Whilst trying to open Premire Pro (version 25.5) i just get hit with application error 0xc0000142. I am using Windows 10 on a HP Envy x360. 

Using Premiere Pro version 25.5 with Sonoma 14.4. When I try using the import module and select folders to import, why don't they import as bins? They just come in as loose clips into the project panel, meaning that I have to recreate bins. Am I missing a work around? Do I need to update OS? Thanks for any help! Pam  

I recently have been diving into the color managment settings to correctly display color/luminence on my OSX /studio display for web uploads, and while setting my program display to 1.96(QT) and using a QT comp LUT on the exports seems to work for my exports, I just went to change my sequence frame size from 4096x2160 to 3840x2160 and in the process it once again made everything brighter in my program monitor.  Before/after and screenshot of my color managment settings. What gives?

Working with footage from C70 camera shot today with C-LOG-3 and cine gamut. Shot with HEVC 10 bit 4:2:0 (Full Range). Interpreting the color space as such and everything looks fine. Go to export it for review via Frame IO - notice that media encoder completely ignores the color space and reverts back to the CLOG3 footage. Only when I switch to Software Encoding does the render look right. Hardware encoding does not respect the color space change. I reinstalled the latest Nvidia driver - no change. My sequence color space is Rec 709 - auto tone map is off. Using Tetrahedral as my 3d lut interpolation, viewer gamma 2.2 (web).My computerPremiere 25.1.0 (Build 73)i9 13900K128GB RAMRTX 4070 12GB RAM NVIDIA Driver: 566.36

I'm editing using the most recent version of Premiere on the most recent version of OSX. I'm working with two other editors who have the same versions of Premiere and OSX as me. We have been importing sequences/project files back and forth for several months, and we didn't realize that this was causing the master clips from each sequence to create duplicates of themselves upon each import from one project file on one editor's computer to another. When we realized it was happening, it caused an organizational nightmare, and we didn't know how to fix it. After reading through this guide: Reuse clips and work across multiple projects | Adobe Premiere Pro CC tutorials I think we've figured out how to prevent dupes going forward. HOWEVER, we have a huge number of duplicate clips that we can't get rid of now. If we delete one dupe master clip, it deletes itself on whatever timeline it's been used with. We will lose our work if we delete any of our master clips.My question is: is there a way

Issue: Hold down the Shift key and try to adjust the end or start point of an audio cross-fade transition. If you take it too far, rather than just having the fade exist on one single clip, it warns that it's about to be cleared. Image Explanation: (the tooltip didn't show up in the screen-record, but it said "Transition will be cleared" when the cursor changes)There is sufficient media on both sides, and this both happens with both through-edits and not.This new bug seems to have been introduced with the implementation of multiple audio transition editing. It seems like an unhelpful, unintended side-effect that was overlooked.For sure, if the transition becomes 0s in duration on both sides, auto-clearing would be great. But when I'm specifically only trimming one end of a single transition with the Shift key, I want the transition to stay there and there's no reason for it to be cleared and removed.Can you please fix? HI all, enhance speech seems not working. It just stays stuck in 0% downloading.  I also tried to apply enhancing in a just a few seconds clip, but still no result.  After the final update, it just never worked. Finally i tried a few things i read in some other posts, but nothing.   

Good afternoon,I have an issue with rendering in Premiere Pro. After i've work on the project i render it and save it afterwards (before closing the program). After rendering the whole project is green. Once i restart Premiere (let's say the next day) some parts, after loading the project, are yellow or red again. What is the problem and how can i solve it? Thanks in advance.

i have a previously installed premier pro on the drive E: but the HDD external E: failed and i cant install premier pro on any other drive it just says "installation failed" i have tried uninstalling premier pro through the uninstaller but it didnt work so i used CCleaner but now even though i re-installed creative cloud its still not installing, im thinking its a registry problem as anything that wasnt on that hardrive still installs.

Hi everyone,I’m really stuck with something and it’s driving me crazy. I have a long timeline with all of my dailies for an ongoing project, many hours long. Whenever I try to export even a very small selection (via In/Out), Premiere forces a “Rendering Required Audio Files” process that appears to go through the entire timeline, not just the portion I’m exporting. It does this every single time I export, even if: I made no audio changesI already exported the sequence yesterdayI’m only exporting a few seconds It looks like Premiere is regenerating audio previews for everything before it will allow the export to start. This adds anywhere from 15–30 minutes (or more) of wasted render time before the export even begins. Screenshot example attached, showing only a few seconds selected, yet Premiere renders the entire sequence’s audio first. I do not understand why this is happening:Are audio previews being invalidated constantly?Is Premiere requiring audi

Thank you for responding, I have a project that was shot on ZCAM E2 F6 at 6K Raw, Premiere is not recognizing the files for imports even after I have downloaded and installed the plugin ZCAM provides. It does recognize and are able to import the proxy files but not the raw. Hopefully there's a solution from your side

Good morning!After the latest Adobe Premiere update, my editing became a living hell.I've already disabled all possible AI features.Every time I click on the timeline, the hard drive starts working, and it takes between 1 and 3 minutes for it to return to my control.I get the impression that Premiere gets lost in some internal routine.This only happens when I have more than one video track.When working with a single video track, Premiere runs normally, but if I add another video or a simple adjustment layer, it freezes.I follow all the requirements for Premiere to work properly, and it still freezes.I have all the updated video codecs installed on my PC.original PT-BR:Bom Dia ! Our archival producer asked for one, unified EDL of the archival in our latest cut. In Premeire 24.6.8 (Build 3), I couldn't find a way to export one unified EDL that included all the video & audio layers, so I had to export an FCP XML, bring it into DaVinci Resolve, and let Resolve create the EDL.  Unfortunately, the FCP XML that Premiere exported is 24 FPS, even though our edit sequence is definitely 23.976 FPS, so all the Source TC is wrong.  Is this a bug?

For some reson my project panel always opens up on the right and not in the saved workspace location. I have to move it every project. is there something i'm missing?

When I open a video file in Adobe Premiere Pro and play it in the Source Monitor, the timecode doesn’t match what I see in PotPlayer (or any regular media player).For example, at 1:06:09 in Premiere’s Source panel, a certain frame or scene is visible — but if I go to the same timestamp (1:06:09) in PotPlayer, the video shows an earlier part of the scene (a few seconds behind).So Premiere’s source monitor seems slightly ahead of the actual video playback compared to other players.Why is there a mismatch between Premiere’s source timecode and the real playback time in PotPlayer, and how can I make Premiere show the same timing as the original file?

If I start a project using Adobe Premiere Pro on my Windows 11 desktop, and I back it up on OneDrive and delete the original project on the desktop, can I work with the Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 again if I drag it to the desktop, or another section on the local drive in Windows 11? Thank you for your help.Chris

I have created a Premiere Pro project and with an ajdustment layer as a template to edit ecommerce catwalk videos. This is so that all of my team can use the same project to edit videos across multiple different iMacs and Macbooks.All machines are running the same operating system and Premiere Pro version with identical project and sequence settings however the video looks noticeably different on my computer (M2 Pro Macbook Pro) vs the iMacs (intel based) both in the software and export. Interestingly, it looks the same on all the intel based machines which makes me think it's a hardware thing.I'm certain it's not a screen calibration issue if anyone suggests this, the attached screenshot shows the difference in the exported video played on my Macbook screen. The LUT I've used is the standard Sony>Rec709 and if it makes any difference the Template Project was created on my Macbook.Any help would be much appreciated, I'm losing my marbles over this.Screenshot (left is M2 Pro Macbook,

What way(s) can I  make an indoor audio from one clip match to an outdoor clip?   Trying to make the indoor clip sound like it is outside to match the other clip.  Is there a shortcut to it?  

Após a transcrição do vídeo, há a necessidade de correção das legendas.No momento em que está digitando a legenda, os botões de atalho ficam ativados. Vou corrigir a palavra e aperto a tecla "O" a função Mark Out é ativada e para de legendar.Ao digitar a letra "i" a função Mark In é ativada.As letras U, M, A, e outras tbm ativam suas funções durante a edição da legenda do vídeo. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente o premiere pro e os bugs continuam. 

Hi All!. I have a new Google Pixel 9 Pro that has the ability of take photos with HDR, and they looks amazing! I have editing in HDR in Premiere Pro several years, and all my videos are produced in HDR, so when tried to import a JPEG with gain map in Premiere the result is a SDR version of it 😞 Even Photoshop isn´t recognize the gain map! There is any chance of import these JPEG HDR in Premiere pro? And yes, I can "force" a still image to HLG via Color, but the conversion from SDR to HDR is not really good and the photos looks artificial. Thanks!

Is there a way to change the Icon View for Portrait Videos? The Thumbnails stays in Landscape mode which takes a lot of empty space to the left and right of the clips.Added a reference image for better understanding!TIA!

I never got an email that my backups were not being saved to the creative cloud anymore, so I hope this post helps. Adobe should have sent out alert emails. This is kind of a big deal. There was just a fire in my building and thankfully I didn't lose everything.
