Hi. I have Adobe through school. I was able to use Adobe acrobat (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/compress-pdf?x_api_client_id=adobe_com&x_api_client_location=compress_pdf) to compress a 1GB pdf to 3.8mb file without any difficulty. However, after that first use, I have been getting "NO_SIGN_USER" error constantly even though I am logged in with the same account. I have not been able to compress anything, and even if does, it keeps the file as is or doesn't compress enough. I have tried all different methods and even tried logging out of creative cloud. Please help!!

Hello!  I've imported a document online into Acrobat and it uses the Raleway Roman font and upon trying to edit I find that I can't copy and paste it OR otherwise edit it because the program is changing the font to "Sans Pro".   Even copying and pasting it still changes it to the Sans Pro format, but what EXACTLY is Raleway Roman font and why can't I seem to find it in the dropdown menu or find it online to download?  There seems to be NO such font found in the Raleway family, at least from what I see online.   Seems confusing and I just can't seem to find any answers online.  Anyone else run into this? Thank you for your time.

Hi everyone,I’m running into a recurring issue with Adobe Acrobat on Windows whenever I try to export certain long PDFs (usually 150+ pages) to Word format. The year is almost 2026.  I am still dealing with: 1. Memory issues with only 2 adobe docs open.2. Slow speed organizing and sorting pdfs with more than 200 pages.3. Crashes when using Fill in and E-sign.4. 75% chance that Acrobat AI does not work.5. OCR takes way too long. Seriously wondering how this company could be worth 100-200 billion in market cap.  Is there no alternative? 

I was trying to compress a PDF while logged into my account using the PDF compressor that is labelled and described as "free" but it kept pushing me to either add the app to my subscription or start a free trial. I couldn't continue to the compressor without selecting one of these. Even if I landed on the drag-and-drop page, it would forward me to a viewer where I have to select compression again, and get fed the same upgrade push again. Instead, I logged out and could use the compression tool completely for free without any sales prompts. Why is this? Why is an Adobe user (Photography subscriber) treated worse than an anonymous visitor?

Hello,I am creating a pdf document to use as a price on a product. I am creating the pdf as a form to allow other users to change the price and description but not the layout or design of the document. On the document which has a previous or 'was' price I would like a green curved line to cross out the 'was' price, so far I have only been able to get this image to sit behind the text field (see image below). Is it possible to get the image to go infront of the text and still make the text editable as part of the pdf form? I have tried selecting the image and bringing to front but it still shows behind the text (as above).Hope this makes sense, thank you for your help in advance.

I've tried everything: logging out, checking out enhanced security, and repairing Adobe. Nothing works, and I really need to use the tool ASAP for work. Very frustrating. 

Double-checking here: is there a clear list of which Tools are included in the Standard vs. Pro version? I’m specifically wondering if the Standard version includes the Prepare Form tool.Also, I can’t find the monthly subscription price anywhere. I only see the monthly cost if billed annually, but not the actual month-to-month price. Does clicking Buy Now show more options, or is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Hello,Is it normal that Acrobat DC v.25.1 does not allow data from a collection form to be exported to .CSV from the Tracking Device? The function is greyed out. If I open my collection file ‘_reponses’ on another computer with the 2020 version, it works...Thank you for your help.

Dear community, We are facing an issue in some of our PDF interactive documents since about two weeks.The documents are created from a SAP system and rendered by the SAP Adobe Document Service Server. The documents couldn't be opened by Adobe Reader after updating the SAP ADS Server so we had to update our Adobe Reader (from 25.001.20844 to first 25.001.20918)Otherwise we get the message "To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF viewer. You can upgrade to to the latest version of Adobe Reader from www.adobe...". and so onBut after updating the Adobe Reader and opening our documents (even the ones saved long time before updating the SAP ADS Server (I checked documents from January this year) all chinese characters in this documents are missing - or better explained - they are replaced by boxes.I found the following community thread: Gelöst: Chinese Character can not display correct after la... - Adobe Product Community - 14010681And

Hi adobe, I am a subscriber, apying A$31.99 a month for adobe acrobat. Recently it has stopped working and I cannot exprt word docs into pdfs, or edit pdfs. What has happened ?

Hi Adobe Team,On Windows 11, There's currently an issue on Acrobat/Reader DC when using at least 2 screens where PDF would show 2 Tabs on the secondary screen when PDF is moved from the primary screen.  This is not an issue when moving the PDF back to the primary screen.  It only occurs when moving to the secondary screen.So if I open a PDF in my primary screen and decide to move this to the secondary screen, a duplicate tab will show.  If the PDF opens from the secondary screen, we don't see an issue there and moving back the PDF to the primary screen, the issue doesn't happen as well.  So there's an issue with Acrobat/Reader DC when moving to the secondary screen on Windows 11. This can be replicated when testing.I have been following the known issues list and cannot seem to find this in there so may I request for this to be added so that we can be aware of the update?Thanks!

Where is the AI Assistant for the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024

 We have a third-party plugin for Adobe Acrobat, and a few of our customers have been reporting intermittent freezing issues. When this happens, Acrobat displays “Not Responding” at the top of the window. The issue has been very difficult to debug because our plugin logs do not show anything unusual, and none of the developers on our team have been able to reproduce the problem locally. Only a small subset of users seems to be affected. Recently, I noticed that many users in the Adobe community have reported similar freezing issues,( almost from 2023) so I am not sure whether the root cause is our plugin or Acrobat itself. One approach I am considering is analyzing the .dmp file generated when Acrobat freezes. However, I am not entirely sure what kind of anomalies I should be looking for in the dump, or whether the dump would clearly reveal if our plugin is involved. Does anyone have experience debugging Acrobat freeze issues or analyzing dump files ? hi, I am trying to send a document for requesting e-signatures using adobe acrobat but guidance indicates "Open the PDF form in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. From the global bar in the upper left, select All tools. Then select Request e-signatures.". But in my adobe acrobat the option of selecting "request e-signatures" is not available; do I need adobe acrobat pro for this?

LS,I’ve noticed an issue when exporting OCR results from a PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro: some text appears to be missing in the exported file. The PDF contains both regular text and images with embedded text. While performing a search within Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro (when OCR processing is done), I can find character strings detected in the images that do not appear in the exported text file. So OCR has recognized these characters but they have not been exported. Based on my research, it seems that the only way to extract all characters recognized by Adobe Acrobat’s OCR process is to combine its functionality with a Python script that uses PyMuPDF. Could you please confirm whether this conclusion is correct? Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards,Kees Besse

Hello,I am reporting a persistent issue where my saved signature does not persist across different PDF documents when using the Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive app integration. The Issue: When using the "Fill & Sign" tool, I upload my signature image, select the "Save" checkbox, apply it to the PDF, and save the document back to Drive. The signed document is correct. However, when I close that PDF and open a new PDF document from Drive, the saved signature is gone, and I am required to re-upload the image every single time. Expected Behavior: Since I explicitly selected the "Save" option and am logged in via my Google SSO (which is linked to my Adobe account), the signature should be immediately available in the "Fill & Sign" menu for subsequent PDFs. Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:Confirmed I am logged into my Adobe account via Google SSO.Explicitly selected the "Save" option when applying the signature.Tested the entire workflow in a Chrome Incognito window
