XD Dokument)   wenn der Eigentümer des Dokuments, das Unternehmen verlässt und sein User-Account gelöscht wird + die Lizenz übertragen oder ebenfalls Gelöscht wird?Bleibt das Dokument dann für die Eingeladenen Personen weiter bestehen?Können die Eigentümer- Rechte an einen anderen User übermittelt werdenoder:Muss vor der Löschung des Eigentümer Accounts ein Backup erstellt und das Dokument neu geteilt werden? Danke für das Feedbback.Beste Grüße

Hello there ; I wanted to login into my adobe mobile app, and for my work, I use a VPN service; for each login, it requested verification, and I suddenly saw many of them pop in my e-mail, and my access is disabled. Unfortunately, on the browser I am using right now, I have not enabled cookies to chat with the agent, and due to "being disabled," I cannot receive verification so I can talk to an agent(Via Chat).Is there any adobe employee here that could help me with that? Is any option other than calling? It says it is blocked temporarily.

I am trying to mass deploy Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App through Intune (MEM). I've built the package following Adobe's instructions for deploying adobe packages using Microsoft Intune but everytime I try to install through the Company Portal the install fails with the following error code: 0x8007001, which from what I can see just defines a basic error. Below is a snip of the app properties in Intune showing the current installation command:    

I would like to change my monthly billing to annual billing. I'm still in an annual plan and would like to keep it, but have also annual billing.

I have changed a user from Creative Cloud all apps to Acrobat Pro.  The Acrobat Pro licenses has been assigend to the user.  Will the user need to reinstall or anything when I unassign the Creative Cloud license? Thank you,Linda

I came across an issue installing the latest Adobe Acrobat DC patch 22.003.20258. It appears that the attempt to rebrand the shortcuts from Adobe Acrobat DC to Adobe Acrobat causes the application to fail if certain customizations were made to the Acrobat DC installation.   In my case, the problem was that when Adobe Acrobat DC was customized (using the Customization Wizard) the Distiller shortcut was removed.  When the patch is being applied, the following error was displayed:I resolved this error by recreating the MST and including the Distiller shortcut. Then I replaced the cached MST located in the C:\Windows\Installer\{AC76BA86-1033-FFFF-7760-0C0F074E4100}.  The patch installed without issue. Reviewing the contents of the MSP, revealed that a property was available to control whether or not the desktop shortcut is to be installed, DISABLEAPPDESKTOPSHORTCUT="1".   However, a similar property was not available to control the Distiller sho

We have utilized ACS Commons Redirect Manager for implementing Redirects, as per the documentation. https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/redirect-manager/index.html    It is working on the Dev instance, but the same thing is not working on the QA instance.   There is no configuration to be enabled that is instance specific and the version of ACS Commons is the same on both (5.1.2).   No significant bug was found to debug the issue.   Any suggestions on debugging this or ideas on addressing this friends?

Just purchased 15 Acrobat Lisences, but it seem when I create the deplyment package it is 2GB? This is very large and wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to reduce the size. Just hoping to not deploy such a large program via WorkspaceOne.

How can I disable my adobe annual plan with automatic monthly renewal at any time? I can’t do it because I’m not in the renewal period but I haven’t been using it for a while

Good day I need some assistance, one of my team members has an Adobe Pro license. However, she does not have the edit option - as soon as we open a doc it shows that she can subscribe to the paid version. She is logged in via Creative Cloud as well. What am I missing - any ideas? 

Hi, I'm interested in the new zero-touch administration features, specifically product requests/auto-assignment. We are a k12 school and hold "CCE All Apps for k12" named user licenses.  Our users all have Federated accounts created via Active Directory/SSO.  I would like to be able to set up access requests for my users and/or to be able to create a product access link so folks can effectively self-license.  I do not, however see any of these options on the Packages page of our Admin Console... Is this something we can do?  Or is this feature only available for folks who license individual applications separately?  Or something else I'm missing? Thank you!

I have some dumb questions regarding updating the Creative Cloud Desktop for our organization... I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.I saw on the Adobe Security Bulletin page that there is a new Creative Cloud Desktop App out (4.8.0.410).  Normally, I download apps create a script, then distribute to my users using SCCM.1. When I click on the download center, it brings me to the page to download the version that need Internet access to install.  This won't work as I need an offline version to install.  I found this page to download the offline install but it is a version behind at 4.8.0.400.  Is there a link to download the offline version of 4.8.0.410 somewhere?2. Even with the offline version, I can't seem to get this to install/update silently through command line.  Tried --silent, /s, -s ... nothing works.  It pops up with a screen for users to enter in their credentials (we are federated with Adobe).  I need this to be all behind the scenes a

I have purchased license for Adobe Acrobat Standard via the Admin Console. I have tried creating a package and also downloading: Acrobat_DC_Web_x64_WWMUI. When I install it turns out to be Adobe DC Pro and I am present with window to have a trial. Cannot see what I am doing wrong.  

Hi there, My organisation has provided me with a Creative Cloud licence, but for some reason Adobe Fonts appears to have stopped working. I work at a university and have recently had my licence for Acrobat Pro renewed and received an email from Adobe confirming this and giving me details of how to 'get started with Acrobat Pro'. I followed the instructions and things were working fine last week but, since yesterday, I've been unable to use Acrobat DC. I've tried downloading it but it's not working, even though on my account on the Adobe website, it shows that my package includes DC. When I try to download from the Adobe site, I get the message "Request access to Acrobat DC to continue installation" and there doesn't seem to be an option within Creative Cloud for me to download DC.Anyone else having this issue? I've spoken to my organisation's IT Services and they are aware of a couple of other people having a similar issue, but haven't been able to provide a solution yet. I've tried to contact Adobe, but they say I have to speak to my organisation's administrator/IT support! 

I just download CustWiz2100720091_en_US_DC.exe and install it, installation completed but while launching app it shows error" The code execution cannot proceed because mfc140u.dll was not found.  I found the dll from other PC and redeploy it. this error skipped but comes up another error: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000007b).Google wont give answer of this error i have tried installer on 2 different PC same error result.is it the installer working fine or not? 1PC has Adobe reader install 1PC just reimage Windows without any app.

hi this is driving me insane, ive been trying to cancel my creative cloud plan. I was guided to simply cancel the plan by the 'manage my plan' option however mine does not exist - im assuming it is because it is a teams plan? which is discounted for a year but then that discount is removed after a year and the subscription continues at a higher price (my reason for canceling). apparently to cancel a teams subscription i have to navigate to the adobe admin console and then support. I also do not have access to this and am guided to contact my systems administrator?? also attempted to delete the account hoping that would somehow cancel the subscription but its literally not an option for some reason. please help thank you 

Hello everyone! So bc of my University I'm supposed to able to sign in with my student account and have access to the creative cloud, but when i do sign in it tells me i still need to buy a plan? Has this happened to anyone and is there a way to fix it?

I can't install creative cloud to access the adobe apps. I get a "You've been sign out, please sign in again to access adobe apps" but I am signed in through my Valencia College atlas account which grants be access to the apps. I did rid my computer of all previous adobe software and uninstalled creative cloud.

While activating a page the rep:policy node is not getting published. Hola, buen día  Tengo una cuenta con dos perfiles, el mismo correo accede a dos perfiles diferentes. En uno está activo el pago y en el otro no, mi punto es que donde tengo toda mi biblioteca es en el perfil sin pago, y mi necesidad es que se pase toda la biblioteca al segundo perfil, donde estoy al corriente con los pagos.
