Funciona normalmente si desactivo el procesador gráfico pero me ralentiza algunos procesos.

I’m trying to create a half-drop pattern and need the Offset filter to work properly. However, when I use Offset on a smart object, the smart object gets cropped.I need it to stop cropping so I can create the pattern correctly. It seems like a bug, because if I manually move the smart object outside the canvas, it doesn’t crop. It only crops when I use Offset. Any suggestions on how to fix this. 

I have a question, how to practically work with Paint Bucket tool.  For example here, I have the outline and I would like it to change to black. However it is not capable to change it smoothly. Usually I don't have the advantage of being it on seperate layer for color overlay.   

Hi All,Do not append “copy” … NOT working! - Do not add “copy” checked – still one copy added to file name every time.- Do not add “copy”  unchecked – copy copy (twice) added to file name. I tried it with "Legacy Save As" on and off – no difference. All that only when using an action I made: save as > PNG > save > closeWhen saving as manually / without action it works.I made sure the action reflects exactly the manual process Any ideas? (PS latest version / 24.1.1)Thanks

how do I get rid of photoshop 2026 home screen? 

There seems to be a new bug(?) when pasting objects in layers from InDesign to Photoshop. When I have objects on certain layers and I paste it into Photoshop, for some reason the layers get reversed.I’m including screenshots of a test showing the pink text is infront of the green text in InDesign, and when pasted into Photoshop as a vector graphic, the layers getting reverse. The only way to resolve it is to group the items in InDesign which I prefer not to do as it adds yet one more step.I use this function a lot and it’s the first time I’ve come across it.I tried a copy/paste from Illustrator 30.5.1 to Photoshop using the same idea and I didn’t experience the same problem.InDesign 21.4.1Photoshop 27.8.0Mac Mini 2024 - Sequoia 15.7.4 

I used shortcut to set color on background but it didn't work. It didn't error. It just simply didn't work. I seriously need help. 🥺

Layers not showing up in web photoshop at all in any projects 

I tried to write letters and numbers like d01f22 into color picker hex field but it kept erroring and I hear a sound like "beep". I don't know what to do please help me

I updated to Photoshop 27.8 today and am encountering an issue where the layers panel is recording multiple steps for a script despite that script using activeDocument.suspendHistory() to collapse everything to one step. Specifically, the script runs an action on each selected layer, so the history panel shows “Action: Action name” for each selected layer, plus the suspended history name. I don’t remember what it used to say when actions were run, but not that, and there’d definitely only be one step if suspend history was used. Okay, after typing that I figured out the issue. There’s a new setting called “Create a single history state” under Actions > Playback options. Turning that off restored my preferred behavior. I’m still going to post this though, because for anyone who does like this new behavior, it still seems like a bug to have it override .suspendHistory()

l am using Photoshop 27.8 with Windows 11 on my Lenovo Thinkbook 2025 which currently can not process RAW files after editing. When output of files is clicked to process, an icon pops up showing that an error occurred and needs to close. It also says that an error report has been generated asking whether “send report” to help them analyze the cause of the problem and explore solutions. l did have installed an older version 22.2 which works fine without any problem, but the version 27.7 is not. Is there anyone who can tell me what led to the error and how it can be resolved?

The grid lines when cropping are almost impossible to see on a light background picture. My eyesight is not what it was, I need the lines to be a darker colour. How to achieve this please?

When I am/was trying to add audio, I am getting “DynamicLink is not available”. When I am/was trying to generate video “Media Encoder” is grayed out. It happened once. Then after probably (don’t remember entire chain of events) I un-installed Photoshop beta and Photoshop was updated, the issues has been resolved on it is own. I put my clips aside for a couple of weeks, but when I get back to them now, I am getting the same message. I updated Photoshop - it did not resolve the issue.   What I know so far about the issue. All files that was mentioned before Trace database, dynamiclinkmanager etc moved to other directories. I renamed all of them plus Media Cached Files - it did not help. The issue is that if I open old clip that has audio OR trying to add audio to a new file, I can see in Task Manager that Dynamic Link Manager is trying to run, but get suspe

With the rectangle tool I created a rectangle. After like 15 minutes of not working in Photoshop and not changing anything at all the “Live Shape Control”, which shows you handles to stretch the rectangle or round the corners, was not appearing anymore.When looking into the properties I also don’t find any settings that I can change (I attached screenshots of a “working” rectangle and the “corrupted” rectangle).How can I repair the corrupted rectangle and make the “Live Shape Control” and the property settings available again? I don't have much experience with script programming in Photoshop yet. So i have a question to the script professionells.A image was send via “Edit in Photoshop” from Lightroom Classic to Photoshop.After doing the appropriate changes and editing I like to save and send back the image back to Lightroom with the same name as the original file and in the same folder.. Normally i click on Photoshop’s menu File - Save. I try to do thi with an action or a script.All attempts so far have failed. Either the user is prompted for a filename, or the photo is saved without such a prompt—but in the wrong directory, as no corresponding query was issued.My question is how can I simulate the function of the click on File-Save on an image that came from Lightroom.   I’m on Windows 11 and use Photoshop 27.7 and Lightroom 15.3.1

I optimized my images, but the file sizes are still heavy and affecting page speed. What export settings or formats do you recommend for better web performance?

I have a Mac Mini with M1 chip. I’ve been using Photoshop without any issues until a couple of days ago. I have been doing frequent edits using the remove button on specific selections without issue. Now, however, when clicking the remove button I get the error message, “Can't use the Removal Tool because your system is running Rosetta.”  I do not understand why this is suddenly an issue and have been unable to find a solution. I’ve seen the Get Info solution from posts from a few years ago, but there is no such option for disabling or unchecking open with Rosetta for me. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling without success. The only potentially relevant change I can think of is that the Mac OS updated to Tahoe 26.2 this week. The Activity Monitor lists the Photoshop app as Intel, which has been indicated as an issue, but this was not a problem until a few days ago, and, regardless, I can’t figure out how to download a different version in Creative Cloud.  My Images have a larger background than the image. Its not the canvas, that I know how to change, but each image that I open, has a much larger background (see screenshot) This problem is new after asking AI about something else, it told me to reset things, and restart Photoshop and I’ve been plagued by various problems. This is the last one, the others I’ve solved. I need the images that I open or “NEW” to revert to same dimensions as the image, instead of this very large background. Not sure what it is called.  

When I try to create a path from selection, it interpolates the pixels as intended. Is there a way to select the pixel squares specifically as squares rather than it interpolating the pixels? 

I upgraded to Photoshop 2025, and now my swatch library is gone; also, the legacy swatches are not the legacy swatches I'm used to.When I upgraded Photoshop, I clicked the button to restore/keep all previous settings.I need to get my swatch library back. Swatches are labeled and organized with it's own title and name for each swatch.Also, I prefer the old swatch library with the gradients and patterns with a good selection of colors. Updated my OS and now Adobe Creative Suite doesn’t seem to work. Photoshop will not load at all and says broken. Have tried uninstalling but now cannot re-install.
