se me retire ese cobro antes de proceder legalmente.

I have two systems and daily if not multiple times a day, I have to log in to creative cloud to use the software on either system. I don’t have excessive numbers of machines logged in. Just two systems. And it’s not a licensing issue; Creative Cloud is not asking me to disable any system’s software, it just keeps asking me to log in. Other WB Discovery employees are experiencing the same issue so I know it’s not just my systems. 

Adobe likes to complicate people's lives. I was paying 95 reais for a digital signature, then I got Canva and Photoshop, both of which were useless to me, and they kept my payment at 139 reais, just like that, with the utmost audacity, paying for services that are useless to me.They like to annoy us. If I work with PDFs, they keep sending me messages to buy a subscription, and if there's a subscription, they keep bothering us with this and that purchase. Don't you have anything better to do than create problems with people who want services? I pay for services and don't bother them.

Hello, I am trying to cancel my Adobe Subscription since the start of second month of annual plan, and I am unable to do that due months of Adobe Account 'Plans and Payment' section errors which prevents me to do so. I can't even find details. When I escalate the issue to the agents, they simply leave the conversation and telling me that this error is due 'unpaid invoices'. I have no authority nobody to resolve with, this is getting out of hand. I need someone with proper permission from Adobe to resolve the issue. Regards,-Atahan
