I was connected to an organization with my school email. I graduated and used my school email for a free trail for 2 weeks then charged $20 a month which I am okay with and I changed the email to my personal email now. When I clicked on indesign this morning it said "Your InDesign license has expired. For questions regarding your account or to renew your license, please contact your IT administrator. You’re currently signed in with your email ID *******@17413941. You can also sign out and use an adobe ID that already has a paid subscription." How do I contact my IT administrator??????? bonjour j'ai résilier mon abonnememt sauf que j'ai 131euro à payer alors que je n'ai meme pas utiliser adobe acrobat si on peut m'enlever cette somme énorme alors que j'ai payer 23euro déja le premier mois cela me suffit je ne suis pas en capacité de payer 131 euro de plus je n'utilise jamais ce logiciel je ne comprend pas cette somme. Hey everyone, I keep getting a 400 error when I issue POST calls to the User Management Action API. The documentation says that 400 errors occur when "some parameters of the request were not understood by the server or the Service Account Integration certificate has expired." Is there a problem with my JSON? I'm working on Federated/Enterprise IDs, so domain isn't included in body (though I have tried that). Why did I cancel my subscription but they are trying to take 350€ from me? please help me

Hi TeamWe have been buying licenses through Adobe VIP program last 10 years, few of our users are in other location adn it is been stating that those licenses are not valid or they should not use in other geo location which comes as compliance ?Our head office is in India, we have few locations in USA where in 80% of license are used in India and 20% are outside. We have been now asking us to move to high cost enterprise edition under agreement which we are interested.  We would like to know buying in India doesnt have rights to use other regions when my major work force is in India only ?   

I am stuck for installing the Creative Cloud after uninstalling it on Win10. My creative cloud app suddenly mentioned issues for launching. Cannot start the application and thus i uninstall the app in control panel to try reinstallAfter uninstall everything, I have no way to install the creative cloud app back. The set up program will not open with admin but only create some files such as a OOBE folder in the system. Many methods tried including:The creative cloud desktop uninstaller app - click repair will mention repair failed beccause error.   click uninstall will mention uninstall succeed but with error.  either without error code.Also use CC cleaner tools to remove All.But the set up app is still not working. Can anyone help to figure out how to solve this? Any special key in Registry is stopping this or if I missing some C++ why there is not even an error?

제가 어도비 포토샵을 급하게 사용해야했었던 적이 있습니다.저는 구글을 사용하여 로그인을 한 것으로 알고 있습니다. 그렇게 결제하여 사용한 후 결제는 하였지만 다시 로그인하였을 때에는 결제가 안되어있다고 하여 오류인가 싶어서 다시 결제를 하였습니다. 그런데 돈이 두곳에서 나가고 있습니다. 저는 구글 아이디 밖에 없는 것으로 알고 있기에 로그인으로 해결하기 어려운 것 같습니다. 결제를 등록한 카드를 알고 있는데 카드번호로 어도비 결제를 그만두게 만드는 방법이 없을까요? 빠른 답변 부탁드립니다.

I cancelled the adobe subscription yet it still says I haven't and I'm being charged 22 dollars a month that I can't afford and it's $100 to cancel the subscription. Can someone help 

I have payment to reseller on dated 20th of June'25 but still license not showing in my admin console. Doe's anyone tell me how much time will take  after payment to resseller.

I just wanted to clarify that if a user is on a Adobe enterprise license and if we want this to be converted to a shared one i.e. one email id and password but multiple users, is that allowed legally? if yes, could you let us know if there is any Adobe official documentation supporting it? 

I have a user in our orgizanation that has a license for Dreamweaver but in Create Cloud it saids its locked? Could someone tell me what direction to go.   Already did the Firewall - allow the app through it. Cred Manager trouble shooting steps - Nothing

Bien le bonjour je présente-ci mon problème : J'en en effet l'année passé dans le cadre d'un cours souscrit à un abonnement acheté pour 26 euros en passant via illustrator , le soucis étant que je me suis fait débité de l'argent mais que je n'ai tout de meme pas accéder à l'application m'affichant ce système d'erreur : application non disponible dans votre pays . Désormais je me fais arrcher 26 euros sur indisign et illustrator tout les mois et ce depuis un an j'ai déjà perdu plus de 600 euros dans cette histoire et j'aimerais vraiment que ça s'arrete . Car le problème c'est que peut importe le compte sur lequel je me connecte pas moyen de trouver la formule et de l'annuler comme si elle n'existait pas pournatnt elle existe belle et bien en témoigne mon compte en banque j'aimerais juste trouver un moyen de faire césser ces payements  

How can I use creative desktop app to install the application ? When I login the creative desktop app, I have to choose differenet profile, I find there are few with same organization name, how can I choose the correct one ?

I am a CC Enterprise user on an M4 MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.5. The CC desktop app (v. 6.7.0.278) gets stuck (spinning beachball) at the "Welcome to Adobe Creative Cloud" modal dialog on one user account on this machine (an admin acct) but not on other user accounts. All installed apps are up to date. Activity Monitor shows "Creative Cloud (Not Responding)" and CPU usage at 188%, with 54 active threads. CC repair tool did not fix the problem, neither did CC uninstall/reboot/reinstall/reboot, neither did complete manual uninstall and reinstall with reboots in between. Any suggestions of how to get the CC utility working properly would be much appreciated! Like: is there a way to get it out of OOBE mode by editing a preferences file? Nothing ChatGPT has suggested has helped.

ello, I am a student and once time I need to use Adobe Illustrator so I signed up and used the tool, I just thought that after using one month being charged I will cancel the service. Now I can't cancel the service because of the cancellation fee. And I dont know why they draw me 2 packages of tools that I was charged one for 39$ and one for 58$. Do you know how to report that issue and cancel the service as I am a student now I dont have job to pay any further service. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
