I've a ADOBE ACROBAT PRO 2019 license, but if I try to verify it on actual Adobe website, it returns me a error message.The retailer that sold me the license says that is a standalone license for the sw that must be downloaded by its website; downloading the iso file and installing it the sw allows to register it, but at the same time the sw doens't allow to log in with my Adobe account.Where can I download a genuine ADOBE ACROBAT PRO 2019 software to register my license and at the same time log in to my Adobe account? TNX in advance.

When I set the row span for the Lynx, River otter, and Wolverine cells to anything more than "1," the reading order messes up.  How can I set the row span for each of these cells to 5? Before: After setting the "Lynx" cell to a row span of "5." Please advise.  

Hello I would like to be able to just show the next fields after clicking to fill in the top row. Ex: When clicking on the first cell, the fields appear: "column.B.1", "column.C.1", "column.D.1", "column.A.2" (first field of the 2nd row); I would like to make it so that the code used is always the same in column.A.Something like this, when clicking on column.A.1 of ("column.A.__"+1), it showed the cell column.A.2.Is it possible with array? And how to do it?And it will be possible to do something like "column.[B-D].1", is it possible to do this? Hugo Vieira da Silva 

I don't need support, I only want to report this as a bug: I deleted Acrobat, and I got the same message one gets when installing:  Again, everything is fine, but I don't think this should be happening!

Hi, I'd like to set a new order (new number) in an element of my PDF.It is a group of images with text that I recognised as text with OCR.But the group of images are structured as a list, one afer another in an horizontal manner.When I want to set up the order, I DON'T FIND THE ELEMENT LIST inside the Order View.How should I identify this element in the order, as a Paragraf o Text?As a Figure?As a Table?Thanks a lot for guiding,Oliver 

Hello. We have the paid subscription for adobe. When we open adobe it says we are signed in but as soon as we open a PDF file it changes and jsut says 'start free trial' and doesnt let us edit it or there isnt even a place to 'sign in'? Help please!

Hi all,This is my first post in the Adobe community, thanks in advance for help. I am creating a publication using the google font League Spartan (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/League+Spartan). When I convert the file from Word using the 'save as adobe pdf' function, the font changes to another weird approximation, which is not League Spartan. It also very occasionally saves as complete gobbledegook. I've added screenshots below. 'Word file' is the original file in word. 'Adobe 1' is one example of what happens and 'Adobe 2 is another example'. I've googled extensively on this subject and can't find an answer. I found this previous discussion (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/font-changing-when-creating-pdf-from-word/m-p/8968734#M48313) and have followed the suggested steps to click 'embed all fonts'. It's not working. What I noticed that is interesting is that when I'm in the Adobe ribbon on Word, and hit 'preferences' 'advanced' then 'fonts',

Hello everyone, I need a little assistance regarding PDF editing in Adobe Acrobat. Each time I click on Edit a PDF button, it converts the document to raster image... When I used that option in earlier versions the drawings remain in vector format... Is there an option in which I could switch that conversion off? Thank you.  

 I'm using my MacBook Air (in case the operating system makes a difference) to try to print just the form fields of a pdf, which I downloaded to my computer rather than created myself, using Adboe Acrobat Pro. I have completely filled and saved the document / verified there are no active security settings that would prevent the form entries from printing, at least that I could find, and looked through all the other document & app properties & preferences, respectively, for something that might fix the issue, but to no avail. All I get when I select the "form fields only" print option is a bunch of blank pages. What's up with that?

Hey there, Had this problem a while and decide to check you all out.  So when I am in a .pdf and I am trying to scroll down the page, it seems like the top page is frozen in place but above it and below it I can see where it is scrolling.  Tried the toolbars with all different combinations to fix, but no luck, even when I updated, which I hoped would fix it, no luck, any suggestions?  Anyone?

I don't know why they equate Crop with Redact!!My question again. I have a page that I need to crop all four margins (which changes the pages size). So using the Crop tool in Edit PDF I draw a rectangle in the the page excluding all unwanted margins. Then apply the crop to all pages.The problem is this cropping is not permenant and can be undone be going back to the crop tool and double click on the page then click on the Reset to Zero button in the dialog.Others said to use Preflight fix tool but could find such a tool.

Hi, I purchased two plans from Adobe,  Photography (the first plan) and then Adobe Acrobat Pro.I am using Windows 10x64 which I have just reinstalled.When I open https://account.adobe.com/plans?cfredirect&lang=en - My plans are listed and Adobe Acrobat Pro is visible. However, after signing into Creative Cloud Desktop, only Acrobat shows for installation, not Adobe Acrobat Pro.Screenshots attached.Please help. 

Good Afternoon Adobe Community, Respectfully requesting the consideration of creating an Adobe PDF function that allows us to use CTRL-F or Advanced Search to find & mark all pages WITHOUT certain content.This would be a great help for medical record verifications when trying to find all pages that DO NOT contain the patient’s SSN so it can be annotated. A feature like this would make military operations as well as hospital operations much more efficient as it would not just be isolated to SSN's but case-numbers or serial numbers just as well.  Something as simple as an exclude checkbox to hide pages containing the found content or alternatively a way to highlight all pages that do not contain the content being searched for would genuinely be a great help.Thank you all for your time and have a great day. Most Respectfully,Shea

Hi,  hopefully here is someone who can help me as I am more than desperate, my Adobe Pro DC hangs up on a regular basis and the program no longer works, closes automatically or I cannot save the file. The result is that the comments, marks or other things in the document are then all gone. But I've actually set that there are backup copies. Adobe also asks whether the documents should be restored after the unexpected shutdown of the program - it would be nice if that worked, but it doesn't and only the information comes that no recovery is possible.  Actually, due to this it is no longer justifiable to use Acrobat (it's the main software I am working with!), as the damage it causes me is far too great - but after extensively working with it for years, I find it difficult to switch to an alternative. I've already tried to get technical help on this, but that was also in vain - they didn't found a reason why they also couldn't find temp. files. My only problem is that

Hello, I am helping someone open a linked PDF file within a PDF file, but it does not open. A Security Warning appears, I click Allow, the prompt appears two more times, I click Allow, but the file does not launch or open, Here is the prompt image: The main file with links in it is on the work network and we are trying to click the links to access other files in the same path folders,  Please help, thank you!

Previously, when I added text, lines, etc. to a PDF, they would appear with the same density as the original document.  Now, all text, lines, etc. that I add either through Edit or Comment are greyed out.  What setting was changed and how can I correct this?

It's 2025 and this is still a problem. Perhaps Adobe could look into this whole "Saving" thing, I hear it's helpful for files on the computer 

I need to split documents using Top Level Bookmarks, but when I choose "The Same Folder Selected at Start", my option to "Use bookmark names for file names" greys out....I need both of these.

HiI've been using for a while the option to Use bookmark names for file names when splitting pdf files. But for the last couple of weeks, the option has been greyed out. I'd very much like to figure out what changed so I can resume using this feature again as it saves me hours of tedious work each month/quarter.My Acrobat is updated to the last version available (23.006.20380)Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise (Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044)Any tips are appreciated.Thank you

Back in June 2016 I purchased and downloaded from Adobe two copies of Adobe Acrobat. When I log into my Adobe account, I see both serial numbers.  Since then, one of my computers had to be wiped clean, and Windows 10 reinstalled.  I now want to reinstall Adobe Acrobat on that system, but I don't know which of the two serial numbers to use.  If I could tell which serial number is used on the other system which still has its original Adobe Acrobat installation, then I would know to use the other one.  Is there a way I can find it in the Adobe application?  Or do I need to go find it in the Windows registry?  If I need to go into the registry, where would I find it?

The suggested disabling of AI features in the menu does NOT work.I pay 60 dollar for a adobe subscription yet I am forced to have featues in my app that are advertisment to additionial subscriptions that I will never use. This is the first time I am so annoyed at Adobe I am thinking about cancelling my subscription after almost two decades of paying for Adobe products. I am now thinking about switching over to Affinity and Davinc. I am really fed up with the way how subsctiption microtransactions are forced on us like this.
