Questions

Hi,   I'm new to using Adobe but have experience with a competitors product.  When I add text comment,  I can't resize or move it.  The icons appear in the borders to do both, but nothing happens when I try to resize the box or move the comment. What am I doing wrong. Thanks Beth

So I've used multi-cam a million times before. This is my first time on newest update. For whatever reason, The cameras will not switch. Normally if I click on the camera view that I want (while in the multi-cam viewer), It will switch the camera for me. Whether I am playing or paused, this always worked. Now, The yellow outline will not switch or select new cameras for me at all. What has changed and What went wrong? Attached is a screen shot of how I synched the clips.

Hi all,  I am working on a doc that was already being edited but due to poor media management we are rebuilding the project. They used prosumer cameras so I had to modify the file names to include the dates when they were shot (so if the old name was "C0001.MP4" the new name is "C0001_250701.MP4"). I then created a new Production and brought in all the files with modified names there.  I am now trying to take the stringouts that were made with old file names in the old project and convert them to match back to source clips with dated names.  What I have been trying to do is export an EDL of the sequence, then convert the EDL into a CSV, edit the file names so that they match the dated names, then convert back to EDL and bring into Premiere.  This works fine in onlining the sequence with new, dated names, however what happens is that Premiere creates duplicates of the sources when I import the EDL. My Adobe Premiere (version 25.3) freezes everytime I open a project, doesn't matter the size and complexity of it (documented in the video). It all started when I was editing a source clip in Lumetri Color. Even uninstalling and installing again didn't fix my problem. Can someone help me? My notebook + specs:- Alienware m16R2- Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 185H (2.50 GHz)- 32GB RAM- NVidia GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU + Intel Arc Graphics- Windows 11 Home Single Language v. 24H2

Hola! tengo un dilema y es que cuando arrastro un audio/video descargado de tiktok o youtube para yo usar dicho audio con mi video, se glitchea, en el video que subo como evidencia el video de la derecha es el mismo importado en la izquierda pero si escuchan cuando dice birtthhhday... hay un glich que en la derecha no tiene. y si atraso el audio de la derecha debajo de mi video de una se daña tambien...no se que puede estar pasando 😞 helpgracias

KEY DETAILS:CPU- RYZEN 9 7900XGPU- 4080 SUPER2 4TB SSDS64G DDR5 Basically I built this thing to be a workhorse and it had been great... until yesterday. I was working with 4k 59.94 footage from a drone, nothing TOO visually intense, just smokey skies over my city.  I had edited all the clips and was just putting them on an export timeline.The first video exported fine the first time, but the other 4 videos (each less than a minute in length) only displayed the first frame of the video... OK- I figured it was an export setting issue.  So I went and adjusted those settings, tried rendering in higher and lower resolution (original exports targetted 1080 since it was for instagram), all of those settings were standard, nothing special.  Each time the video would only export the first frame. THEN I tried playing back on the timeline and this is where things got really weird, suddenly the videos on the timeline didn't play either... even though they had all work

I have a 2 minute sequence on my timeline that will not Render. There are 3 color indicators in my timeline that don't go after Rendering.Neither Enter, or Render In to Out works.I tried clearing Attributes, but that had no effect.I've even reviewed UT videos but can't find the answer. I even rebooted my computer.I'm baffled.

Okay now seriously here is the problem. Whenever I try to play footage within the timeline I get the cracking popping audio feedback and also the frames are cutting and skipping which makes it impossible to edit. I thought it was the 4k video so I imported a 360p video file and I still had the same issue. Hi, I'm experiencing a strange issue in Premiere Pro. I'm working with a horizontal video inside a vertical sequence (2160x3840, TikTok format).I scale the video to fill the frame and use position keyframes to animate movement (like following the mouse).The problem is: even though the position values don’t change, the video visually shifts on the very next frame after the keyframe.There are no hidden keyframes, everything is set to Linear interpolation, and the only active stopwatch is for Speed. No effects applied. Has anyone else run into this? Any known fix? Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, I have an issue with a font in Premiere Pro. I'm using "Poppins" family font but I can only select the Italic font. I activated the font in adobe font, tried to install it manually on my computer, try to uninstall an re install premiere pro, turn off and on my computer, updated Premiere pro... Nothing to do, I still only can select the italic style. Do you have any suggestion ? Thanks !

The option to save caption style is not available. No option to save once I have set the captions to appear how I want them. MacOS 14.6Premiere Pro 25.1

Is there a way to stop people from being able to fast forward through a video? I have about 7 videos I have added to a workday learning compliance training that is required for people to take. I do NOT want them to be able to have the ability to fast forward through the video. Is there anyway to remove that ability while still allowing them to pause and restart at any time?

Years ago, we had the option to do that by right click on a sequence > convert to multi-camera sequence (or something similar, I can't remember exactly). So, how to do it in the current version? I can't really figure when Pr exactly interprets the sequence as a multi-cam seq, all my sequences were created using PluralEyes plugin, not the regular "Create multi-camera source sequence" command.

I double click a bin in my project window and another window opens instead of making a tab. Interesting up a lot of space

I'm importing a video from Descript into Premiere Pro, but there's a section that always freezes visually the video stops but the audio keeps playing. This happens even after re-exporting multiple times. In Descript everything looks fine. Has anyone dealt with this before or knows the cause?

Windows, Premiere 25.1.0 (but has been an issue for a while)Without fail, Premiere crashes in the middle of a project or during export when working with red raw files. Sometimes a minute after starting Premiere, sometimes 10, but always happens. Scrubbing, playback, changing setting, anything. Its incredibly frustrating and severely hinders my work. It also takes me 10 attempts to export, for the same reason. 9/10 it crashes mid export (in ME as well). I've uninstalled all my plugins, effects, etc and still same issue. Hi, I've had this issue for a long time now and cannot figure out how to fix it. I am editing on a 2019 Macbook Pro connected to an external monitor via HDMI. I have "Display Color Management" turned on and have the "Viewer Gamma" set to "Quicktime" as I am working on videos for social media platforms. The video in the program monitor looks great and matches the exports when viewed in Quicktime but the external monitor video stream seems to be set to Viewer Gamma 2.4. The program monitor does not match the external monitor at all. The program monitor DOES match the external monitor when I have "Display Color Management" turned off. I would like to be able to use the external monitor feed while I color correct but unfortunetly I cannot. Please help!

Well this started happening a few days ago.When i try to import files via double click on the project media panel or via file>import  premiere pro freezes, to be specific it keeps "loading" ,the cursor has the circle of loading, but it never loads the explorer to search the files and i have to shut premiere down via the task manager . It works if i grab the files in the folder and  drag them to the project media in premiere.The thing is that it only happens with certain projects (new or old). I tried reinstalling premiere but it keeps happening.Any ideas? its really bothersome because i end up double cliking like i always did and the program keeps freezing.Thanx in advance

Hi Everyone,Recently in PP 25.2.3 (Build 4) I accidentally closed the Project Panel.Now when I open some of my templates, the project panel remains invisible, but is recoverable as a step up one level in one of its sub bins. See photo 1.I click up one level, get the Project Panel back, then double click the sub bin to get it visible again, and all is good until I close the software and re-open it, then the Project Panel has disappeared up one level again.I have tried getting it visible then saving the file and saving the workspace, but nothing seems to work.Any suggstions please?

I'm trying to synchronize clips in Premiere Pro from a concert I shot.  I’m using footage from two cameras and an external audio source and I would like to synchronize them.  When I try to use a multicam sequence, audio isn’t showing up as a synchronization option. Whenever I tried to just synchronize the clips, the synchronize button is grayed out. I have been troubleshooting for hours with no progress. My application is updated, all clips have audio, and I converted the external audio to wav. I feel as though I've tried everything and there is nothing changing. Help would be appreciated!

Hi everyone, I installed the latest update for Premiere Pro yesterday before leaving work.This morning when trying to edit, all I can hear is white noise at 0db.I can hear audio via iTunes fine, so it's not the audio card.Currently rolling back to previous version to try and solve it.Sysinfo in jpg attached.Rolling back the update has fixed the issue. 25.2.3 Build 4 works fine.

If Premiere tries to Live Update a changed file it glitches during replay and render. - create a sequence with a file that was created in AE- Leave PR open!- change the file by re-render the File out of AE with ME- go back to PR- try to play the sequence or render the sequence What should have happened:If Premiere is running and detects a changed file (that was re-rendered because of a typo change for example) it just reloads/relinks it in the Background and replays it correctly. AE does that correctly whenever a source file is updated in Illustrator for example. What actually happenedIf I leave PR open and update a file that is already in a sequence by re-rendering it in ME, it tries to update it in the sequence (as it should) but it glitches between the previous versoin of the file and the new one during replay and if I try to render it .  If I close and reopen PR it reload/reconnects the changed file correctly, but I reallly want to have it live update like
