I'm using Adob Acrobat 2017 pro and I want to be able to batch convert 10 .msg files, I have saved in a folder, to PDF's. I tried to convert them by right-clicking on them and choosing convert to PDF, but it asks for a file name every time I try it. Are there any settings I can choose so the files can be saved with the same name as the emails?

Where do I find ACTION WIZARD option in new Acrobat DC? I need to upload stamps which are in .Sequ format

I have an Adobe® Illustrator® CS5.1 in a CD format. Using a Serial number for installation. I have used it on a computer and that cumpoter stopped working. Now when I want it to install it on different computer, but it says I have reached maximum number of license use. I need to somehow remove license from a computer I have no access to. Is there any work around?

Is anyone else having an issue where if you open a protected document on outlook, and click on cancel it locks up Adobe from opening any other attachments. I have tried to reinstall, uninstall with remover tool and reinstall, disable protected mode but no luck I have to end adobe in task manager to get it going again.

On my surface pro (11) running on Snapdragon(R) X 10-core X Plus, I am not able to preview pdf in the file explorer. It shows the standard message <This file can't be previewed because of an error in the PDF Preview Handler.>  in the preview pane. I have installed the acrobat reader and it is the default app to open pdfs. The <Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer> in the Acrobat reader preference is unchecked and greyed out, therefore not selectable. I have also another pdf utility but I don't think that is the issue, as I have the same installations on my old surface pro and PC and preview works fine. Is the problem due to ARM? Is there a solution to this?

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble installing additional dictionaries for the Spell Check feature in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. Software Version and Platform:Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release | Version 2025.001.20756 | 64-bit  running on Windows 11 Pro 25H2 OS build 26200.6725. The Problem:The process fails when I try to add a new dictionary through the preferences. Steps to Reproduce:I go to Preferences > Spelling and click Add....The dictionary list opens, but when I click on a dictionary, the checkbox does not get marked as selected.After clicking Install, a small pop-up window appears in the lower-right corner of the screen: “We are unable to install the font pack. I converted a document from PNG to PDF, but how to I get rid of all the editing tools so I can save and print a clean copy?

Hello,I have made a screenshot (JPG) of a text and put it inside a PDF document.But as you can see the text is blurred. What is the best solution in order to remove a blurred text ? Is it with Acrobat pro or another software ? 

I can't seem to select the "Open PDF's from last session on Acrobat launch" option (screenshot below). The option is always greyed out for me. Please advise on how to fix this as it seems rather archaic to have to open all of the PDFs I previously had open each time my computer or Adobe restarts.  I am running Windows 10 and have Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. 

I have a PDF generated by another program that contains 150+ identical graphics, which I'd like to remove.  There are other graphics that I don't want to delete.  I can delete the offending graphics one by one, but would prefer to find a more efficient solution. 🙂 I'm on a Mac. Thanks! -=Tim=-

I recently encountered an issue while attempting to request an e-signature for documents exceeding 200 pages. It appears that there is a limit to the number of pages that can be processed for e-signature.Given the nature of our work and the documents we handle, it would greatly benefit our operations if we could remove this page limit. Having the flexibility to e-sign documents of any length would streamline our processes and improve efficiency. Could you please assist in removing the page limit for e-signature requests? This would allow us to continue our workflow seamlessly without any constraints.

When I open any password protected pdf files to Adobe Acrobat, it prompts for the password.If I click "Cancel" and try to open another PDF file, nothing happens.  Checking Task Manager, looks like the Acrobat process is stuck and not closing out after clicking Cancel.I would have to manually end the process to fix this issue to be able to open another PDF file.  The issue doesn't happen if I enter in the wrong password first to get an incorrect password notification window, and then click Cancel afterwards when it prompts for the password again, or if I enter in the correct password at first and then close out of it. I tried a couple different existing password protected files and creating a new password protected pdf file, but they're all causing the same issue.

Hi! I have cancelled my subscription on sept 16, 2025. However I am still being charged on my pay pal small increments of $4.99 for September and October. I have looked everywhere on the website and do not see any additional subscriptions to cancel and do not want to get charged again for something i do not use or have. i tried going through paypal, but no luck. Please help!

Adobe Reader through citrix -We currently have two users who are unable to search PDF files that others can search without issue.  When the two users open same file locally in Adobe Reader, users have no issues searching. For reference our citrix version is 2402 LTSR cumulative update 1.Servers run Server 2019 and Server 2022. I install the 64 bit version of Adobe Reader. If there is a preferred method to install on citrix, or registry keys or settings we may need, it we a huge help to find out what those are. 

Hello, We are having an issue with Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro when you click print in the print dialog box it brings up the printer selection to pick a printer.     We are seeing this on most of our computers and some work fine others don't.   If you right click and pick quick print on a email attachment it prints fine. To print you have to save it and print it using Edge or such or change default PDF to Edge. All started first or second week of December.   Not seeing any Adobe or Microsoft updates installed at that time. Any ideas?   Thanks, 

I search for "Adobe Reader" and I specifically download Adobe Reader from the official Adobe website, but whenever I open the app or any pdf, Adobe Acrobat Pro opens instead and then it forces me to buy a license. How can open Adobe Reader?

I give up. This new Acorbat is dreadful. I need to align text on a form to the top left corner. It used to be under properties. Simple, clear and easy to find. Now I can't find it any where now. Doesn't anyone know how to do this, so it matches, you know, the InDesign document postion?? Why is Acrobat so hard to work with?

We recently needed to fill out a PDF form .   We had to include an an image on the form and digitally sign.  The Adobe raeder would not allow her to attached an image or sign the document.  We had to sign up for a trail account to just complete the form.  Adobe is charing $240 / year for the Pro version of Acrobat.  Another version is $150 / year.  The subscription to get an entire office Suite for a fmily of five is $99 / year. Can someone at Adobe please explain why this product costs so much for basic functionality to edit and sign PDFs? Can a member of the community suggest an alternative product to accoplish editing and signing of PDFs?  

I shared a link with a customer for comments. They spent severals hours to do that. Then my account was accidentally closed for a few days and the link is not active anymore so I lost the comments. Is it possible to active that link again or get the comments back some other way?

When I embed a MP4 video in a PDF file, it plays nicely on Adobe Acrobat Pro, but not on Adobe Reader. (Both are the most recent edition, and run on Windows 10 Pro.) On reader, just the audio of the MP4 plays, but the image doesn’t show.(I really don’t understand how Adobe add a feature to it’s PDF format that would be great if it worked, but turns out completely worthless since its own viewer can’t handle it.)Does anyone know a solution or workaround?
