 On my account card, it shows:Generative AIStandard features239/250 credits leftNext reset: November 21, 2025Premium featuresYou get complimentary generations to try each premium feature.How/where do I tell how many complimentary generations are left?  Also, this counter should be visible in Photoshop, so I don't waste time/effort trying to generate something when the credits are all used up. I shouldn't have to hunt through the menus of the website to find this information.Also, if you're going to charge a premium for "premium" features like Topaz integration, then they should actually reliably work in Photoshop. I can run something like Qwen AI online and on my computer for free, and yet you're charging quite a lot per month for features that have gotten better but still are very buggy.

Hi All,Appreciate any help i can get at the moment.I am having alot of trouble with photoshop in the recent weeks. (since just before the Amazon AWS went down) I am not sure if its an update on windows (Could be but i have since uninstalled all updates over the last 2 months and it had no effect) It only lets me open Photoshop when i restart windows explorer once my computer is loaded up. I have tried uninstalling and installing every version of photoshop and even to the extent of creative cloud, lightroom etc.   I have no problems loading lightroom but PS sometimes takes 20 odd goes before it gets past the "Memory bit", Once it says its loading brushes i start celebrating. It started to happen just before the amazon AWS feature so was unsure if it was related to a windows update but as I said I have uninstalled all recent updates, uninstalled PS, Lightroom etc then tried from scratch. The only thing i havn't done and im scared todo due to loosing soo

I had a Photoshop CS5 and in that version I could load multiple images and clone elements from all pictures into one of them. In Photoshop web (2025) I cannot open several pictures and in the same way clone a person or a bird etc. into one chosen picture. Any solutions? I use a computer and Windows 11.

I don’t understand why the Nano Banana generations are blocked on my account with Photoshop. It tells me I’m out of credits, while your website states that from October 28th, 2025 to December 1st, 2025, it’s supposed to be unlimited. It says : From October 28, 2025 to December 1, 2025 all new and existing subscribers of select plans including Creative Cloud Pro, Firefly Standard, Pro, and Premium, and credit add-on subscriptions (2000 Credits, 7000 Credits, and 50000 Credits) will receive unlimited generations on all AI image models and the Firefly Video model in the Firefly web and mobile app and Firefly Boards.

Why is everything pink... I cant change the background color. Even I create new file it is still pink 

Hi there,   I'd like to report a bug, as in subject. This happens only in 25.9 version, I've downgraded to 25.7, and it doesn't happen.   When I have a document, with couple of artboards in it (let's say, ad banners) - when I try to move any artboard, and, after clicking on the name, and starting to drag it to move it someplace alse - when I try to pass it over any other artboard, or layer, which is outside the artboards - PS freezes.  It happens every time, in every document I've opened.  

Suddenly unable to open Photoshop from Lightroom Classic. Error Box appears. When opening Photoshop direct from the icon, it does not recognise Lightroom pictures?All Apps up todate versions.Please advise on best course of action to rectify issue.Best regards,

PS 26.10, Mac PS doesnt' remember what tool I last used. Every single time I use a tool, it defaults to something other than what I last used. For example, when I use the brush tool, then open a new file and it goes back to pencil. When I use the healing brush tool, then open a new file, it defaults to the generative AI healing brush.  How can I stop this behavior. It's new. I expect when I press "J", that I will get the last healing brush setting I used. I expect when I press "B" that I will get a brush and not a pencil. I never ever use pencil, and I never use the generative AI tools.  Is there a way to stop this behaviour? 

I cannot use nano banana or flux in the generative ai menu, they are both shown there as options but when I choose either of them the option to 'generate' button is greyed out, the only options I can use are for firefly.I have sufficient credits, in fact I paid for more credits using the Firefly Standard plan which gives you access to both of these additional generative ai options.  I suspect this problem occurred after I paid for the new credits as previously I was able to test both nano banana and flux and ran out of credits and then bought more but didn't test immediately to see if it worked or not. I have roughly 2250 credits available.I am on the Photography Plan as a standard home user. I am not a student account or any other kind of business account with another administrator. I have tried a chat with Adobe help but that was a waste of time. They had me switching off my firewall and then wanted me to roll back to v26 to see if that would h

I want to create the same background in in different images.thread from 2023 https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/using-the-same-generative-fill-replacement-across-multiple-images/m-p/13883303#M740000 don`t solve the problem. Now in 2025 maybe someone have solution ?basic example:cat->generative fill -> OK-the same cat, different position, making new mask in generative fill doesn`t work.  

Recently Photoshop has started ignoring my custom workspace and launches with all panels collapsed.This is extremely frustrating as I have to reset my workspace each time I open PS. I have tried creating a new workspace, using defaults, resetting prefs.. nothing so far seems to prevent all panels on the right being collapsed on launch. Does anyone know what is causing this? (v 22.5.0 / Windows 10 64 Pro)

Hi. I'm interested in availing Photoshop, but I'd like to ask about the "25 monthly generative credits" - How does that work? Is it 25x only per month? How many credits does it cost per AI-generation? Let's say in Photoshop, I generated a Background using Google Nano Banana or Firefly or anything else in Photoshop, does that count 1 or what?

Sorry, need help ASAP. I designed a book with 20 digital pencil illustrations. I have a hardware calibrated BenQ monitor. Sheridan (the Printer) specifies that for black only printing, all images should be converted to grayscale. Makes sense. They also specify the expected Dot Gain for uncoated stock on a Web Press is 25-27%. Ok cool. However, when I ask about grayscale profiles for 1) converting images to grayscale and 2) soft proofing the images on screen, they just keep answering that no profiles are needed for grayscale. To my knowledge, you cannot convert an image or even view an image without a profile. If a custom one is not selected, Photoshop will use the default profile. Which in my case is Dot Gain 20%. I don't know if I'm thinking about it all wrong, but here are my questions. I saw an answer to this question here, but not in English. Whenever I open a new file (RAW, PSD or TIFF) from Lightroom it always opens with Extras turned on. If I give it a Command-H to turn it off and work on the file, it gets turned back on without pressing the Command-H toggle. Everything is turned off in the View>Show menu. I have tried the AI suggestions, including resetting Photoshop's Toolbar, but nothing works.PS 26.9.0LR 14.5Mac OS 15.6

 ..it's the mode I need like 95% of the time - but for some reason it keeps reverting to "Background (default)" or "Transparent (default)" eventually when opening further images....making it necessary to manually choose "Content-Aware Fill" over and over again (I probably do this 300 times a month)..One instance where it changes away from the manually-set "Content-Aware Fill" is when I open a file with more than one layer (background layer being locked by default).The problem is the fill mode then changes to "Background (default) for all open files, and all files I open from there on out.The only "solution" to set it back to "Contant-Aware" is to quit PS, open it again without a file, set crop tool, set "Content-Aware Fill", close PS, open it again..Also it doesn't seem to make sense in the first place as to why the fill mode changes - when opening a single-layer file (with locked background) it will happily stay with "Content-Aware" - see attached screenshots..This is really

Hello, I do a lot of image editing for my job and typically have to expand the canvas to adapt images to our website resolution. In previous editions of photoshop I could have the crop tool default to having it auto fill as Content-Aware but as far as I can tell now, the crop tool only defaults to "Transparent (default)" and even when I change it to content-aware fill it always reverts back to transparent when I open a new image to edit.As far as i've tried, making a new crop preset doesn't save the Content-Aware Fill option and always reverts back to transparent even if I had Content-Aware selected when I made the preset. I also haven't been able to find any setting that lets me change the default.Does anyone know of a way to change the default to Content-Aware Fill? because i'm out of ideas.

Hi There, probably using incorrect search terms so sorry if this is easy. I have 3D rendered 32bit HDR exr files I'd like to tone map in Photoshop. Currently I'm...Opening the 32bit EXR in PhotoshopConverting to 16bit via Exposure & Gamma (Local Adaptation looks weid as a starting point)Then converting to a smart objectAdding the Camera Raw effectAdjusting then exporting images to various formats QuestionsIs there a way of doing this while keeping the 32bit image editable?And is there a way of tweaking the 32bit while seeing the 16bit output? I don't have experience with 32bit images so keen to hear how others do this. Cheers, Ben

Please help.Photoshop has been crashing on my M1 Max Macbook pro running iOS26 for almost 2 months now and nothing I do remedies the issues.I've tried clean installs and I've resetting the Photoshop files settings and that doesnt work either.

Photoshop 27.0 is not saving to original folder. I have reset preferences twice, unistalled and reinstalled PS, checked and unchecked Save to Original folder a few times rebooting Bridge, PS and my system in between attempts to get it to work properly.It defaults to the last location I saved a file to no matter what I check and uncheck. Error: Panel Descubrir no funciona en Photoshop v27.0.  aparece el error "Something went wrong. Discover Panel encountered an error..."  y ya has intentado borrar la configuración UXP sin éxito. 

I'm having issues with Photoshop. When I use Select Subject or Remove Background, it doesn’t work — it says it couldn’t find any subject. It doesn’t matter if the image is HD; it still doesn’t work. Does anyone have a solution? This started happening with the 2026 version; in the 2025 version, it worked fine. I installed and reinstalled Photoshop, but the problem continues. Estoy experimentando inconvenientes con Photoshop. Al utilizar las funciones Seleccionar sujeto o Eliminar fondo, el programa no realiza la acción y muestra un mensaje indicando que no se encontró ningún sujeto, incluso cuando se trata de imágenes en alta definición.¿Alguien conoce alguna solución?
