HiI have the Adobe Acrobat Pro and the AI Assistant for Acrobat suscriptions tha I adquired recently. In my first attempt to use it, I tried to use the AI Assistant to summarize a document, but after showing a partial preview of the summary (approximately 5 sheets), it stopped and subsequently showed a message indicating that there was nothing to summarize in this file. How can I get a complete summary of a document of almost 300 sheets? As background: the document is freely available and can be downloaded from IBM's website. What is the guarantee that my subscription will work?

This seems to have already been done for Reader and all of the other Creative Cloud apps, but the Acrobat (Pro) app (setup.app) still requires Rosetta.  I do not want to install or have Rosetta running on my Mac and I would love to see the installer for Acrobat (Pro) fixed so that Rosetta is not required to install. Come on Adobe, you did it for all the other apps, why not this one?

I've just done a fresh install of Acrobat Pro on a new Mac running the latest OS. I'm trying to create an index across multiple pdf files, but it keeps telling me to install Rosetta. Does Acrobat not index natively in Mac silicon?

When we request e-signatures, the recipients' emails show that the email is from the business owner as an individual, and not the company name.  We've added the company name across all profite settings and the e-sign requests still show the business owner's individual' name - we want the name of the business to show in the email e-signature requests.  Is this possible?  Thank you.   

Seems like Acrobat becomes unresponsive (forcing to close the app) each time I switch typing language while the app is active, but no problem when it's minimized, while the system language and app language are English and in case it matters, both the system and the app are 64bit.

Hello we have recently purchased some non-profits Adobe Pro licences using Adobe's offer here Adobe Acrobat Pro for Non-profits: Your professional document solution.  it says it has 'integrated e-signature tools', so it should be there and work, but it does not.  when trying to access the e-signtaures tools we get this error:several users have had this and it doesnt matter if you use desktop app or the browser, we have tried different browsers, different networks, different Adobe accounts but we just get this error.  The cloud services are all working according to the status page. all our users have brand new licenses and have e-signing showing on the account:can someone please help with this? thanksMark  

Hello, I just signed up for AI Assistant, and when I try to use it, a pop-up asks me which plan I want to sign up for. If I select a plan, it tells me I already have the plan. I JUST paid for the plan.  Why isn't this working???? Thanks.

My Creative Cloud version of Acrobat will not allow me to expand tags from PDF files converted from Word. It seems to work fine when I convert a PDF file from PowerPoint. I also sent the PDF files converted from Word to another computer with Acrobat DC and was able to remediate the PDF file converted from Word.  When using the Creative Cloud version of Acrobat, I tried every variation of the settings available in Word's Acrobat PDFMaker focusing on "Conversion settings" and the checkable "Enable Accessibility and Reflow with tagged Adobe PDF" and "Enable advanced tagging" options. I also tried saving the Word file to its previous version [Word 97-2003 Document (.doc)]. In each of the saved Word files I then convert it to a PDF and try to remediate in Acrobat. In each PDF version, Acrobat will not allow me to expand the tag to view the object and make edits to the tag. 

Is there a fix for this problem that anyone has been able to figure out. I have read all of the prefered way that Adobe report and all of the approved formats they list. I have updateed to APP. And.... :-[ 

I purchased Acrobat X Pro years ago and have two valid licenses. ..mistakenly paid TWICE!!! One of the SN's seems to work just fine., the other one not at all. However, after I enter the "good" SN, the installer prompts for a qualifying older version (7, 8, or 9), which I do not have. I previously owned Acrobat Standard X, but it doesn’t seem to qualify.I am not looking to upgrade or purchase a new version—just to activate the software I already paid for. Can you verify my license and provide a workaround or activation method that doesn’t require an older serial number? I even deactivated on one computer hoping that would help. It is running perfectly fine on windows 11 in one other computer I purchased long after I had the proper SN. I have some recollection of having this issue then, which was a few years ago. The resolution required a phone call with a tech to resolve. Please allow me to contact you by phone? I don't want to post my SN here. Thanks,Barbara

Hi, I am working with a user who is missing the "Enable auto adjust layout by default" setting in Preferences > Content Editing per the picture below. The user is using the new Acrobat UI and is on the most up to date version of Acrobat (25.001.20844) This user wants all PDF's that are opened to automatically switch to Landscape view instead of portrait view. Am I going on the right track to getting this working, or is there some other way to do this? If I am, how do I get that setting to appear in the Content Editing settings? Thank you.

Yes, have logged into Pro.  Yes, using correct subscription.  My desktop software won't allow me to upload documents to cloud.  'An error occured while trying to access this service'. Getting tired of jumping between online platform and desktop to do the same thing.  I've been building forms to have them crash on saving.

Allerdings lässt sich dieses nicht installieren und es kommt folgende Fehlermeldung.   Wenn ich nun auf "Jetzt installieren" gehe dann öffnet sich von Adobe eine 404 Error Seite...  was muss ich tun damit ich Preflight auf meinem Rechner nutzen kann? Ich würde mich über Hilfe sehr freuen. Liebe Grüße

Hi. Since quite some time the AI is not working on my Acrobat Desktop App.  When I try to open it it just shows a blank screen. I already try re installing, updating both windows and acrobat to latest version and I'm still facing the issue. Can I get some assist? I would be really thankful.

Hello,I have scanned a musical score with Acrobat pro interface, and now I am in the "edit" mode.I right click on the image and choose "modify the image by using / Photoshop" :  Result : I have an error message saying me "adobe acrobat did not succeeded to start the specified image editing application".  Then Photoshop finally start itself but when I make a change in photoshop for this image and click save (in photoshop), the image is not modified in acrobat.So there is no communication between Acrobat and Photoshop. 

I have downloaded Form FDA 3514 from FDA website and have entered all of the information.  Normally after doing this, I can save and then distribute document for review.  However in this case when I am unable to save and get a message that says "The document could not be saved. Bad Parameter." I have seen comments that say to reinstall Adobe or update however, if I do that I will have to close my file and lose all the work I have put after entering a signficant amount of information. Please advise if there is another way to save what I have done so I can save to my computer or share it.  Thank you. 

Everything is fine until I press the E-sign button. Adobe then shuts down entirely. It was working well on Monday, and I've not made any changes to the computer's software.  I've tried restarting the computer and closing and restarting Adobe. No success.

Hello everyone, we bought Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 licence with serial key. I have created the account, registered serial key, downloaded the multilingual package and installed it with serial key on our Windows Server 2022.When I launched the Acrobat 1st time, it asked to sing in, so I did with the account that has the serial key registered, and everything worked just fine - but UI is in English. So I switched Language to my native, Czech.And here the problem starts. Acrobat wants me to sing in - again. When I do with same account as before, it asks me for the serial key, so I enter the key, then I have to sign in again and so on... I have found few posts here mentioning "Sign in" loop, but my problem isn't related to "Save as" feature, as I can't get into the Acrobat through the "Sign in" window, when Czech language set is active. I tried to uninstall the Acrobat, use the Acrobat Cleaner, reinstall Acrobat, use the Customization Wizard to disable online features

I use Acrobat Standerd CC on Win !! with all current updates. I can not seem to find an option in Acrobat Preferences to increase the the Menu and Tool bar font sizes. This is a fairly new problem. First started about 2 months ago.

How do I get the PDF file to stop automatically opening in Adobe when I download a PDF?  This is not a browser issue, as it is not opening up in my Chrome browser; it is opening up on my computer with Adobe. This just started a few days ago, and I have not changed any of my Adobe settings. Thanks!  

Hello! I can't figure out how to reach Adobe, but I pay $60+ a month to use Adobe Acrobat Pro, and the one time I go to use it to convert my resume from a PDF to a Word document I get this error message:  "xxxresume.pdf failed to be exported because storage limit was exceeded" But I've never used this so I'm not sure how it's exceeded. Any ideas on how to resolve? or how to get ahold of Adobe for help? Thanks! 

How can I contact customer service to close my account? I find it on my page, but I get a termination fee that just gets more and more expensive with each step of the closure...
