Hi everyone Two weeks ago our CC Libraries in our Teams account stopped synchoronizing between users.The work around at the moment involves an export of the Library and local import for each user. I find conflicting information on Adobe whether this feature is no longer available or not to teams accounts. Any advice? Thanks

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my Adobe plan, which is set up under my university email. When I attempt to cancel, it says the account is managed under an Enterprise plan and that I need to contact an administrator. However, when I reached out to my school, they confirmed that they do not provide Adobe coverage and that my email is not tied to their enterprise account. I also don’t have access to the admin console to manage or cancel the subscription myself. To make things more confusing, there’s no billing information visible on my account, so I’m not even sure if I’m subscribed under an annual plan or monthly. I want to avoid being charged, but I have no clear way to manage or cancel the subscription. Has anyone experienced this or know how I can get this escalated to Adobe support?  Thank you!

I have a subscribtion through school and it is working on one PC. On my other PC, the creative cloud recognizes my account, but the other apps do not. If I open the Acrobat and try to sign in I get this message "adobe initalizing registeration please try after a minute". If I open Adobe Premiere or Photoshop it tells me it can't connect to Adobe servers, error code 20400. I tried every solution I found, including reparing the installation, uninstall and reinstall, clearing the host files, and trying Adobe connections to CS6 and CS5.5...etc. None of them is working! They used to work on this PC and the other PC at the same time without any problem. Thanks for help.

Hola soy administradora de cuentas de CCE para varios centros de FP de Imagen & Sonido en CLM y asigno licencias a los alumnos a traves de su mail de estudantes con el dominio propio de su centro, tengo problemas con la asignacion de licencias a correos de alumnos a los que ya habian asignado la licencia en anteriores ocasiones, cuando fueron estudiantes de otros ciclos formativos, pese a haber dado de baja esas licencias previamente... ¿alguien podría decirme a que puede deberse?

I just don't understand the thought process behind all this.I can purchase a license anywhere, but cant use it in a business without jumping through hoops if i've already purchased any kind of business license from the company.If I want to use it in a business, I pay more than 3 times the price for the same product, with the only additional benefit, that I can manage the license through a website and assign it to someone else if necessary.Products in stores are not obviously signed as teams or personal licenses, basically you need to know in advance, that every license you can find in a store is for personal use only and can't be used in a business.If you google "adobe lightroom license" you directly end up in the shop, without info, that it is a personal license you're buying, which can't be used as expected without jumping through said hoops.How is this a sensable and customerfriendly approach to licensing? My Creative Cloud user's workstations aren't allowed on the internet. What are the absolute minimum domains that I can allow thru the firewall in order for them to authenticate to use the applications? That's all I need, nothing else. I have a student discount with my school email. For my classwork, I pick the personal account and for my on-campus job I pick the school/company account. For some reason, randomly the school account has not been working. It tells my I don't have access to any apps or services and that they aren't included in my plan. This has never been a problem to me for 7 months and suddenly I can't access services I need like Adobe Fonts. My personal account still works the same. This is a problem on both my laptop and the work computers, so it must be a problem with my account rather than with the software where I work. Any ideas on what is wrong?

I also am having the problem "We're sorry. You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator." We purchased 2 licenses of Acrobat Pro for teams thru SHI.com and cannot access those licenses. There are no other Account Adminstrators that I know of for our account except myself. Different browser, clearing cache, etc. does not resolve the issue. My account needs to be elevated. Please advise.

In the end I got this descirbtion to revoke generative AI features in the Admin Console. Me and my collegaue checked everything, but we can not find this setting: "I would like to ask you to follow the steps below:To disable AI features in the Admin Console, navigate to the appropriate settings section (e.g.“Product Configuration” or ‘Feature Settings’) and either disable the AI feature or customize the access levels to specific users." After that message the Adobe Customer Care left the chat and I got a mmesage about a solved request.Has anyone had similar experiences or does anyone know the solution to revoke generative AI features in the Admin Console?

Hi all, The company I work for has two headquarters. One is in the united states and the other in europe. Originally the headquarters in europe purchased adobe and gave licesnes to its users and some users in the United States. Then the headquarters in the United States also purchased adobe to give to users in the United States. Both the users in United States and Europe use their work email for these adobe licenses. Now, the Europe headquarters plans to not renew their current licenses. This is causing an issue as a handful of their users (about 15) are on the United States side. The United States users still need access to Adobe for day to day business. Now here is the issue: One of my users, originally has a license from the Europe headquarters. I tried to create an account for this user on my side but ran into adobe issues across the board (not working correctly, not seeing the pro options that are associated with pro version, etc) . Tengo un perfil y plan asociado a la universidad, que incluye todos los programas, sin embargo cuando inicio sesión con el correo de la universidad, sale la opción de "perfil personal" y otra de "perfil educativo", y aunque selecciono perfil educativo, se abre la cuenta de perfil personal, en la cual no hay planes. Hi everyone, my e-mail address currently has 2 Adobe-Accounts or rather versions of accounts that are active. One is a business-account which my university is the admin of, I think. The other one is a private one which I just now created and booked the student-plan for, because the business-account will be deactivated several days ahead from now. When people want to share files with my mail-address, which of these accounts will get access to them? Or can I choose with which I want to access the shared file?Does anyone know? Thanks for your support!

I have recently added a new user and have assigned new license to him. Unfortunately, the user has not received the welocme email with acess details. I raised a complaint through the call centre, to which they send an account verification email with link to the new user. The email link suggested password reset code to the emial which is also not receiving. Currently i have paid for the license but cannot be used by the new user

I've recently changed my account to a student afiliated one. Before that, I could use all the adobe apps perfectly with no problem, I then deleted the CC Cloud on my computer and tried to reinstall it, but this error message keeps coming up for about two weeks now! I've tried solving the problem by updating my Mac's software, uninstalling and reinstalling the CC cloud and contacting my college's TI team with no luck, to be honest.SOS!
