I'm trying to edit some clips I shot in ProRes with my Ninja V in Premiere Pro and I'm using Windows.  I downloaded and installed the ProRes driver the error messages in Premiere referred me to twice now, restarted my computer, and my project settings are set for the CUDA Mercury Playback Engine.  It hasn't changed anything.  The clips show up as blue in my bin and if I drag one of them into my timeline I continue to get the error messages.  Any ideas how to correct this?

A Mac OS error is displayed when I try to open PP: ""Adobe Premiere Pro 2025.app” is damaged and can’t be opened."I updated to v25.2 last week and everything was working fine. Today it produced this error (I didn't try to use it yesterday). I am now updated to 25.2.1. The error message appears a couple of seconds after clicking the icon in my dock. I have rebooted the computer AND I have uninstalled PP and reinstalled the latest version and rebooted again. No effect. My system is:MBP M4 Max 16"128GB4TB SSDOS Sequoia 15.3.2 CC is fully updated as at Tuesday 8th April 2025, 10.14AM BST Never had any problems like this before. I have not updated or changed any software or drivers beyond Mac OS and Adobe CC regular updates since it was last working fine. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

I have two audio sources in my project. I had one of the audio sources transcribed so I can edit the video via transcript. However, the transcript keeps jumping around everywhere, making it impossible to keep my place and make edits. Follow active monitor is turned off, auto-scroll is off. I’m not sure what is going on. I am new to Premier Pro.

Hello,On the Premiere Pro 2023 version, I am experiencing high memory usage. There's about 3 TB of footage/photos/music in my project...the memory usage will grow to be as much as 100GB. This issue has been replicated onto a new laptop. My previous laptop of 16GB, would crash while working on my project. I haven't experienced a crash yet on the new laptop, but the memory usage is still going very high. Please, let me know if I can provide any other information to help find a solution to this. Laptop specs - Macbook Pro i7 CPU 32GB RAM M1. 

Hi,I'm using AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, 32 Gb RAM, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU, Premier Pro v22.5. I have followed all instruction from Adobe : https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/prores-raw-support-adobe-video-applications.htmlBut Premiere Pro still does not decode ProRes Raw files on import. Also tested on Premiere Pro beta v23.0 with the same result.Is there any solution ?

I’m running into a ProRes RAW decoding issue on Win 11 and hoping someone has answers.My setup: RTX 3070 as primary, AMD integrated graphics, all drivers up to date. ProRes RAW won't decode in Premiere unless I go into Device Manager and disable the AMD integrated graphics. Once I do that, everything works fine.Problem is, my USB-C external monitor runs through the integrated GPU. So disabling it to edit ProRes RAW means I lose my second display. Not really a workable fix for daily editing.Is Adobe aware of this? Any plans to fix it, or a setting I'm missing that lets me force ProRes RAW to decode on a specific GPU? From what I've found searching around, this issue has been out there for years.Also posting the workaround here in case anyone else lands on this thread: disable your integrated graphics in Device Manager and ProRes RAW should decode normally.

Is there an FCP XML schema element that forces a single-clip mono master on import for a  multichannel source, or is the on-disk channel layout authoritative?3. So since i want to use Premiere Pro on the move I want to download it on my MacBook Air 13 2015. For that I need Premiere Pro 2022 since it doesnt support newer versions. Can somebody help me out and provide me with a download link?  

OS: Windows. Premeire Pro: v 26.2.2UXP Developer Tools: v 2.2.1Adobe Media Encoder: v26.2.2 When using EncodeManager the property isAMEInstalled returns false even when Media Encoder is installed. I have used the cleaner tool to clean up the Apps and reinstalled Premeire, UXP development tool. I can launch Adobe Media Encoder and it launches successfully. I can also manually export videos from Premeire Pro using the “Export” button. The button “Send to Media Encoder” is clickable - meaning Premeire Recognizes that Media ENcoder is present. But I still get isAMEInstalled as false.

Hello everyone, I recently started working with Adobe Premiere Pro again and I’m having an issue with my old masking workflow that no longer works. Background:I recently rebuilt my PC (new CPU, motherboard, GPU, clean Windows install). Since then, I can’t recreate a workflow that used to work perfectly before. My old workflow: Static image on V1 Video overlay (e.g. rain, fog, light effects) on V2 Blend mode (e.g. Multiply / Screen / Overlay) Then I used Opacity Masks to draw a custom mask directly on the overlay, so the effect was only visible in specific areas of the image  The problem: The mask tools (Pen / Ellipse / Rectangle) either don’t appear or don’t work as expected Masks don’t affect the overlay anymore Even when a mask is created, it doesn’t clip or limit the effect like it used to This happens with simple image + overlay projects as well  What I already tried: Reset Premiere Pro preferences New project and new sequence GPU acceleration ON (Mercury Playback Engine GPU) Diffe

How do I put something on the Reference side in Comparison view? The internet says Window / Reference Monitor but I don’t have that option in PP 2026 for Mac.

So I’m having an issue with my adobe premiere pro and when I go to multi cam it gives me this invert false color on my screen I just got a POWERSPEC G731 with 32gb ram ttb ssd and my graphics card is NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 5060 Ti. I’m not sure if it is my computer that’s not responding to the color or if it’s my premiere pro that’s making it do this.PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN !  This is showing up on my windows pc but on my MacBook I don’t have this issue.

Bonjour,  J’ai un problème avec Premiere pro (dernière version 26.2.2). Ca ne s’ouvre tout simplement pas.  Des que je clique pour démarrer, une fenêtre noire s’ouvre, et puis disparait après 3 à 6 secondes. Photoshop fonctionne, c’est seulement premiere pro.  J’ai desinstallé les plugins, désinstaller, réinstaller, éteins mon pc, fait les mise à jour, vider les caches et réinitialiser premiere, rien ne fontionne.   Est-ce que vous auriez une idée de ce que c’est ? Merci. 

Hi,We’re working on a Transmit plugin for Premiere (26.2.2 Build 3, macOS) , and it turns out that a Cross Dissolve effect, applied to fade-in a part of the picture (from black to full content over a couple seconds) instantly displays the final part of the picture, without showing the gradual alpha transition from black to the final picture.Turns out the same happens with the “NDI output” Transmit plugin. However, the “Blackmagic Playback” Transmit plugin properly displays the same project with the correct fade-in transition correctly, gradually going from black to the full picture.Is there some part of the Transmit plugin API that controls this, and that we’re missing? Perhaps a specific video format must be used for the final rendering to contain the fade-in transition? We’re using `PrPixelFormat_BGRA_4444_8u`, but I have tried several other formats, including v210, with seemingly the same results. Perhaps some of the suites from the API must be used to request this?Thanks.

where did the masks functions move in the latest update? I need to create custom shape masks, not just cropping - - and that option seems to have disappeared. 

I have footage shot across 2 phones and a GoPro.When going abroad, the filenames are labelled according to local time, but the ‘Creation Date’ saves according to my home’s time (London, BST). For example: filming at 16:35 in Germany creates a file called “20260426_163508.mp4” with the Creation Date 26/04/2026 15:32 …This, however, does not happen with the GoPro, which saves the files according to local time (in this example, 16:35)So the goal is: I want to change all the ‘Created/Capture’ times from phone media by 1 hour, so I can sort and filter everything chronologically in Premiere.I cannot sort/filter by filename, because GoPros save with a different naming convention unrelated to DDMMYYYY_HHMMSSI tried using Adobe Bridge – firstly, the time there is off by another hour for some reason (now 14:35) so that’s weird. Now I try to to shift the Date Created by 2 hours. It then looks correct (the Date Created matches the filename) in Bridge, but this then not updated in Premiere Pro:In P

When you made the new mask tools in Premier did you work with any actual editors or did you just throw a load of garbage in that engineers thought was cool?

I have choppy drone footage (shot with DJI Air 2S) because I haven't mastered flying the drone. It has stop, starts, moves fast, moves slow. Will Adobe AI help with the project?

I have a Logitech MX Master mouse that I use on a Windows 11 computer.I'm having an issue with Premiere where a panel installed by Logitech’s mouse software keeps appearing in every project I open. If I close it, it reappears after a short time.I’ve try every suggestionssolve this problem, but non of them work for me.It's extremely annoying and gets in the way of Premiere's functions.Any tips?
