hi, I did not recieve any emails from Adobe telling me I am still being charged. I have an Enterprise Account with NVIDIA. I dont need the products. Silly me I never saw the charges on my credit card as they appear under my old credit card. Only used Adobe once. What do I do? and so hard to speak to a customer support person...

Hi, I signed up for a free trial of Adobe creative cloud and made sure to cancel the day before the trial period ended. I was still billed for a subscription. Does anyone know how to get a refund for wrongful billing around here? Thanks

I bought a plan and paid for it. There seeems to be an "internal issue" at Adobes end due to which they've not enabled my plan yet even after taking my money. Now it's 4 days and 10-15 conversations with the customer care AND two of their "supervisors" but to no effect. They just promise to fix the problem within 24 hours and then completely disappear. PATHETIC behaviour. Is there any escalation matrix or a grievance email id/ phone number for adobe? I can't find anything on their website and going back to the helpdesk restarts the same chat and same frustrating set of conversations with zero impact. 

I have been billed and I did cancel my free trial the same day.  so when I check am not owing anything so why on the 9th of this month my bank transaction stated you all tried to take a payment of 15.99. USD from my account Please check your records and see that it was cancelled.

Hello, all, I'm not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, but long story short, I've been an active Photoshop user with a subscriber this year, but sometime since July, my account was somehow given a Adobe Acrobat Pro that's been costing me a huge amount of money. I would never have realized it if I didn't check my debit card bill today. It's now past the 14 days period to request a painless cancellation for me, but I feel really ambushed, and cancelling the plan costs me immensely too. Despite being a heavy Photoshop user, I don't really know what Adobe Acrobat Pro is (some fancy PDF viewer?). I don't even have it installed on my computer! This feels like a midunderstanding I don't know how to sort out. And the official customer service channel is all just AI and auto response at this point. I just got a notice that my upcoming renewal of Photoshop 'photography' plan is going up by a little over 53% PER MONTH. Is that normal? I feel like I'm being punked. 

Hello Adobe community! I’m a Graphic Design student who is currently subscribed to a yearly prepaid plan with a student discount. My bill for my yearly Creative Cloud Pro plan recently came in at the standard cost of around $800.  As a student, my plan should normally be around half the cost. After a bit of searching, I beleive I found the issue in my profile, finding that my education information failed to update for some unexplained reason. After taking care of that, I cancelled the current plan so I don’t have to pay the non-discount bill I got for this year, because it didn't change even after updating my education information. I'm trying to buy Creative Cloud Pro again now that my discount is active, but I'm being denied because the plan I cancelled won't expire until a year from now, so my computer thinks I already own Creative Cloud Pro despite me cancelling the first plan. Is there any way to get rid this first plan completely, or do I simpy have to wait out this cancelled

Soy usuaria de todo creative claude hace mucho tiempo, desde hace una semana mi cuenta se encuentra bloqueada sin explicación, por eso decidi abrir una de prueba por 7 dias hasta que adobe resuelva el problema.Desde el viernes pasado me intento conectar (con mas de 12 horas entre intento e intento desde una sola computadora. por sugerencia de uno de los asistentes que en algun momento me contestó)No pude conectarme a mi cuenta aun, sigue bloqueada, y tira error cada vez que quiero usarla... La ultima agente que me respondió (Rashmi) me dijo que escalaría mi caso a un superior y que la seguiría por mail, nunca sucedióm y mi versión de prueba se vence, y no quiero seguir pagando 2 cuentas.... (sobre todo una que no funciona) La factura me la seguen mandando sin problema....necesito urgente una solucion.

My minor child thought the payment for the AI and Photoshop plans was only for one month, but in reality, they were being processed as continuous subscription payments. Despite the difficulty my minor child has in fully understanding the payment process, I think, the payment was incomplete due to insufficient notice and guidance regarding the monthly payment process via text messages (SMS/LMS). Therefore, I request a refund for the automatic subscription payments for months in which no actual usage occurred. 

Hello!I needed Indesign to complete an Assignment for University, therefore I went to the Adobe website and bought Indesign. My bank details were already there, therefore the purchase happened instantly. I later realized that instead of buying the monthly plan I had ACCIDENTALLY bought a one year plan! The problem is I only needed the program for that one assignment and I did not realize that I had purchased a one year plan! I ACCIDENTALLY made the purchase 24 days ago. I'm a college student and subscribed to Adobe CC at the student rate ($19.99/month), but I no longer need it. I tried canceling, but it shows a $49.99 cancellation fee.My renewal date is tomorrow (August 8th), but the annual commitment date listed is November 10. I'm confused — do I have to cancel at the end of the billing month or wait until the full annual period ends to avoid the fee?

Hey Adobe Community, I've mad a major issue with one of my Adobe apps in the last few days and enlisted helo through the chat function while signed in. One of the agents helped me yesterday and took control of my screen and I requested the transcript be sent to my email but it never was. I'm just wondering whether there is some way of obtaining chat transcripts if they are not sent by the agent after the conversation has ended. It's imperative I review this transcript as there was some helpful advice and want to remember the steps outlined. Thanks in advance!
