I recently moved all my media to a different drive on the same computer. I got the relink dialog pop up box as I expected and after linking the first one premiere automatically found the others as expected. The project opened normally and I thought everything was fine. However, I saved the project and closed it. Later I reopened the project and noticed a progress bar in the upper right corner and premiere was barely useable/nearly frozen while this progress bar was going. I opened it and it says "relinking media." THIS IS NOT THE SAME AS THE POP UP relink media box. There are probably a hundred or more clips and this takes about 40 minutes to an hour for this to finish every time I open the project.  After opening but before the "relinking media" finishes I also checked media file properties. Many of the videos still show the old location for the video and the proxy. This makes me think Premiere pro is not saving the new location even after saving the project several tim

Hi, Just upgraded to Mac Mini M4 and PPro 25.5.0.  I get constant pop up windows "Sorry, an error occurred."  "An error report has been generated."  etc.  I don't notice anything happening with the program when this occurs.  (There's usually one that pops up shortly after opening PPro; periodically others appear.)  I click "Send report" and continue working.  Still, this is unsettling: what is going on?  Is there a problem I don't see?  Thanks

I have been using premiere pro for months with no issues. Last week I made a video for work and it worked perfectly. Monday I go to start a new project and upload my files, and they all appear washed out. Im uploading 4k videos from my iPhone as I've done for every other project. Even plugging in old video files it does the same thing. I tried overriding the colour to every type reccomended online and nothing worked. I'm so confused because nothing has changed with my computer since last week, it should be working the same as it was. Does anyone know what's going on? Thank you!!

I've been using 15.3.2 on Mac Studio M1 Max. Between projects and was considering upgrading. Anybody have issues? (with 15.5 and PP 25 🤣)

I recently had an unusual notice in Premiere's Events panel (turned out I simply had a corrupt PNG in an animation I was exporting). While I was debugging the issue, it would have been helpful if I could have copied the report to a text file, but there appears to be no way to copy text from the Events panel. That led me on a search for the event log file itself in hopes that it was a text-friendly file, but I can't find it. Any suggestions? Thanks. Premiere Pro 24.1, Windows 11

Hi there, i cannot hear or export audio that i put on Track 3 and 4 - in a sequence using the broadcaste 25i 6 Mono Template.The audio is there, i can see it and I can see the amplitude and if I move it to another track i can hear and export it. What is wrong? Can anybody please help?Silvia

Hi! I am trying to find all instances of nested footage in a cut. Is there a way to command-F all nests?  Relatedly, is there a command to bring contents of the nested footage into the main timeline, or is that a manual job?  Thank you!

Resulta que trabajo haciendo resumenes de eventos en video, a los que le pongo musica a veces en wav aveces en mp3. El problema es que al querer exportar me tira error. Solamente me exporta cuando elimino el audio de la pista de audio. Lo que me hace pensar que es algun problema con la incorporacion de audios. A alguien le pasa? Tengo W10, Premiere Pro 2025 y trabajo con una notebook asus rog strix, con amd ryzen 9 7000 series y una RTX 4070

It seems that the standard bin view is "icon view" which i rarely use. That means for example when I say "Reveal sequence in project" the bin is opened as icon view.Also when i open my project or recall one of my workspaces the project window switches to "icon view", i always have to recall my own bin view (list mode and wirth preview window) afterwards. How do I set a standard bin view? (PP 25 and 24)

Is it possible to remove default audio track indicators, such as keyframe and sync, while only displaying the 'S' (Solo) and 'M' (Mute) options?I’ve tried dragging them out of the box, but nothing happens; I can only rearrange them. I would like to have just the audio track name, along with the Solo and Mute options, even when I resize the track height.  

Hi producer occasionally editing asking this question so apologies if it's dumb/ obvious We have a workflow for post production of a multicam studio show whereby we bring in a line cut plus isolated feeds of each camera to fix/ assist with edits when cutting the show down to time- approx 5 separate camera feeds + the line cut I take an initial pass to bring the show to length and then an editor jumps in on a Team Project to polish up (this is theoretically quicker than me doing a 'paper edit') THE QUESTION: is there any way I can avoid working with all the feeds and make a sequence editing *only* the line cut feed and then he/ I can 'convert' that edit into a multicam later (to avoid me having to work with so many large files etc.)? Thanks FYI we are using Premiere Pro 2024

I am using the latest Premiere Pro with Sequoia 15.7.1 I have a wav file in the sequence and it plays fine. I can hear it. I have it synced to about 20 clips. Then, I do an operation, like transcribe the audio file, and it continues to play but I can't hear it. I have to quit and restart premiere and then I can hear it again. This happens over and over. The last time I restarted the program, I can't hear the wav file at all. Any ideas on why this is happening and what I can do? Thanks!

Hey y'all In my script all I do is create a list of all bin items, change their name with some string concatenation, create a list of all files on disk, compare the two lists, apply labels in PP based on file names... however iterating through these is very slow, takes 2-3 seconds per file. This is on the fully maxed out M3 Ultra mac Studio, so the hardware is not the problem and every software is the latest version. Is there a way to profile the script to see which node takes so long, or what would be your suggestion to solve this?Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm running windows 11, on  premiere version 25.5. System Model Z690 AERO G DDR4Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13400F, 2500 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 96.0 GBGPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Rendering a video preview in file format 'I-Frame Only MPEG' causes media pending errors where I use a transition in the timeline. I've got Maximum Bit Depth, Maximum Render Quality, Composite in Linear Colour checked. If my file format is anything else this doesn't happen.  I can use the trick to enable and disable the footage to fix this everytime, but it's not a great sollution.  Any advice would be useful, as I'd prefer to preview my footage in this file format.  Thank you,

I think the feature that changed the mouse wheel action in the program window from frame scrolling to zooming is the worst update ever.I've been using this program for over 16 years, and I’ve been able to adapt to every other update—but this one is really hard to get used to. It feels like my working time has doubled.Is there really no way to enable frame scrolling again, even through a combination with other modifier keys like Command, Shift, or Control?When you spend all day working, even reducing a single click or a small cursor movement can make a big difference in overall efficiency

Forgive me if this is a feature already, but if it is I haven't found it. Whenever I'm recording something using the voice over feature, I have to physically turn down my speakers because there's no way to turn off audio monitoring. I know I could use headphones, but even then there's a 1 second-ish delay in the monitor audio, so I have to turn the volume down anyway because I can't talk with that kind of delay lol. I'm on Windows 10 using the latest version of Premiere.

He montado un proyecto corto, de menos de 2 minutos, y, cuando ya lo tenía casi acabado, de pronto el audio distorsiona horriblemente.Con cualquiera que le ponga pasa lo mismo. He hecho pruebas con los mismos audios en nuevos proyectos de prueba, y se oyen bien.No sé qué he podido hacer en la secuencia, básicamente tiene sólo varias transiciones de disolución cruzada, y de pasar a blanco.Gracias por la ayuda, un saludo.

Eu utilizo a transcrição automática do Adobe Premiere Pro para legendar vídeos automaticamente e funciona até que bem. Eu faço a correção ortográfica a partir da transcrição pois quando gero as legendas, elas já são geradas com as devidas correções. I problema é que depois das últimas atualizações, a fonte da transcrição, que antes aumentava quando iríamos fazer a edição, dexou de aumentar automaticamente, se mantendo pequena e forçando muito a visão quando preciso trabalhar em vídeos muito longos. Existe alguma maneira de resolver esse problema?

I am thrilled to start playing with the Premiere mobile app, but can find ZERO support on how to open an exported project from the mobile app on the desktop app.1. In the mobile app, I have a project with 5 clips. I've done some basic trimming to the clips, that is all. I hit Export to "Premiere desktop (beta)" and get a success.2. I go to my Creative Cloud app, files tab > projects, and sure enough I see the project! 5 clips and a project file. Mission success.3. When I open Premiere Pro (beta) and select "open project" and navigate to the "cloud media" folder (Adobe > Premiere Pro (beta) > 25.5 > Cloud Media) no files show up whatsoever.4. Back in Creative Cloud app, files tab > projects I download all the clips and project files (a painstaking process in itself — first have to "move" all of the files from the "projects" folder into the "files" folder because no download options exist in "projects").5. Hello everyone, I am using PP 25.5 and AB 1.1.012. When I use "set media path of project item (X) to (create text with (newpath) (filename))" and I run this on my entire project the media is now in a "media pending" state until I close the project and reopen it. Is there another step I should do within my AB script to force or trigger the new path that got fed into the files?
