Hey there,We are trying to supress the registration login screen for Acrobat DC standard installs on our machines.  I found the command adobe_prtk --tool=Serialize --leid=V7{}AcrobatESR-12-Win-GM --serial=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx --regsuppress=ss    and a couple others that should do basically teh same thing, but I can't find Provision Toolkit 9.0, I tried using the cs6 version of the toolkit, but it didn't work, gave a return code of 0, but didn't suppress the login screen..  We looked in our license portal and didn't see the toolkit listed.  Anyone have any experience suppressing the user login screen? 

Hi,Hoping that someone might know the answer to a challenge I am having with a custom toolset I am trying to deploy to a number of users.It basically comes down to the reference to non standard components, like custom actions, by their id and not their name value.  This id seems unique to a user.  In turn importing a toolset will be missing components for all users except the creator when you import toolsets.To illustrate, look at one of the tool sets like 'Making accessible documents' on https://acrobatusers.com/tool-sets-exchange​ and if you download the .aaui file and open it with notepad, you will see some components are referenced by an ID (red text) and others by named values (Green text):     <Component label="Add Accessible Features">            <Component label="Specify the language used in encoding your document's information for assistive devices"/>   &nbs

Hello CC - Family,we want to use CC for teams on VMWare Windows Machines for our concerthouse. The download and installation of the apps was no problem at all but unfortunately after any reboot (every morning) the cc asks for a license login.I've read that problem in the forum but didn't find any solution yet. Am I right here or is there a solution not to hack every mornig the Adobe ID into the system.All the bests Udo

Hi there,When I started to install Setup.exe, it showed failure to install on creative cloud. I therefore passed it and installed directly the "Adobe Acrobat DC DE 64-bit.msi". However the Installation alsways stopped after few seconds. I don't know if I need to buy the license for creative cloud that's why I faild at the first moment. But didn't make sense to me to pay twice for one product. Thus I wonder if my purchase ways complicated the license recognization. I download the "Trial Version first with my Adobe-ID" and I cleaned it by adobecleaner. I purchased the one year license via my Company not my Adobe-ID. In our Company Website I download the Setup.exe and DC-64-bit.msi to my Win10 Computer.I really need your help because I have no idea what's going on now.Thank you so muchBest Joanne Chang

Hi,Where can I find iso or exe of all programs ( as CC manager, Ps, ...) cause evry time I've to install it on a new computer, the bandswitch of my client is very poor... So many hours to donwload just one program...Best regards

Hi!  After installing the 11.0.16 quarterly update, I'm getting a message upon starting Acrobat 11:"Acrobat PDFMaker add-in for PDF creation is currently disabled in one or more Office applications.  Would you like to re-enable the add-infor these applications?"I click "Yes" and all is well, but since I'll be deploying this across an enterprise, I'd like to avoid confusion with all my users and not have this message appear.  Is there anything I can do to make that happen?  Would a reboot immediately afterward do the trick?Thanks!

I purchased a copy of Adobe Creative Suite 6 (for a Mac) from George Brown College in Toronto Ontario, in 2014.Recently, my computer had to be re-booted, and now I have to re-install this program. I have a serial number and an ID, but when I insert the disc, nothing happens, and I am not able to enter this information.Can someone please assist me with respect to reactivating this software?Thanks very much.Shirley Lesch

Hi,Im installing Acrobat Standard DC in our Citrix environment. I managed to create a prov.xml file and thats placed on the imaged server.Everythign seems to work fine, except for one thing. We dont want our employees connecting to Cloud solutions and Sharepoint I disabled all these setting with Registry settings.These options are no longer available on the start screen, and in any of the menus. After about 30 second of having Acrobat open Im getting a "sign in with your Adobe ID" popup, which is driving me nuts.Is there any possibillity to disable that splash screen?Ive found a solution here:Disable Adobe Sign-in - Acrobat DC - Super Userbut since we dont use packaging for installing, this isnt a viable solution for me.

Hi all,One of our customers got a new PC and have Acrobat Pro 9 on it. The Acrobat Pro 9 was activated on the old PC and we need to use the same license key for the new one.I have used Belarc to extract the license info but when I try to use the same license key on the new PC, it says it is not valid.The license we have is a volume license and it is supposed to auto deactivate from the old PC when we put it on the new one. (correct me if I am wrong)And also the deactivation option is grey on the old PC.Anyone has encountered the same issue before or any advice?Thanks in advance,Sean

We have recently signed up to CC and have created a basic and a "design" based packages for both Windows and MAC. The windows ones work fine but the MAC one fails. It worked on a brand new MACMini but will not on any of our students MacBooks. We have run the CCClean tool but this does not get rid of all the installed components. We have been through and manually uninstalled, restarted, run the tool again, tried the package installer again - no joy. There are no error codes just "The Installation Failed. The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail......" We have been through the logs but there is nothing conclusive there.Is this a known issue and could someone shed some light or give direction.Thanks

We have a problem at work.We have an adobe enterprise license and we are installing Adobe CC using the Adobe packager.It turns out a thrird party plugin to Adobe InDesign CC only works with version 11.2 while the current version offered when we do a package is 11.3.Is there any way to get a specific older version installed while using the Adobe Packager?

Since our Employees upgraded Acrobat, noboday sees any printer-dialogue anymore.We've tried the Shortcut cmd + p as well as choosing the print icon on top of the application and the Menu File > print... nothing happens after choosing any of the mentioned options.Any idea what's going wrong with Acrobat?

Hi, I have installed creative cloud on my desktop and laptop. For reasons unknown, the creative cloud apps on my desktop disappeared. So I used the creative cloud packager to reinstall them. It downloads everything, gets to 'building ...' and then at 99%, it fails and says Build Fail - Your build encountered unrecoverable errors. Tried it several times, same thing. I use a WSUS Server with WPP to deploy 3rd party updates to our computers.https://wsuspackagepublisher.codeplex.com/WSUS Server has been live and working for a year and WPP is fairly new. Anyways.... I'm trying to update Adobe Reader DC to the newest version which is 15.016.20039. The problem is that the ProductCode for the old version & the new version are the same. So I'm unable to use that.I use the Transforms file and added a registry key to HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\Installercalled "Version" which is a REG_SZ with 15.0.16.20039 and that will allow me to verify which version i'm on.Unfortunately it would appear that the Version key only gets added when the software is installed without the previous version installed. I believe this is due to the fact that the older file had a MST file that did not include this registry key. (Even though I have the MST file uninstall old versions)Anybody else running into this issue? Any help is appreciated.

My University has been struggling with the automated or unattended removal of CC 2014 Enterprise so we can upgrade our classrooms to CC 2015 Enterprise an not have duplicate programs. CC 2014 was installed using the Creative cloud packager as well.We have been successful in creating a new CC 2015 Enterprise package with the Creative Cloud Packager and it installs what we selected but the older CC 2014 applications are still installed.I have attempted to use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool which removes most of the applications but it leaves Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Extension Manager, Adobe Flash Builder and most of the icons under All Programs. You are then unable to uninstall these remaining apps after the Cleaner has been run. They are no longer in the Control Panel.So I guess my questions is if the Cleaner Tool does not remove everything and there are no other automated ways to remove the items that it misses or remove the items individually prior to running the tool. i have built the package with the new adobe packager that said it puts acrobat and all in the build folder.  now I want to deploy the package with SCCM 2012 R2.  but was it the .bat file that I need to create to make that happen.  I want quiet unattendend install and not reboot for machines. 

I have created an AIP on the network, and have 2 different transforms to apply to the same AIP for Acrobat Pro DC.I have used the Acrobat Customization Wizard to create a transform, and want to cache the installer files for future updates.The install works fine, but the only files that end up in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2015\Setup Files\ directoryare a subdirectory with the GUID, an empty Transforms directory, and an 'Enterprise.mnt', but nothing else.The AIP is an extracted and patched AIP.  The MST does include the setting 'Checkbox - ENABLE_CACHE_FILES - YES'msiexec /i acropro.msi TRANSFORMS=AutoUpdate.mst /qrAny help is appreciated!
