Cannot post questions to the photoshop community

Hi,After updating to Camera Raw 18.4.1, GPU acceleration stopped working.I'm using:Photoshop 27.8.0 Camera Raw 18.4.1 Windows 10 22H2 Intel UHD Graphics 620Everything was working fine before the update.Now Camera Raw shows:"Camera Raw graphics acceleration is not supported by your system."The Use Graphics Processor option is locked to Off.I already tried:Updating the Intel graphics driver. Resetting Camera Raw GPU settings. Recreating the CameraRaw and GPU folders. Reinstalling Camera Raw.Nothing helped.Has anyone experienced the same issue after updating to 18.4.1?Thanks!

I'm getting this error in Photoshop 2025 on macOS Monterey when trying to save to the cloud or access the resource organizer: "We can't load the resource organizer right now. Make sure all Adobe domains and subdomains are allowed on your network."Illustrator, using the same account and same device, syncs to the cloud with no issues.I've already tried: checking hosts file, DNS, proxy, and firewall (all clean), confirmed successful TLS connection directly to Adobe's servers, fully uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop, verified Full Disk Access permissions, and reset the CoreSync service/cache. The error persists exactly the same.Any ideas on what else could cause this?

Have been editing a batch of photographs today.  I have been using AI Sharpen and AI DeNoise (Topaz) without issue. I received a msg stating I was running low on credits, so I purchased a monthly sub. I was able to use these functions a couple more times - but now, each time, no matter the file, I am receiving an error that reads: “We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again.” I have closed and restarted PS and other apps, signed out of and back into my Creative Cloud acct, and tried toggling the Pref->Performance→Graphics Processor option (suggested online). I also cleared the plug in cache and restarted - no effect.  No luck. Stuck. Would greatly appreciate some guidance / assistance. Thx!  

Please restore the "Delete Hidden Layers" command in the Layers panel menu.In recent versions of Photoshop (27.8), the Delete Hidden Layers command has disappeared from the Layers panel menu. It used to be available directly from the panel and was an essential productivity feature for many professional users.Removing this shortcut forces users to perform additional steps for a very common housekeeping task. This is a regression in usability rather than an improvement.Please restore Delete Hidden Layers to the Layers panel menu, where it was for many years. It was easy to find, consistent with professional workflows, and saved valuable time when cleaning complex PSD files.Many long-time Photoshop users rely on this command every day. When we issue a command from the action panel, the fade command (CTRL+SHIFT+F) doesn't work. The action panel is terrible. It slows things down incredibly. I had to revert to the previous version.

Even though i am selecting a black brush, on the mask layer, I am not able to brush the mask with black. On the other hand there is no problem with using a white brush, as seen on the youtube video.https://youtu.be/3BBpHtlN6dU

Hello everyone,I use the Artboard feature quite frequently, and having this feature in Photoshop greatly simplifies my workflow. However, I've been suffering from serious bugs, lack of optimization, and performance bottlenecks for a long time. The recent updates haven't given enough attention to these issues, making me feel like the development team has neglected this fundamental feature.Gradients are broken. For example, when working with multiple artboards and creating a gradient with the gradient tool, the gradient will appear incorrectly with the default settings, as shown in the image below. I found a temporary solution by removing the default layer mask and creating a new mask with the artboard dimensions. The gradient tool likely calculates the entire canvas rather than just the artboard it's currently on, which can cause the gradient to not work properly.When a gradient fill is added to the artboard, the appearance is determined by the default settings.When the default mask of

When I close Photoshop Rel 26.8.1 I get the following error "Can't write new document preset file". I run PS as Admin.    I tried to uninstall the app and delete the PS2025 files and cache but the problem persists. What can I do.  thanks in advance.      <Personal info removed by Mod>  

Ever since I got a new M5 MacBook Pro Photoshop either freezes on launch or locks up just as it finishes launching. It's unusable. All I can do is force-quit. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app (twice) and renamed the prefs folder so it would generate a new one but nothing works.

 Any one knows why this screen has invalid data?

You have removed the ability to change the pixel width or height of an image unless it is to be resampled. This is nuts! You often need to open and image and change its dimension or PPI value and NOT resample it. You want to do this in PIXELS. Why don’t you ask a few users before yanking things. I am going to have to use another app for this basic ability.

Hi everyone,We are currently updating the product images on our website https://www.daltaios.com/, but we noticed they look quite pixelated on Retina displays and newer mobile screens.Should I be exporting all image assets at 2x resolution directly from Photoshop, or is there a better modern workflow to ensure crisp visuals while keeping the file sizes small for fast loading times?Any advice on compression tools or responsive image practices would be greatly appreciated!

I am experiencing 3 problems with photoshop When I add a text and I want to go to filter gallery and add HALFTONE to add lines on my text It doesn’t apply it  All of my blend modes when i hover on them it either turn them white or black and that's it  when I want to make a text transparent after I added effect (changing the R,G,B Channels to make a cool effect) it instantly turn it black and if i want to make the background black or other colors it fully cover the entire text. Its so weird because previously it worked perfectly but when I try to do another one this happen. I tried everything from Uninstalling photoshop, Adobe cleaner tool, to graphics card updates but nothing would work  

When printing in Photoshop the default resolution is 240 dpi. I would like to increase this to 300 dpi and would be grateful for advice on how this can be done.

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with Photoshop 2026 on Windows 11.Photoshop opens normally and I can create/edit blank documents, but it instantly crashes when opening:- JPG/JPEG files- RAW files- Lightroom “Edit in Photoshop”PNG files open correctly without problems.Also, clicking Preferences > Camera Raw crashes Photoshop immediately.System:- Predator Helios 300- i7 10th Gen- RTX 2060- Lightroom Classic 2026Things already tried:- Reinstalled Photoshop, Lightroom, and Camera Raw- Reset Photoshop preferences- Disabled GPU acceleration- Installed NVIDIA Studio Driver- Cleared Camera Raw cache/settings- Disabled plugins- Restarted Windows multiple timesHas anyone experienced Photoshop crashing only with JPG/JPEG and RAW files while PNG works fine?Thank you!
