I would like to make interactive PDF documents as user-friendly and reliable as possible for everyone involved in the workflow.I create interactive PDF forms in InDesign and Acrobat Pro with input fields and automatic calculations. These forms work well on desktop, but the calculation functionality is limited or inconsistent on iPad and iPhone.Full support for automatic form calculations on iPadOS/iOS would make these documents much easier to use in daily procedures, especially when multiple users rely on tablets or mobile devices instead of desktop computers.

As of this morning, there seems to be some issues when editing a PDF and trying to delete. Certain things like text can be deleted, but trying to delete lines does nothing when using the delete key. It has worked up until this morning, was there a change with the latest version? Running the latest Acrobat version on Windows 11 x64

Acrobat should focus on some useful native features instead of focusing all its attention on AI. When we need to perform these kinds of tasks, even though we have Acrobat, we still have to go to another application because these small but useful options are not available in Acrobat. If Acrobat DC adds all of these options as well, almost all of our work could be done within Acrobat DC itself. trying to reinstall Adobe Acrobate X Pro to my computer that crashed.  On the install it says I have used my aloaded 2 installs.  I do I now install the program again to the same computer?

Acrobat Pro 64-bit Windows 26.002.21901: Callout and Arrow tools won't place annotations. Text Box works. Repair failed; no updates. Disabling Enhanced Security fixes it, but the issue returns when enabled. Provide a fix that preserves security.

I have tested Accessibility on Thai language PDF file and faced the Character encoding issue while doing Accessibility check. I have checked the InDesign file regarding font and combined Unicode characters. All fonts are embedded and looks good in design file but when I export the PDF file, I have faced this issue in PDF only.Copy/Paste and Search option also works fine in the design file but after exporting the PDF file these options are not worked and produce junk characters.Is this something limitation in Adobe Acrobat or else please provide a solution to resolve this isse.

Right now I'm using basic Microsoft Word exports, and honestly they look a bit dated. I'd like to move to proper fillable PDF templates so customers can review their quote and even fill in their details before sending it back signed.I've got Acrobat Pro (the subscription version), but I'm not a designer and I'm getting lost in the options.A few specific questions:What's the cleanest way to convert a Word or Canva-designed quote into a fillable PDF without the fields shifting around? Can I keep my logo and brand colours, or does the "Prepare Form" tool force me into a plain layout? Is there a way to have the customer e-sign the quote and have a copy come back to me automatically? Lesezeichen lassen sich seit dem letzten Update nicht mehr, im Register verschieben. Klickt man auf einen Dokumenteninternen Link, so kommt es jetzt vor, dass die hinterlegte Seite in einem undefinierten Zoomverhältnis dargestellt wird, bei der die Grafik nicht in der Lage ist, dieses darzustellen. Hier hilft nur das Zoom Verhältnis anzupassen, um die Seite richtig anzuzeigen.

Hi,New bug this morning. I have a PDF created via Word. When I open the tags tree and select the first Table tag intending to check the Table properties, Acrobat freezes. No other software is affected and I have to use the Task manager to exit Acrobat.It’s a simple 4 row by 2 column table with no complex elements. I have reset the PC. I have recreated the PDF using both the Save as PDF and the PDF maker plug in, both PDFs have the same outcome. I’m on a PC desktop running Win 11. There are no uninstalled updates. My build of Acrobat is Continuous Release I Version 2026.002.21901 64-bit

I have a serial number that is listed in my Adobe Profile, yet when I try to use the serial number the software says: "This serial number is not valid for this product." I on my account page under "My Product" and it says I have Acrobat 10 registered with the serial number I am to use. I used the download button that is right next to the serial number. What gives? Why do they give me a download that rejects my serial number? The attached is the error I am getting, I removed the serial number for obvious reasons.   

How can I embed a pdf file into the body of an email?

I’m very surprised I don’t see other people complaining about this. With the new Adobe Acrobat pro the Format Text list changed. It used to just display all your fonts in alphabetical order, and now you have fonts in used, your computer ( which does not display any fonts you have installed ) and your fonts.Im adding images to make it more clear.The first image you can see how the new list. the 2nd image is what the list used to look like. the 3rd image, you can see Acrobat sees my akkurat font. I’m able to select that as fallback font for editing under Preferences > content editing. 4th image, if i want to change text to the akkurat font Adobe cannot find the font. 5th image im able to search and change the font in word since they did not make searching for fonts as awful as Adobe Acrobat did. I had an adobe tech remote into my computer and they were unable to find my fonts. The only way is to disable new Acrobat which has the alphabetical font list like every other application..   

After the recent Acrobat update to version 26.1, I can no longer move or nest bookmarks.

The updated version cause me to work with the program more time than previous one. for example, the snapshot /  screenshot. It was simple and easy to cut out the picture i want from the PDF file. now I cant print with a simple bottom. and i can't even find out the graphic selection from the printer. It was a easy process to get a job done. now i need to save the snapshot and then attach to another program like word. and print out the image plus i need to adjust the size on the paper from the print. which is not recommand this update version to anyone. 

I tried to install Adobe Acrobat XI. When entering the serial number Adobe said it is revoked. I talked to Adobe support and they ask me to make a post here for expert help.

I have Acrobat Pro subscription however I have no option to create a form - the only reason I signed up? In the tools there is no prepare form. What am I missing.

Hello, We are having an issue with Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro when you click print in the print dialog box it brings up the printer selection to pick a printer.     We are seeing this on most of our computers and some work fine others don't.   If you right click and pick quick print on a email attachment it prints fine. To print you have to save it and print it using Edge or such or change default PDF to Edge. All started first or second week of December.   Not seeing any Adobe or Microsoft updates installed at that time. Any ideas?   Thanks, 

I am taking multiple pdfs and creating a binder. In the past, I was able to “fill and sign” individual documents within the binder. Now I receive an error that “The author of this form as specified the fields which you can fill. Click on any field to start filling form.” None of the fields are “fillable”.

Acrobat certificate keeps reappearing in Keychain.This is causing a problem with who the PDF’s are being sent too as they are not able to open them on their system.The certificate as been deleted from Acrobat but is still in the keychain. It can be deleted from the keychain but keeps coming back.Apple have recorded logs and evaluated them. This is their response.In Logs - The issue appears to be contained entirely within Adobe's software. In the logs, it is seen that Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Desktop Service both react to the certificate deletion within seconds, querying the keychain for the missing item. The certificate is likely being restored by Adobe's own Digital ID management, which maintains it as part of its PDF signing feature.They created a self-signed Digital ID in Adobe Acrobat for one-time PDF signing- The certificate is being automatically restored to the macOS keychain after deletion- The certificate does not appear in Adobe Preferences > Signatures > Digital IDs- Re

I converted an outlook e-mail with Acrobat DC plugin.The outcome PDF showed the font was small as ant, I had to zoom in 600% to see it clear.I know the plugin has auto-fit funtion, but can I manage the setting?Or I have to edit the PDF by hand after converted the e-mail?PS the email font size is 12pt as normal, but it was a very long mail, about 20 pages(normal print out).
