Using Lightroom for iPad, anytime I click on a mask the linear mask swaps. I have a linear mask on the bottom and it's shows it's on the bottom on the right panel, but it's actually inverted on the picture and at the top.  

Tried deleting the app several times on iPhone and iPad, pausing sync and retried importing, clearing cache, still not luck.

Since updating to Lr 9.3 I’ve been experiencing high cpu usage ( 95% to105%) on my Macbook Pro M4 Pro even when idle (open but not performing any tasks). I searched the forum but did not find same / similar issue. This was not the case before Lr 9.3. I always keep Lr and MacOS up to date. I booted up Lightroom to work on some photos. I got a strange screen. I do not have a local tab to retrieve my photos

I edited a photo in Lightroom, then transferred it to Topaz Photo AI, and afterwards sent it back to Lightroom again. After that, I exported the image.When I look at the exported photo on my computer, it does not appear exactly as sharp as it does inside Lightroom. What am I doing wrong?Also, there is another issue recently: when I look at the exported JPEG file inside the folder where I exported it, it says “waiting for update” underneath the file. Maybe this could be related to the problem.I should also mention that the original file was already a JPEG image before I edited it in Lightroom. Could this possibly be the reason for the quality difference?I will also send a screenshot of my export settings. 

Masking feature is not working properly- whenever I am trying for the option to detect the subject, it is running into some unknown problem, and the masking option is not helping. I have tried with reopening the app, restarting the PC, but nothing helped.

After rotating a radial mask (~25° or more), moving the mask causes it to increase in size with each drag. Translation appears to trigger scaling, making the mask impossible to control.Occurs on macOS using a trackpad (Lightroom Desktop 9.2 and 9.3). I deactivated lightroom just over 2 years ago. I recently reactivated my account. I found my old computer with the files still intact in lightroom and not connected to internet. When I tried saving the files, it wouldn’t back up so I connected to the internet. Once I did it synced and immediately deleted everything. is there a way to retrieve any of that or did 6 years of work just evaporate? I had regular back ups when I was using the apps, but now they are missing and I don’t have any way to get the most recent ones back.

Hi All, tl;dr need gallery that clients can use to choose photos for editing. The more automation, the better. I am quoting to shoot 160 headshots for a company, and I want to streamline the photo-choice process. I'd like to upload 3-5 unedited photos per person into an online gallery (password-protected), and allow them to tick a box on their favourite, and then have that list of favourites automatically come back to me so I can edit the right ones. Ideally, it'd be great if Lightroom Classic (my database of choice) could import those choices automatically (and marking them with a flag, colour, or star rating). I have the vague notion that Lightroom CC may be the way to go, but I've never used it and am not sure if the niche need I have can be done or not. Can the Adobe Cloud ecosystem give me this functionality? I am exporting a video file (1.93GB) and lightroom seems not working on it. My lightroom version is 9.3.1 the latest version. i just simply work on some light and color adjustment. Anyone know how to fix?

Is there a way to overlay camera/lens details on the thumbnails in Lightroom CC like you can on Lightroom Classic? It’s a lot smoother to work on multiply photos at one when you can see instantly the details on the thumbnails rather than having to press (i) or (e) all the time.

Hello, since yesterday I’ve been having a problem with the Adobe Lightroom app on iOS. When I choose a photo from my gallery to edit and tap Actions, it keeps showing “Analyzing” and just keeps spinning, but it never loads the photo.The more times I try, all of the photos stay in the cloud as “Pending,” and I’m not able to edit anything.I already tried reinstalling the app, but it still doesn’t work.Thank you in advance! 

cropped / masked image after turning “Noise Reduction” on. Then blue popup asking to update AI settings but pushing “update all” does not respond - only after turning off and on “Noise Reduction” again.

In the iOS Lightroom app in the “share photo” screen, “Save Copy to Device” and “Export As” both cause a loading screen to appear very briefly and then immediately disappear. If I hit the settings cog to the right of “Save copy to device” I can change my export settings normally, but when I actually go to share the photos that loading window pops up and disappears but no export happens. It works properly on my iPad (M4 13” Pro). I have verified I’m using the latest version of Lightroom on my iPhone. This issue has persisted for several weeks at least, probably longer. 

On my windows 11 version of Lightroom (recently updated) if I choose to say increase exposure or shadow etc on a Selective edit, then any change I make will only create a black and white edit in that area. Lightroom Classic is fine. any suggestions please 

Whenever I click on Create Edit Replay in Lightroom Mobile Android, I get the error Couldn't Complete Share. 

HDR cannot be saved (in Lightroom) to useable formats for sharing in general. Save to jpeg and it is no use to anyone other than those (very few) with the highest res monitor Adobe - you need to make HDR creations useable in standard formats such as jpeg. Otherwise it is pointless to just about everyone I hope this will materialise soon Thank you 

Not sure when the change happened as I haven't used it in a while, but whenever I use it, the selection includes a border around the person as well. It also looks quite pixelated/blocky. And this is not related to my system in any way as it happens on every platform I've tested on, as well as on the web UI on multiple platforms. I've confirmed the behavior on multiple photos (across a wide variety of lighting scenarios) as well.

I try to change the raw file name and move it to another folder before import ,it still doesn’t work. But some ARW I shot on another day can successful import.

Hello fellow Lightroom users! Recently I moved from Lightroom Classic to the newly created cloud based version. Despite the "classic" being my ride or die for many years I decided to explore what new adobe has to offer.  One of the issues that I can't seem to wrap my head arround is that every time I try to create a mask (M shortcut) Lightroom initializes the detection of people process and it doesn't let me access the other masking options until I have selected a person to mask. However great this peple detection feature is, it is not always necessary. I hope that this is just a bug and not a temporary feature that Adobe try to shove into our faces. This is very annoying and maybe a deal breaker for me. Please if anybody has dealth with that issue, provide some guidance!

LR is so full of bugs. Makes me wonder what all your thousands of programmers are doing all day. It's beyond frustrating to pay so much money and receive such a product so full of issues.

When I create a new album via the context menu “Create album...”(i tend to do it in an annual folder e.g. 2026/<EVENT_NAME>) while I have selected a bunch of photos that belong to that event or group, only one photo gets associated with the newly created album. Naturally, the “Include the selected photo” is checked in the “Create album” dialog box. It has always been the case that all selected photos inherit the association and, if memory serves me correctly, it also displayed the number of photos that are selected and would inherit the album metadata as result. Now I need an additional selection process separately after creating an album, this increases my workload by about 30%. I often have 10 to 12 event shoot groups when loading photos and this is serious loss in productivity, its incredibly annoying. My versions are: MacOS26.5 on MacBook Pro M1 pro, Lightroom cloud version 9.3.1 “from the Mac appstore”. 

Hi. I'm left handed person and in mobile Lightroom used on iPad Pro its pretty annoying to reach right side toolbar every time, while using fingers or pencil. That would be cool if I have option to switch toolbar from left to right side. I'm pretty sure that there is a bunch of other apps don't have that kind of problems.
