Hello! I want to report a bug. Until the last version, it was set up so that the folder to which the export is made was saved with the document. This had the advantage that the next time you continued working on the project file, the correct folder was automatically suggested during the export without having to search for it. But since the update, the location of the last export process within Photoshop is always suggested. So if I had exported something in another project in the meantime, I end up in the folder of the other project in the next project. This means that I have to search for the export folders again and again, because they are no longer stored in the document. This slows down the work considerably. 😞 So I ask you to fix this error. I have tried several times in the last couple of months to install and run Photoshop 2026.  I have completely uninstalled it each time before trying again.  I did find and delete an old folder from Photoshop 2021 in C:\[User]\AppData/Roaming, and then rebooted my computer.  Still no luck.Is there a log I can upload that would identify what the issue is?By the way, Windows 11 is current on updates.Thanks for any advice.

There are three layers in the image. Is there any way to convert this layers into three PNG images in one go?. I know to do one by one but I want altogether in a single shot  

I use Photoshop every single day professionally, and the new “Fill and Expand” model has been a major downgrade in every way I have tried to use it.For context, 100% of my usage with Gen Fill does not use any text prompting at all, just whatever info is available nearby in the image.Firefly 3 struggles with some things, but Fill and Expand’s blending, textures, and nearby comprehension are often awful and unusable.Since the new update, every time I open a new image Gen Fill defaults to that new model, rather than remembering my switch to Firefly 3 as it has in previous updates. Is there a new setting somewhere I can change that? I’ve looked and cant seem to find anything, but it’s very annoying.

The issue persists. Photoshop still crashes when saving PSD files, and JPEG files are saved corrupted and won’t open. This has happened repeatedly, even after retrying. I have urgent work pending. Please provide a fix.

I have a vector path logo in a PSD file to be printed for t-shirts. When I “export paths to Illustrator” Photoshop creates an AI file, no problem.When I open the AI file, nothing is there, including nothing showing in the paths tab.I have done a fill on the path, made copies of the path & made sure I was on the right path, etc., everything I can think of to make the AI file anything other than completely blank, but with no luck.I have made a PDF, SVG, etc. for the printer, but he says he can’t use those now & needs an AI file. I don’t have Illustrator now to test, but nothing looks wrong in Photoshop & it was a ton of work & all other formats seem OK except AI, but at this point I’m desperate to get anything other than a completely blank AI file. 

hii updated from sonoma to sequoia and it failed so hard, because my thumbnail previews in finder are only showing a generic PS icon. in sonome i had all thumbnail previews of TIFF, JPG and .PSB layer files correctly displayed in finder. (also in bridge, at least, it shows some tiffs and jpgs but not psb thumbnail previews like in sonomal) is there any workaround? the quick look plugin by john ellis doesnt work anymore, i bought it for previous systems and it worked 100% so i will create a bootable sonoma stick, roll back to sonoma and migrate my last sonoma TM backup. any creative, who is dependent on thumbnail previews in finder or bridge: please dont upgrade to sequoia  thanks for help

Hi,It's been about ten years since we lost thumbnail previews for .PSB files in the Finder on Mac.Throughout all these years, this issue has NEVER been resolved! Fortunately, we were able to find plugins to compensate for this lack (thanks John R. Ellis).But these plugins no longer work with recent versions of the OS (15.X, etc.).Will you finally take action to fix this thumbnail display issue that has been going on for years?Professional photo retouchers work with large files and cannot save in PSD format. PSB is essential, and we no longer have any thumbnail previews.Thank you!

I work with large number of psb files and finding something has suddenly become an awful problem.  I had a nice plugin that created icon previews (psb quicklook) but it doesn't work with Sequoia 15 and the deweloper does forsee upgrading.   Anyone out there have a suggestion?  Locating files has become a nightmare.  Thanks, :0nga

After removing the background, the export window is unavailable. Does Photoshop not support the JPG format?😁 

This image shows the highlight as it appears when I am in the program, and what happens when I exit the program but leave it open. :I am worried about screen burn in.How do you turn this highlighted effect off? Is there a way to edit that whole bar? I’ve used this program for 25 years and I don’t need this, if I need to Explore Tutorials I can find them.

Using Photoshop 27.3.1. Used File>Scripts>Load Files Into Stack. In the dialogue box I clicked on Browse, and located two photo files (.psd format)I clicked on them and clicked OK. I checked “Attempt to Automatically Align Source Images. Clicked OK. The images successfully stacked. However all of the SINGLE ADJUSTMENTS LAYERS grayed out and could not be used.  This is not supposed to happen. I tried again. This time I opened the two .psd files into my photography workspace. Then I selected File>Scripts>Load Files Into Stack. I then clicked on “Add Open Files” and the box for auto alignment. This time, the files successfully stacked and now the Single Adjustment layers remained white and available to use.   Weird bug. 

In my photoshop under raw filter AI is not working many time i have got the problem

The preview function is not working. The preview checkbox is selected. I've tested the preview for levels and it is working there.

I would love to be able to tun off the brush outline, while painting it can really get in the way especially using brushes that have a wide range of size using pen pressure. It makes a huge outline and small marks. I would love to be able to turn down the opacity ideally, from 0 to 100. 

Hello,In Adobe applications, the sidebar (the one at the top of the windows) only works when I click on the top-left corner. I can’t move the windows by dragging from the center or the right side anymore, which is what I usually do.It’s quite frustrating. How can I fix this?Thank you very much.

I have recently updated to Photoshop CC and can no longer save files to ico format. In CS6 I had a plugin from this website: http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/ but they don't have anything for CC listed yet. I tried to drag that plugin into the CC plugin folder and it didn't seem to change anything, restarted Photoshop and the machine as well.Does anyone know if there is a new plugin out there. I used google and couldn't find anything, maybe I'm searching for the wrong words. Any help on this would be appreciated, I need to make a little more than 300 icons this month for my companies product and don't want to have to install CS6 back on the machine.

Hello,Here's my problem:I open Photoshop (27.4) on Windows 11 I open a PSD file I create a layer I double-click on it / I open "Layer Style" via the top menu And error message : I don't understand why this is based on a “smart object” because I have the same problem with a regular layer.I reinstalled this version of Photoshop, installed the latest update for my graphics card with NVIDIA App, restarted the PC, uninstalled Photoshop to reinstall the previous version (27.3.1)But nothing works

I keep getting this Error 11 message.  I have shut down and rebooted my Macbook Pro 2023  (M2 Pro,  Sequia 15.5)  and cannot make it work.

Is the font or text size slightly different  in the Canvas size window compared to the image size window. It just doesn't feel like it matches the rest of the UI anymore, is it just me? 

I'm trying to resize my image by 25%, but when I try it goes to 99,9%.When I try resizing by pixels it won't do that at all.I have Resample checked.I have been working with Photoshop for 30 years and have never had any problem with this.
