Hello! Where di the libraries tab go in the CC app? Can we please have it back? 

I have had - as a non-profit organization - an Adobe Creative Cloud account for years - certified through Techsoup. Now Adobe has canceled this agreement. Techsoup suggests that I download all my files from Creative Cloud and then cancel my account and create a new one via this link: https://www.adobe.com/promo/TechSoupCCSN.html?sdid=SYBNLTFF&mv=affiliateMy question is: How do I download my files from Creative Cloud? I cannot see this option in Creative Cloud?

Hi,  I'm posting here since there seems to be no Adobe Portfolio forums. There are a few basic features missing from Portfolio that I'd like two mention. Two come to mind right now:There's no option to disable/ enable ligtbox on single images. This setting either enables or disables it for the whole site. So I have a portfolio with illustrations and I find the lightbox feature useful so I can have thumbnails that can be enlarged by clicking on them. However, if I add a picture of myself in an about page, that image is ALSO clickable and opened in a lightbox. To me that feels cheap, like something out of an early blogger site.Once an image gets opened by lightbox, it goes full height on your screen. However, there's a secondary zoom if you click on the image. I'd like this setting to be optional. Maybe I don't want my images to be blown up larger than the screen. The dirty workaround is to have your images in a small resolution so it's not that large, but I imagine that affect

(There was a problem installing Aero. Aero(beta) is not yet available for devices using apple silicon) keep showing this message when I try to install Adobe Aero on my Macbook M1 Air. Since I'm using the latest version of Macbook why can't I install Adobe Aero?

Hi, I am new to Adobe, only one month into my subscription so my Cloud storage is empty-empty. But not because I didn't produce any material lately, but because the Cloud always greats me with a message of "some file types are not supported". I tried every type and size of files to no avail. Jpg, mp4, mp3, avi, gif, pdf, etc, etc. It doesn't make any sense that NO file type at all is supported. I tried erasing and reinstalling the app, double checked that I signed in with the correct mail, erased the cockies from my laptop, checked for updates, tried to upload from the web and NOTHING. So for now, the Adobe promise of cloud storage and easy access to my files from anywhere is not bearing any fruits. 😞Do you have any recomendations that can fix this problem?

Hello,I've enrolled on the Graphics Design Certificate by Adobe on the Coursera platform, but I have issues signing up for the 4 month free trial of Creative Cloud now when I've gotten to the Graphics Design course that requires Illustrator. I reached out to Coursera but they told me to reach out to Adobe instead, so here I am. When clicking on the link on Coursera I get directed to an Adobe site where I can sign up for the free trial. When I then sign in with my existing account, it changes from 4 months to 7 days. So I create a new email just to create a new account on Adobe, since it says I can only use this with new accounts. Then it works, until I change payment country from the pre-selected US to my own country (Sweden), then it goes from the 4 months to the 7 days again. It is quite frustrating since I've had this issue when I tried the other courses in the course package: Issues with longer free trial on Adobe Express and same with Adobe Photoshop. First of all, my files are taking FOREVER to upload and show in the CC app on the desktop. I need a particular PSD file on the cloud, so I can work on it on Ipad, so I converted to cloud document, uploaded it, and it is not showing on the Ipad version of CC app. It is not showing on the Ipad Photoshop. It's been hours. Yes, I am logged in on the same account on both devices. I logged out on both, logged back in. I quit the app and reopened it on both. Nothing. Any help is appreciated. 

Since a while i am not able too edit my portfolio site wich i made about two years ago. When i open portfolio (on my account) it says i have no sites yet. The my portfolio site is still working properly but i want too edit some stuff. I am just going to jump to the point. I have rarely seen such a horrible design in any new or old software or web service before, only comparable to the scammer services that hook you on a plan where you won't be able to find the cancellation, or, in this case, how to empty your storage. No excuses can be given in this case because the "upgrade" button is always right there to take you to a page to charge you for more unnecessary storage, instead of taking you to the part where you can see what is actually filling your storage. There is almost no way to find where your files are located and how to clean your storage, while there is always the option to buy more storage from Adobe. I spent over an hour finding files that had filled my cloud storage and prevented me from cropping one image online. This gives the feeling of being scammed so strongly that it is maddening. Whoever decided to design the file management on Adobe Cloud and decided to force the users to purchase extra

Adobe Crash Processor service is running all the time on high CPU and slows down the computer making it impossible to work.The last 2 months I don't use Adobe products because of that issue. Afgter I have uninstalled everything the computer works fine. Now i needed to use lightroom and I have reinstaled it back , but it's the same .. Impossible to work, everything lags. I tried to get to a person trough chat but the AI agent just wouldn't forward me. I'm frustrated from this level of support about to cancel my subscription .

Hi,I’m currently a student, and the free Adobe CC plan is included in my tuition. I asked my school’s IT team if they could transfer the enterprise license to my personal account, but they said they can’t (which I’m a bit confused about, since my previous school was able to do it.) Now I have to manually move all my files, brushes, and fonts over to my school account, and it’s pretty inconvenient. I wonder would it be possible to transfer the enterprise license from my end instead of going through the school administrator? Thanks in advance 🫶🫶🫶!!!!

Bonjour, Je suis sur un mac. Depuis quelques semaines, l'application Creative Cloud ne s'ouvre plus. Quand je clique dessus, la fenêtre s'ouvre mais reste blanche et vide indéfiniement. Mon abonnement est bien toujours actif. Que faire ?

I imported some Lightroom albums into my Portfolio site and was able to choose any of them when creating a link associated with an image on its own page. That was a few weeks ago. Yesterday I uploaded a couple more albums from Lightroom (through the Integrations panel) and they show in the list of "Lightroom albums imported". However, if I try to link to either of the new albums from an image, only the previously uploaded set of albums are shown in the list of albums that I can link to. The new ones aren't shown even though Portfolio knows they were uploaded. They are viewable within the site like all the other albums, but I just can't create a link to them. I waited 24 hours to try again in case it was a sync issue, but the problem remains. Am I missing something?

I have a desktop computer which is using Windows 10 and a laptop using Windows 11. On both of them, I cannot create a new page on my portfolio site. I've deleted temp files, emptied cache, disabled my virus protection and even created a new restore point to no avail. However, I can do all other edits.  It's not until I use a third computer that has no creative cloud or photoshop on it that I'm able to create a new page on my portfolio site.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

After downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud file, I can't log in to the service. I keep getting a message that the login failed. Despite clearing the system of files, nothing helps. Consequently, I can't download the app.

I have emptied every folder in my Creative Cloud storage, including the deleted items. I can see no files in my Cloud, but I still get the message that my storage is full. How di I correct this?

Hi, CC says I got the 100 gb full and I can't load any file, but the folder is actually empty because I deleted everything that was there, anyway I can't do anything and it doesn't sync anymore because it's saying it's full.Thank you in advance

I use Adobe CC (mainly Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) in my work but only on an ad hoc basis. Can anyone suggest a (less expensive) solution to the monthly c.£50 subscription? Is there a way that I can dip in and out of CC as and when I need it?

I'm working with a custom AEM component that includes the Core Image component (core/wcm/components/image/v3/image) inside it. The component renders correctly and includes the data-cmp-data-layer attribute in the anchor tag (for Adobe Data Layer) in some sites, but not in others, even though the component and content were cloned from a working site.The image component has the correct sling:resourceType = core/wcm/components/image/v3/imageThe <a> tag wraps the image in both places, but data-cmp-data-layer is missing only in the broken ones.No JS errors in the browser console, and the core component clientlibs are loading.Both sites use editable templates, and the page component extends core/wcm/components/page/v2/pageWhat else could cause the data-cmp-data-layer to be missing, specifically on cloned sites?Does the node name (e.g., image) or path affect how the data layer renders?Are there hidden dependencies between the template policy and the rendering of data-cmp-data-layer?Any

Hi! i can´t find the creative cloud folder on my mac. i have tried to download creative cloud several times but never get the creative cloud folder up...

Is the fantastic fold website currently down? I am having trouble exporting the 3D file, it just circles around, I've tried on both safari and google chrome.

Neither Photoshop and Fresco are not syncing with Creative Cloud on iPadOS and iOS 16.5.1 (c). Nor can I download a cloud document. Photoshop and Fresco (both on iPad) cannot see each others files. I have:- Logged out of Creative Cloud and all adobe apps on my iPad and relogged in.- Deleted Creative Cloud on my iPad Hard reset iPad, re-downloaded and logged back in.- To make sure it wasn't my internet service I turned of wifi on iPhone and both created a new document and tried to open a cloud doc. Both failed.- Checked if any new PS or Fresco files created on iPad or iPhone are on Creative Cloud on iPad, iPhone, Mac, or web based Creative Cloud.- Files cannot be shared from either PS or Fresco on iPad or iPhone. What is working:- Illustrator on iPad syncs with Creative Cloud and can open cloud docs.- Illustrator and Photoshop on Mac are working as expected. I have not used Photoshop or Fresco on iPad in a couple of weeks, so not sure when this problem occurred.&nbsp
